We encourage open and friendly discussion of the game and the Community. Moderators and Staff have final decisions on all matters, and are here to make sure that the Community remains a friendly, fun place appropriate for players of all backgrounds, ages and groups.

It is the forum member's responsibility to stay up to date on forum rules and to honor the behavior outlined.


These forums provide an area for constructive player discussions of the game. It also allows players to
help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.

These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you?re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.


Please make sure to stay updated on these rules by reviewing this page from time to time.


This is a private board. As such, decisions made are final.
We reserve the right to remove any message board content without notice for any reason.

Rule 1: Responses to rule violations
Violating these rules will result in warnings, either formal or informal, suspensions, banning, or other sanctions.

Rule 2: Respect other users on the forums
- Do not make attacks or insult other users, either in the forums or through private messages. Disagreements and debates are fine, but don?t make it personal.
- Do not attack groups. This includes professions, races, religions, sexual orientations, genders, incomes, or even vague groups like ?you people.?
- Do not use ill terms which are offensive to groups, do not ?flame?, ?troll.? or ?haze?.

Rule 3: Respect the forum purpose and structure
- Make your posts in the appropriate forum.
- Please use the Search function. If a relevant thread already exists, please post there instead of creating a new thread about the same topic. Duplicate threads will be closed to keep the forums orderly and easy to navigate.
- Keep off-topic posts in the off-topic forum.
- Don?t start discussions about games that are not ours.
- Do not cross-link to other message boards or websites unless approved by a moderator.

Rule 4: Respect the law
- Do not post anything illegal under U.S. law, or encourage other users to break the laws of the U.S. or their country of residence.
- Do not encourage users to break terms of service. This includes giving information about how to find scripts, exploits, or cheats, as well as arranging to buy or sell accounts or virtual goods.

Rule 5: Respect the audience
Think about who you're talking to. Users may be as young as 13 on these message boards, and may be male or female, and from countries across the globe.
- Keep your language civil. Profanity is frowned on.
- Do not post Adult Material, inappropriate graphic sexual content in any format, or links to sexually explicit sites.
- Do not post graphic images or explicit descriptions of violent acts.
- Do not use an avatar or signature that could offend other users. They have to look at it a lot.

Rule 6: Respect privacy
- Do not post any private emails or private messages unless you have the explicit permission of each person involved in the exchange.
- Do not post private communication between customer support, members, moderators, or administrators on these forums, or anywhere else. (This include support ticket responses)
- Do not post any information covered by a non-disclosure agreement or beta testing agreement. Even if you somehow have inside information about our competitors, for legal reasons we don?t want to hear it.
- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

Rule 7: Do not spam
- Do not post repeatedly about the same topic.
- Do not spam users on the forums or through private messages.
- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

Rule 10: Respect the decisions of the moderators
- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator?s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

    I am missing embbeding jewels from my knight, the jewels have been dissapearing for months now and I would like for you people to give them back. I know you think you've solved this but you really haven't (edited) I tried what you said on your email but that doesn't work (edited) the last time one of my jewels went missing it said my knight was inactive and the jewel just dissapeared. I am from world 133 and I have an iPhone 5 latest iOS version with the latest koc update.

    Goodluck. I lost 4 lvl 8 jewels also in 133 when they changed infetno helmet. Kabam is full of it ans juat dont want give them back. These jewels very hard to get. I been sending in tickets since inferno ended but they just close em saying issue was same as b4 but they wont fix it I also play in 118,125, andfew other worlds dont seem have the same issue

      I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. I know you've already contacted our support department, however please do so again and explain that you already tried the fix explained in our email and despite that your Jewels still don't appear in your Storehouse. If you have any screenshots, that would also help. I assure you our colleagues are doing everything possible to investigate any case and they will be able to help you if you clearly describe the issue.

        I'm also missing christals after exchanging more then 150 nlue saffiers in the round tower.there where no boxes with christals *10 in my items.

          I finally won a lvl9 ruby I put on my knight and attack someone when I check the rep my attack wasn't maxed I go back to look at my gear and it's gone. It's not in my storehouse and anything it's just vanished. Can Kabam help me get it back?

            Their not fixing missing jewels problem.

            @danakabam. How we suppose have screen shot of jewel if it disappears. We dont expect them to vanish

              They're not looking into it

              I have already messaged your support team explaining how the instructions given don't work, but they just keep on replying me with the same email telling me to follow the instructions that don't even work

                Support doesn't even read the tickets we send in. We get the same generic answer all the time, then when u argue with then because you get frustrated they give u some speeds n close the ticket. I don't want speed ups I want the jewel that glitched.

                    I'm in 131 and noticed that i have this issue today....

                    I submitted a ticket today. I had 11 level 9 sapphires and rubies. This was enough to max my attacker and still have a couple to keep on my marsh. For some reason when I swap the jewels from my attacker to my marshal and then go to return them to my attacker I lose jewels. Now I have 10 rubies and 9 sapphires. Sorry but this is unacceptable. I'm pretty sure I can reproduce the issue kabam but I do not want to lose any more stones without knowing that I will get them back. I have an inventory screen shot of 11 rubies and 9 sapphires before I lost a ruby doing what I explained above. Can someone please work with me to see the issue and return what belongs to me at a minimum. I also have a screen shot of my my attacker when I had enough level 9 sapphires to fill all of the slots.....before I lost the sapphires. The missing stones are not in my inventory either. Feel free to look....

                      I won 2 lvl 10 sapphire from inferno. I had campaigned in the 5th campaign for rubies and sapphire. I had a total of 12 sapphires and 7 rubies. I had used up a ton of stamina saved up and approximately 2 billion in might to get these items. In the last 2 days most of my lvl 9 sapphire and rubies have disappeared even the ones I won in inferno. Then when you do contact kabam about it you get a generic message and a line of bs to boot. I don't get it I EVEN SHOWED YOU GUYS THE SCREEN SHOTS OF THE LVL 10 JEWELS IN THE ARMOR! !!!!!!! This is totally unacceptable kabam you need to fix these issues not just brush them under the carpet. Your stealing money from your players, and you wonder why worlds are dead and dying out.I'm from pendragons 131 and people are fed up with all these glitches. UNACCEPTABLE! !!

                        Still no response

                        I don't get it, we buy gems to get these jewels, we buy gems to get stamina to get these jewels and the jewels now go missing. Should I call up visa and put a charge back, on the gems I purchased to get these items. I mean it's the same thing kabam did to me. I buy gems for stamina and get sapphire and rubies. Then they go missing. So my jewels go missing shouldn't their money go missing . Lose lose situation kabam brings on themselves. Solve the issues

                          I won 2 level 9 jewel from campaign but now i have only one i have ss when i won it

                            Are we going to get help here or are we going to jerked around some more. Clearly there is a game issue and your team is sweeping things under the rug. You are taking people's money and not delivering a service or product. I need you and your team to step up.

                              Good luck guys on getting your jewels back. But they are gone forever.
                              I lost 4 of them and after dealing with support over and over again, I've given up thinking I'll ever get them back.
