Again a lot of these posts and lawsuits are about the gems stolen not the gems that kabam recently gave out.

I would be ok with that if they made them world gems if they made gems world transferable it would destroy all the worlds who didn't have a oppertunity at it how do you compleat with 700k gems

Only because you consistently support Kabam against any complaints and deny persistent bugs exist in the game. Either you don't play and you are a troll or you are a plant.

Agree with you norm there are two issues here. Extra gems and previously paid for gems.

Gems that people paid for should not have been taken, that needs to be returned.

That's going to be a messy one for Kabam. People who had gems due to the error/mistake/glitch what ever you want to call it than spent gems. Did they spend the "error gems" first or the "paid gems" first. I probably go "error first" and refund any additional gems taken.. But may take time as it might be case by case basis depend on tech requriments.

Nocturnal won't give me his world or name because it doesn't exsist now I get infractions for calling him out. Seems a little odd.

"The exact nature and approximate value of the prizes must be disclosed clearly and conspicuously whenever prizes are offered"...they were in violation of this then because there were 1000 buckets listed in the tower and one bucket listed in the email; the email had to be forwarded to me since Kabam does not believe in fixing glitches in the game only attempting to mimic competitors games.

What about the banner add? What about the event description? These are the promotion tools used for Events as the round tower not used in all events only some can argue that's a collection point not promotion point and the error was a collection error.

I still don't understand why when a mistake was made by kabam the players get punished for it. And to take away the gems we had before the leprechauns is just ridiculous.

Kabam is already losing most good players. They shouldn't take things away when it's their employees errors... Shouldn't of hired cheap labor then...

They always default to the smaller of the two though. That is not a clear value of a prize.

These are not demands, just my humble opinion.

First, kudos to Kabam, hunting for the leprechaun was a great idea-it gave the players something to do with the picts other than obtain crests.

Second, and here is the problem that thousands of players are having issue with:

1. The event rules were posted and "we" the players played by your tournament rules.
2. There was no "glitch" as most people are alluding to. But it was a Kabam employee that posted the prize payouts and it is not the fault of the player that it was mistyped or that no editor or supervisor caught the employees' error.
3. Players earned the Leprechauns as instructed and traded them into the round tower for specific prizes for the Leprechaun tournaments. The "Bucket O' Gold" was listed for exchange of 5 leprechauns, and the player would receive a "Bucket O' Gold" prize at the rate of x1,000. The contents of the "Bucket O' Gold" prize was: 120x Gems and 1 Lionheart Armory Chest.
4. Players began to hunt picts and turn in their earned leprechauns and found that, due to Kabam's oversight, not a "glitch", had issued a prize payout of 1,000 buckets of 120k gems and 1,000 Lionheart Armory Chests.
5. After Kabam employees enjoyed the weekend (while players beat picts and earned Leprechauns) and returned to work, it was finally noticed that a Kabam employee made a colossal error.
6. Kabam in noticing the error, deleted the prize "Bucket O' Gold" from being obtained and has now "frozen" the buckets from being opened by the players in their My Items tabs.
7. Kabam has made no announcement to the players.

That's pretty much the bottom line.

Third, here is what the players know:
1. Players know they played by the rules set by Kabam.
2. Error was in no part due to the player.
3. Players earned their leprechauns and the prize payout listed.
4. That locking the prize payout is an injustice and slap in the face to the player for abiding by rules and playing a fair game and earning the posted prize.
5. That the lack of communication by Kabam to the players for locking the prize payout is a form of shirking their responsibility to the player.
6. Players also know that these gems were not designated as 'world specific' gems, so trying to change the type of gem is an injustice.

Fourth, here's what we'd like to see:
1. Kabam to post a notice and apology-stating that they are looking into the employee error and that is the reason for having frozen the prize payout.
2. After sufficient time, Kabam should unfreeze all prizes duly earned by those players.
3. Kabam to employ a supervisor or editor for all future tournaments to prevent further errors by Kabam employees and subsequently causing an injustice to the valued customer of Kabam-the players.
4. Kabam should not make amends to any players that did not earn this prize as per tournament rules.
5. Kabam not attempting to make this prize payout as 'world specific gems'.

These are not demands, just my humble opinion. If other players from Lancelot97 or other worlds where this occurred, can post their opinion-I would gladly appreciate the show of support.
