It has come to be a considerable number of players in realm Merlin-83 feel that egregious amounts of unfair gameplay have gone reported, yet not addressed. Such repeated violations of supposed fair gameplay have resulted in this community of players, who enjoy your game and play within the rules established, to band together and agree that any future spending within the game be severely diminished, if not entirely. Until such time Kabam has taken action to restore our faith in their intent to manage and operate a balanced and fair game, we will proceed to actively campaign a boycott of in-app purchases.

Not just across our realm in world chat, but all realms via this forum.

Your Corporate Terms of Service, which your games players deem applicable, and extensible:

Specifically Section 9, title "Online Services/Your Responsibilities". Per your own agreement, the following are prohibited:

Intentionally interfere with the operation or fair play of any Services available on the Websites or through any Third Party Platform, or any other user’s enjoyment of such Services; Use, develop, or distribute any robot (or “bot”), spider, unauthorized script, unauthorized scraper or offline reader, or any other cheat, exploit, mod, bot, hack or the like, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with or provide automated access to or use of the Websites or Services, or any portion thereof, or any Services available on or through any Third Party Platform;

We can appreciate that reports of abuse need to be vetted by your company before action can take place, but our tolerance for inaction has eclipsed all reasonable limits.

Until such time that we have collectively received satisfaction, our intention is to cease spending money on jewels that these cheaters are constantly devaluing. Our expectations for remedial action to be taken by Kabam:

1: Kabam will Terminate such accounts as validated, immediately
2: Offer prompt responses related to future reported abuses
3: Develop the capability of rapidly responding, and engaging, similar software abuse.

Respectfully submitted,

The Merlin-83 Coalition
