Okay so what the **** is up with my knight apparently being stuck at 144 when I have a lvl 9 knightshall and I used a Galahad on it? No change, except I lost my item! Wrote kabam customer support three times with the same result: an automated "do a hard restart and contact if it doesn't work" when I then contacted them 5minutes later(!) I simply get an "this issue has been resolved"! It HAS NOT!!! Three times I've written!!! This is completely bull****!!

There is no way to do this. You can email Kabam, and if you are nice about it, and they feel like doing it, they may reset your knight to 199. Otherwise, you have a 200 knight and you need to pick another knight to try to 212 (and be more careful about it).

The only way to get higher then 200 is to use a train w/? before you hit the max level of 200. For example using a train with Arthur on a knight 20 exp before he moves from 199 to 200 will give you a 212 knight.

I have been reporting this issue to kabam support for weeks now. Via link in the game. Kabam support sends a message stating I should get a reply within 24hrs. I have never received addition replies. My knight is stuck at Lvl 200 and I just purchased $100.00 in gems to level the knight up. I know that kabam support probably gets a lot of emails but I would like a real response from them. Report number is 00874838. That's the last one of many sent. How can you check on the status of the report. You can not reply to the email.

    do not agree.
in all the games you can buy extensions. Kabam I do not understand why in the first search on the net all the flaws and difficulties to use these extensions.
we have to do beta testing? ok, then give us gems.

Today I responded to that email I sent a long time for this problem.
a shameful response, a single text copy and paste, without even reading my problems.

I just asked to take the knight exp.199, today there are still no response.

In addition there are around hp. 215, this new system kills the game.

this game is only for those who spend $ 800 a month?

Still waiting for an answer, and I try to be clear, although I do not know English.

how can I unlock a rider to get him to 212 exp?

(sorry, do not have it with users on the forum but Kabam, which creates no support and does not seem to solve the problems of this game)

    Yes there are.

Ask questions or browse the wiki site to find the answers. Your question is way to vague to answer. "are there any 'other' quirks in the game"

I only have spent gems on leveling knights. It seems to be the only reason to spend gems to me. Gives you speed in training, makes your troops stronger, and helps speed up builds/researches.

I only have one 211 knight and the rest have been leveling farming cities. I have not seen a reason for another high level knight yet. But in my old world I have 2 level 200 knights that I messed up on and learned my lesson like you, or should I say I learned that there was a lesson to learn. Mainly it is ask questions before you spend the money.

I also have a knight stuck at 211, but I realize that I messed up and used the train with arthur too soon and am stuck with not having a 212 knight unless I move another knight up.

As for the 215 knight it is a whole different item they are offering which will move your knight past the 200 limit and promote him to level 215.

There are many explanations in these forums and on the wiki site that explain the math needed to make a 212 knight but the best way to get information is to ask your alliance for advise, usually one or more of them have played for awhile and will be able to give you the info you need.

It sounds to me like wha you are saying is that I was not proactive enough browsing the web, sifting through forums, and asking my alliance if there were any quirks in spending gems that I should know about so that I don't get ripped off. Should that really be necessary? By all the posts I see, including yours, its clear most people didn't realize that was necessary and many feeling slighted and/or confused.

In the interest of staying proactive, tell me then: are there any 'other' quirks in the game that I should know about so that I won't get ripped off? There seems to be many people who would interested to know.

Well if that were true we'd have a real problem, considering Kabam is facilitating the purchase of an upgrade to a specific Knight, then delivers an upgrade that you can't use on him. Oh and by the way, if you ask Kabam for an help, an explanation or a refund, you get not response.

Just because there is a way to work around the bug posted on some web site somewhere doesn't mean it's not a problem with the game. But hey, at least they've got you defending them.

ok, this I was told afterwards.

I am now stuck with a rider at 201, I wrote Kabam if he could unlock it (bring it to 199) but I do not have any answers.

now .... how do I unlock the knight?

At and above 200 your knight will stop leveling or gaining exp.

You can only gain exp to 20 X your knights hall. So at level 10 knights hall you stop at 200 unless a train w/? is used before you hit 200.

I have the same problem. knight locked to level. 201
this game has a lot of problems, especially slow. difficult to read the correct data is only updated when restarting the game.
as I pointed out several times a week technical support. I still have not received any response.
I did complain to the AppleStore purchase.
it is strange how in other games you pay for upgrades and Kabam only think about how to stop the tricks and never improve the game.

so please sbloccatemi the knight and respond to emails.

    Thank you.
