MAIN RULES OF THE FORUMS

help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.

These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you?re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.

CHANGES OR IMPROVEMENT

Please make sure to stay updated on these rules by reviewing this page from time to time.

Rule 3: Respect the forum purpose and structure

- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

Rule 7: Do not spam
- Do not post repeatedly about the same topic.
- Do not spam users on the forums or through private messages.
- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

Rule 10: Respect the decisions of the moderators
- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator?s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

Pardon the lapse in communication we are hard at work on new content and events.

Dash was up 'till midnight working on new combos. It's has just been really busy around here lately so It's hard for me to get through the forums posts and respond to all of them. I do read them, but sometimes a response has to be sacrificed so I can push ahead with new things for HoC.

Translation: stop posting so much whining spam and crap that the Admins have to waste their time sifting through and maybe there'd be more time left over in their day for a few responses.

P.S. "up til midnight" is lost on this generation/community....you forget these people stay up around the clock for days to gain a reward or rank in a virtual world's event, you can't expect them to understand or appreciate the effort taken to produce said virtual world.

That's all I've seen her do, complain or act like some kind of saint. Let's be honest D, we all post on the forums for a mobile TCG. You probably have no more of a life than any of the rest of us.

I think some of you need to go back and look up the difference between feedback, constructive crticism, and complaining.

Feedback is something you give that lets someone know whether you liked, or didn't like, something they did. Sometimes it even includes the reason why. But it usually is meant to be used as a basis for improvement. It's usually given (and received) in a mature, respectful manner, but it can come in all forms, including hostile rants and explosiveness (i.e., "passionate players" often give explosive feedback).

Constructive criticism is when you don't like what someone did and you additionally offer something they could do instead. Hence the word "constructive." It's usually presented in a mature and respectful manner.

Complaining is simply stating a grievance, dissatisfaction or annoyance with the way things are. Chronic complaining means one does this over and over -- without ever offering something constructive, and without ever learning to cope differently with how things are -- and yet expecting a different result.

Insisting on ranting and acting out within the forums is no different than a toddler screaming in the middle of a store for a piece of candy or a toy. At some point societal norms send us the message that this behavior generally isn't appropriate (or necessary) and most of us learn to use our words and/or control our emotions. Most of us.

I assure you I do not complain about much. Sure, there are a couple threads around here where I have expressed my dissatisfaction with a particular team or response, but they are few and far between. When I do, I generally try to offer something contructive to my complaint in order to be fair.

Do I offer feedback and challenge the behavior(s) of many community members? Absolutely, very often in fact. But if you actually read (rather tha react to) my replies, you'd see that I'm not wrong. You simply don't like hearing it....but that doesn't make me wrong for saying it.

Interestingly enough, I don't judge any of you for your (lack of) coping skills, I simply try to show you there is another way that may not cause so much discomfort....but many of you feel the need to judge me for expressing my thoughts simply because they don't mesh with yours. That doesn't make me a saint or a martyr, it just means we handle things differently.....and that *should* be okay. At least I'm not the one getting so upset, so my way works for me. :/

And at the end of the day, on multiple occasions, Admin have quoted me as being correct...so I actually do know a little about the things I suggest to you.
