    5. Equalization and Disparities Act

Expressing its fixed resolve to liberate humankind from the yoke of capital and imperialism, the Dominion of Canada declares that every Citizen has the unconditional right to access nationalized and public resources while being guided by the principle that equality of opportunity and comprehensive collective security requires that the allocation of nationalized resources from the Dominion Reserve be primarily granted to the least economically developed provinces in the Dominion. The Executive has the duty to terminate disparities to ensure the enhancement of the heroic phases, and glorious collective works of, Dominion industrialization as well as a responsibility to promote an equal opportunity for every Citizen to realize their political, social, and economic goals.

    6. Collective Security Act

It is the policy of every Citizen that any unprovoked aggressive act upon any one of our interests coming from any citizen from any nation or alliance will be seen as an attack by that offender's nation upon every Dominion Citizen over the globe, which will merit a highly disproportionate collective, coordinated military response which may include total war by the Dominion Peace Force and our allies and treaty parters at the Executive Decree of the Overlord Dominicus. This policy applies to potential aggressive intra-Union attacks as well as to any externality, and every Citizen will implement this policy of Collective Security upon a verbal or written Executive Decree should they have the offensive military capability.

    7. Citizenship and Information Act

All peoples are more than welcome to apply for Citizenship or inquire about the Dominion by messaging the eternal and glorious Overlord Dominicus Greater Canada, or by applying formally through the democratic processes of the Dominion.

    i) All Citizens must read and agree to abide by and uphold the Charter, and any Citizenship may be revoked by the Executive should a Citizen consciously refuse to abide by any clause in the Charter, and give the Executive reasonable and probable grounds to believe that the public offender cannot be rehabilitated. In these circumstances, the public offender will be attributed Illegal Alien status by the Executive on behalf of the people.

    8. Illegal Alien Act

    i) If any Citizen has reasonable and probable grounds to suspect that any global citizen is reporting internal security intelligence to a neutral or suspicious nation or interest this must be reported to the Executive both verbally and in writing.

ii) When the Executive has reasonable and probable grounds to suspect that any citizen is or has been unethically gathering intelligence for internal sources, or any intelligence for external sources, the Executive has the authority to terminate any Citizenship and attribute Illegal Alien status to the public offender, which will result in exile and potentially pre-emptive military campaigns (notwithstanding the Collective Security Act), and immediate exile. These actions may be taken without prior notice or warning to the Illegal Alien.

    9. Liberalism Act

All Citizens, upon Executive Authorization of their citizenship application, pledge to value and uphold the ideals and principles of liberalism, as legislatively articulated in the Charter. The Liberal Federation is eternally and unconditionally based on the principles of political Liberalism. A liberal mind is an enlightened mind and requires a global consciousness and the recognition of the Dominion's enduring mission to end the commodification and expropriation of the globe. All Citizens pledge to:

    i) develop socially conscious leadership abilities, and the willingness to transcend her or his individualized self-interest and embrace the global interest of freedom and democracy for all progressive nations.

ii) spark revolution, insurgency, insurrection and/or rise in arms against a rogue government that refuses to uphold the security, peace, and/or democratic government of the Dominion of Canada, or any Act in the Charter.

iii) assume her or his responsibility to participate and maintain the democratic foundation of the Dominion.

iv) eternally uphold the virtue in seeking security by working together to construct a free, democratic and egalitarian world order, and to consider refraining from the use of credible imminent threats.

    v) defend the peace of the world from heart to heart, from tower to tower o’er the western wave, swearing eternal enmity to every form of tyranny over the mind of man, for global liberty.

Executive Order of Greater Canada, Founder and Overlord Dominicus of the Dominion of Canada.

iii) right to an equal opportunity to develop politically, socially, and economically.

iv) right to life and security of the person and not to be deprived thereof except in accordance with the principles of fundamental justice.

    2. Act of Dominion

The Dominion of Canada is a free and global union of Citizens, cities, and nations. The Executive maintains the responsibility to determine such conflicts.

    v) Resolutions that do not conflict with the Charter may be vetoed and hence no longer be permitted by the Executive within three weeks of any such resolution, should he collectively resolve that this resolution compromises the security, peace, or democratic government of the Dominion of Canada.

vii) Every Dominion Citizen shall retain the inalienable right to freely secede from the Dominion of Canada at will.

    3. Global Security Act

For the purpose of defending the victory of all Liberal revolutions, and for the purpose of securing all Citizens in the possession of complete and eternal democratic liberties and sovereignties and the just enforcement of the Acts in the Charter, and in order to eliminate all possibility of the restoration to power of right-winged, conservative, and neo-fascist elements, it is hereby declared that all Citizens be armed, and that the Dominion Peace Force expand and remain globally coordinated, and that all unsafe, aggressive, and ultraconservative threats to the peace be disarmed and brought to justice by the Dominion of Canada in concert with formal and covert allies, as well as willing progressive and peace-keeping nations throughout the world.

    i) The eternal and unconditional duty of the Force is to ensure the defence and sovereignty of all Citizens, the disarmament of all aggressive elements and pockets of global reactionary resistance, as well as the inevitable triumph of Liberalism in all lands.

ii) The Overlord Dominicus, in his individual and/or collective capacity, consists of the Commander-in-Chief of the Dominion of Canada, and every Citizen agrees to honour the democratic Chain of Command of the Force, notwithstanding the principles of the Collective Security Act, in times of peace, war, and global revolution.

    4. National Equality Act

The nations of the Dominion of Canada, having crushed the economic and political power of the repressive, oppressive, and exploitative conservative hierarchy, and having thus abolished all obstacles which have interfered with the freedom of organization and action of the workers and peasants, offers assistance, material and other, to Citizens of the poorest peasantry in their effort to unite, organize, and strategically plan and realize a sound and flexible economic development strategy.

    i) Every Citizen is equal before and under the law and has the right to equal protection and equal benefit of the law without discrimination and, in particular, without discrimination based on economic status, wealth, assets, race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex, age, or mental or physical disability.

ii) This does not preclude any law, program or activity that has as its object the amelioration of unequal social or economic opportunity or the relatively poor living conditions of disadvantaged individuals, groups, and collectivities.
