Forum Rules [Updated 12/21/2016]

MAIN RULES OF THE FORUMS

Please respect your community. Respect each other as you all enjoy the same thing ? The Game.

We encourage open and friendly discussion of the game and the Community. Moderators and Staff have final decisions on all matters, and are here to make sure that the Community remains a friendly, fun place appropriate for players of all backgrounds, ages and groups.

It is the forum member's responsibility to stay up to date on forum rules and to honor the behavior outlined.

PURPOSE OF THE FORUMS

These forums provide an area for constructive player discussions of the game. It also allows players to
help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.

These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you?re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.

CHANGES OR IMPROVEMENT

Please make sure to stay updated on these rules by reviewing this page from time to time.

This is a private board. As such, decisions made are final.
We reserve the right to remove any message board content without notice for any reason.


Rule 1: Responses to rule violations
Violating these rules will result in warnings, either formal or informal, suspensions, banning, or other sanctions.

Rule 2: Respect other users on the forums
- Do not make attacks or insult other users, either in the forums or through private messages. Disagreements and debates are fine, but don?t make it personal.
- Do not attack groups. This includes professions, races, religions, sexual orientations, genders, incomes, or even vague groups like ?you people.?
- Do not use ill terms which are offensive to groups, do not ?flame?, ?troll.? or ?haze?.

Rule 3: Respect the forum purpose and structure
- Make your posts in the appropriate forum.
- Please use the Search function. If a relevant thread already exists, please post there instead of creating a new thread about the same topic. Duplicate threads will be closed to keep the forums orderly and easy to navigate.
- Keep off-topic posts in the off-topic forum.
- Don?t start discussions about games that are not ours.
- Do not cross-link to other message boards or websites unless approved by a moderator.

Rule 4: Respect the law
- Do not post anything illegal under U.S. law, or encourage other users to break the laws of the U.S. or their country of residence.
- Do not encourage users to break terms of service. This includes giving information about how to find scripts, exploits, or cheats, as well as arranging to buy or sell accounts or virtual goods.

Rule 5: Respect the audience
Think about who you're talking to. Users may be as young as 13 on these message boards, and may be male or female, and from countries across the globe.
- Keep your language civil. Profanity is frowned on.
- Do not post Adult Material, inappropriate graphic sexual content in any format, or links to sexually explicit sites.
- Do not post graphic images or explicit descriptions of violent acts.
- Do not use an avatar or signature that could offend other users. They have to look at it a lot.

Rule 6: Respect privacy
- Do not post any private emails or private messages unless you have the explicit permission of each person involved in the exchange.
- Do not post private communication between customer support, members, moderators, or administrators on these forums, or anywhere else. (This include support ticket responses)
- Do not post any information covered by a non-disclosure agreement or beta testing agreement. Even if you somehow have inside information about our competitors, for legal reasons we don?t want to hear it.
- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

Rule 7: Do not spam
- Do not post repeatedly about the same topic.
- Do not spam users on the forums or through private messages.
- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

Rule 10: Respect the decisions of the moderators
- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator?s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

Player appreciation Badges stopped in all my world accounts

    Did you reply BACK to the auto-reply? If you do not reply back to the auto-reply then the ticket will eventually close out.

      Thanks for your reply, but to clarify this is a copy of the auto reply, it doesn't suggest the need to reply because there is nothing to reply to.

      "Your question has been received. You should expect a response from us within one business day."

      Am I missing something here?

        I have responded to the auto generated email twice and I still have not received and response. This is a wide problem across all worlds and you would think kabam would be trying to fix it. I am now 5 badges behind. The promotion ends in three days and people have been writing about this for at least two weeks. Is this issue going to be fixed or are we just not going to get out badges?

          I still have heard nothing about my shortage of player appreciation badges here or from support. I replied to two mails on two tickets and have gotten no response. Tomorrow is the last day for the comp and no fix yet. What is kabam going to do to fix this?

            Had the same issue. I'm stuck at 29 badges. Calendar is also froze as well. I've spent way to much money on this game to be ignored by game mods in the emails. Sick of computer generated non issue specific emails that have nothing to do with the current issue. Just fix,the,issues and stop spamming me with Apple issue reboot jargon. I have an android.

              Missing Badges... Poor appreciation... No luck!!!

              I am playing this game for almost about 8 months. I got so many errors / glitches in these period. I reported every time to Kabam customer support. and Only once my problem is really solved. I spent a few dollars on this game and stopped as most of the times my problems not solved. Sorry to say that, the players are not really appreciated.. My badges missing in world 78, 97 and 102 that should be of 31 in each of them but they are showing different in each world. Can u help me this time. I put a hard effort to get reward in this event in all these worlds but no luck i got this time also.

              I also heard that your company bans players who complaints much but Now I can ready to be banned too...

              Please do needful if u think my feelings are noticeable to your company or throw my mail to trash as u did it almost in all cases....!!!

                I did get my missing badges today. I responded to the original auto generated email and said that it didn't fix my problem. They credited my account with all my missing badges.

                  Hey everyone,

                  Today is the 31st and it looks like I have some more information about the badges for you. In order to best ensure that those who logged in daily and didn't spend their badges receive the chest, we have lowered the required trade-in amount to 25x Player Appreciation badges! The badges for the weekend and today will be sent out shortly, so if you are currently at 28/29 badges at the time of this post then you have the correct amount thus far.

                  This affects the following servers: 1,2,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,16,17,18,21,22,23,24,25,26,3 3,36,37,38,39,40,43,44,45,46,47,48,49,50,51,52,53, 54,57,59,60,66,67,68,69,70,71,72,75,76,77,78,80,87 ,97,98,102

                    There is the same problem on galahad5! Today, i have only 13 badges on the 31! Why have I not received all the badges?
                    I'm playing since one year and logging every day at least 3/4 Times a day. The évent finish tomorrow!!! .... I want my 31 day chest (Arthur epic)!!!!!

                      No Player appreciation Badges: Last day!!!

                      Today is the last day we can trade in our BADGES.

                      A lot of people of the Europe servers are still missing badges. The support doesn't want to help us.
                      I myself am missing 5 badges. Some are missing 10 or more badges.
                      We are always online.


                      DO SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!!!
                      IN THE ENGLISH WORLDS THEY REDUCED THE NUMBER OF BADGES NECCESSARY FOR THE MAIN CHEST, WE IN EUROPE STILL NEEDS TO HAVE 31 BADGES!
                      THIS IS UNFAIR!




                      I created a forum topic in every part of the forum. Kabam cannot say they didn't read my message.

                      If I don't get a reaction I will do it tomorrow again. And the day after tomorrow.... They need to solve this. If not I will ask Google to make a refund of my invested money. They think they can do whatever they want to do. They promiss us nice prices and afterwards they don't give us these prices. Kabam: I will buy 1.000.000 gems if you give me 31 badges.
                      No of course I will not buy 1.000.000 gems, but you won't give me my badges either....

                        In one hour we don't longer need to ask for badges, but we need to ask for our deserved prices. Once again kabam is promoting something they don't give. What is next, kabam scammers?
