MAIN RULES OF THE FORUMS

Please respect your community. Respect each other as you all enjoy the same thing ? The Game.

We encourage open and friendly discussion of the game and the Community. Moderators and Staff have final decisions on all matters, and are here to make sure that the Community remains a friendly, fun place appropriate for players of all backgrounds, ages and groups.

It is the forum member's responsibility to stay up to date on forum rules and to honor the behavior outlined.

PURPOSE OF THE FORUMS

These forums provide an area for constructive player discussions of the game. It also allows players to
help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.

These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you?re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.

CHANGES OR IMPROVEMENT

Please make sure to stay updated on these rules by reviewing this page from time to time.

This is a private board. As such, decisions made are final.
We reserve the right to remove any message board content without notice for any reason.


Rule 1: Responses to rule violations
Violating these rules will result in warnings, either formal or informal, suspensions, banning, or other sanctions.

Rule 2: Respect other users on the forums
- Do not make attacks or insult other users, either in the forums or through private messages. Disagreements and debates are fine, but don?t make it personal.
- Do not attack groups. This includes professions, races, religions, sexual orientations, genders, incomes, or even vague groups like ?you people.?
- Do not use ill terms which are offensive to groups, do not ?flame?, ?troll.? or ?haze?.

Rule 3: Respect the forum purpose and structure
- Make your posts in the appropriate forum.
- Please use the Search function. If a relevant thread already exists, please post there instead of creating a new thread about the same topic. Duplicate threads will be closed to keep the forums orderly and easy to navigate.
- Keep off-topic posts in the off-topic forum.
- Don?t start discussions about games that are not ours.
- Do not cross-link to other message boards or websites unless approved by a moderator.

Rule 4: Respect the law
- Do not post anything illegal under U.S. law, or encourage other users to break the laws of the U.S. or their country of residence.
- Do not encourage users to break terms of service. This includes giving information about how to find scripts, exploits, or cheats, as well as arranging to buy or sell accounts or virtual goods.

Rule 5: Respect the audience
Think about who you're talking to. Users may be as young as 13 on these message boards, and may be male or female, and from countries across the globe.
- Keep your language civil. Profanity is frowned on.
- Do not post Adult Material, inappropriate graphic sexual content in any format, or links to sexually explicit sites.
- Do not post graphic images or explicit descriptions of violent acts.
- Do not use an avatar or signature that could offend other users. They have to look at it a lot.

Rule 6: Respect privacy
- Do not post any private emails or private messages unless you have the explicit permission of each person involved in the exchange.
- Do not post private communication between customer support, members, moderators, or administrators on these forums, or anywhere else. (This include support ticket responses)
- Do not post any information covered by a non-disclosure agreement or beta testing agreement. Even if you somehow have inside information about our competitors, for legal reasons we don?t want to hear it.
- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

Rule 7: Do not spam
- Do not post repeatedly about the same topic.
- Do not spam users on the forums or through private messages.
- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

Rule 10: Respect the decisions of the moderators
- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator?s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

    I was embedding my knight and everything was good till i attacked someone then i lost to lvl 9 blue jewels and i have ss that i won them

    I lost 2 blue 2 red lvl 8 jewels when they swapped inferno helmet they claim nothing wrong wont return them. I dont understand why they wont return them

        Hello Chill legend,

        Can you please explain what happened when you lost that Jewel. We are not aware of any bug that caused Jewels to just disappear and so it would be really useful if you could describe what exactly happened.

          Caught lying

          Funny Kabam is not aware of a disappearing jewel issue Dana? Considering on 8-6-15 deeper back in this SAME forum another Kabam employer replied to an older post about trying the "Kabam fix" for missing Jewels. Lol, should read your own fotums before you lie to customers.

            After reading back it was actually YOUR reply Dana to Jacob Ceorloene_1 on 8-14-15 about known issues with missing jewels that you and Kabam all the sudden know nothing about today, lmao.

              Hello Noob_5LNCFRV,

              The only bug related to Jewels not showing in-game that we were aware of, was related to the stats change in the Inferno shield gear. If you are experiencing any Jewels disappearing that is not related to the switch in stats for the Inferno Shield, please report it here and include as many details as you can.

              This will help us investigate the matter and if there is any issue with the jewels I will report it to our engineering team. Thank you for your cooperation.

                Lost Jewels in 132

                Dana- This is starting to get very discouraging about the jewels issue. You guys know there is an issue but you play it off like there isn't! This is one of the biggest complaints related to gameplay right now. We send in tickets, take screenshots and you guys still chose to act like nothing is wrong. Why don't you guys just replace our jewels?? There is starting to get too many people complaining about this to sweep it under the rug anymore. This needs to be addressed

                    Dana the problem is the game internal update/auto save system if players remove jewels quickly he game cannot Keep u and doesn't realise you have Moved two not one jewel and one disappears between the auto save. This is the same issue that happens when hitting one camp/wild very quickly one after the other and troops to vanish. Tickets have been going into support about this issue with jewels for over a year now. I am aware of atleast 10 players that have had this issue but support always say hey never had the items in the first place, despite them having pictures of thier Knights with them and knight stats that they could only have managed with the jewels before they were lost. It has caused at least 3 people to quit the game that I played with since I started.

                      Hi,

                      Our engineers have been looking into this situation and discovered the Jewels are never missing.

                      There are two situations where jewels seem to have disappeared after embedding. First, trying to place a jewel in an empty slot and after refreshing the game, the jewel seems to have vanished. In this case the jewel is not gone and can be found in the Storehouse. The second situation, the slot was embedded with a jewel, and when players try to use a new one to replace it, the old jewel is removed from the gear after refreshing the game. But both old and new jewels can be found in storehouse.

                      As far as taking too many actions too fast which might cause the jewels to disappear, I will report this to our engineers as wel, however my advice to you would be not to take too many actions all at once.

                        Please do pass it on I have never seen or heard of the two situations you have mentioned all players I'm aware of have lost the jewels full stop and support just said they were lying even though they had pics of the knight with stats that could only of been possible with the jewels and battle report numbers that again prove they were on their own attack knight. I have lost jewels I will try to ask some that have lost to post here as well.

                          Think I've lost 3 level 9 rubies and 2 level 9 sapphires and 1 level 8 ruby. All lost the same way, whilst swapping them to another piece of gear. Went and told support abut it with pics to prove it and they said I've never owned the jewels :/ even though I showed proof. Messed up glitch and seriously needs to be looked into.

                            Missing gems.......again

                            Guess what, I'm missing a lvl 9 ruby. I put in a ticket, but I already know I'm going to get a generic response from support. This is always happening when I switch gems from gear. I have had multiple lvl 9 sapphires go missing and I'm told that I never owned them when I put the ticket in. Fix this now!!!!

                              Just to suppport this case. It was in the beginning of tristan 130. I lost 4 Jewels lvl7 ( At that time pretty rare) by swapping them back and forward from attack knight to defense knight. Created 3 tickets, support asked for pictures, i even knew on what events i won them, at the end always ended up at developers. Where it was close without feedback. That was the moment i official decided never to try another game of kabam. Still playing this one but pretty sad it needs to go that far.
