So Kabam listen up, we've got a hacker on our realm. His name is Kohah and he is definetly using autoclicker and speedhack. At the moment his boss kills are at 93k. He came from the middle of nowhere and started botting when he had stats like 230k / 60k. (That was ca. 2 months ago). In his "best" day he did 20k boss kills! Now he has a 1,1 million deck (unbuffed) with very strong combos. One week ago he was at ca. 770k HP (unbuffed) with his deck. But still he had some good combos. Over night, directly after the storm, his stats rose by almost 350k! This cant be called summoning luck. No one gets within one day a team with 8 T4 Legends! Those T4 Legendaries (Godlies) are especially very rare cards like for example Soulcage & Infernus. In below i linked some pictures of his deck and the changes it made within the course of time. The screenshots are taken from different players of my realm. Please do something against him, i am sure he is not only botting and using speedhack, but also hacking gems and tower tokens, because he had PE Sir Percival and Hugue de Payns within 3-4 days.

Kohahs boss kills, unique cards, longest streak + guild:

Kohah botting in Balin city event (he is rank 2):

Kohahs deck a day before the summon storm (he is the guy at the top of the picture):

Kohahs deck directly after the summon storm (he is still the guy at the top of the picture):

Please do something about this kabam. it is really unfair to everyone that spend years to get good decks and then people like kohah comes and just gets a good deck like that. Dont leave this and please do something

I second this... Been playing for a year non stop. Even payed good money. This KoHah comes a long and out stats me within a month.

Kabam you guys must do something about KoHaH cause he is cheating and you are losing customers cause of these hackers. They make it impossible to feel strong in this game. This hacking situation is getting out of hand with all the hackers in the game. Either you guys do something about hackers or you will lose many valuable customers and potential spenders. In the long run you are losing money. And I don't think you wanna do that Kabam.

Sp4z what would u do if u seen a hacker in ur realm? We simply brought it here for everyone's attention. We already have sent tickets about kohah and nothing is done. From what I see its just horrible customer service.

              • #8
Sp4zrocker, atleast 3 people from my realm have sent tickets to the support regarding this issue. So far nothing has changed. Now we are trying to get your attention here. Do you understand?

Hy Kabam. I'm in the same shoes as King. Playing this game for a year and spending money. Than a player appears from somewhere named KoHaH ( never seen him before). From an SS deck in 3-4 weeks he's got now an SSS deck with over 1mill hp. I was checking the ranking system and he's not even reaching gk lvl9, that means he's not spending, or maybe he's just sooooo lucky that all the cards what he summoned is 5* and 6*(doubt it).And I don't even want to mention the boss fights (ridiculous) ... Like this the game is not much fun anymore, and I'm talking now for the people from the server. I'm just asking to take action, otherwise Kabam will loose lot of players who's spending money on this game. Kind Regards Sensei

Listen up, Sp4zrocker. I am one of the top three strongest decks in Galahad-65. I became that by making your boss ( Kabam ) thousands of dollars richer. I'm very uncomfortable, frustrated, upset, unsatisfied and pissed up with this hacking situation has been going on not only in Galahad 65 bug also in all other affected realms. It is obvious this kohan guy has been hacking. Because there is not way in hell* anyone can become as strong as he is now overnight and be level 7 and rank 31 in gk. Btw, I'm third rank right now if u ask. As the good costumer I have been and I am, I demand kabam to do something about this situation with kohan. I don't know, ban him, vanished him, kick his **** out, I don't care. I want him out. Because it isn't damn* fair and right we all have spent a lot of our time, a lot of money and work so damn* much and hard in this game to be where we are now for this kohan to come with his hack tool, autoclicker, fast forward or whatever and become so strong overnight. We have brought to your attention this matter and with enough proofs showing this kohan has cheat in the game. So now do your job and clean up our realm and get rid of these cheaters are ruining this game.

Hi kabam, i am at the same shoe as all of them, i spent more than 1000 USD in this game and did not grow up as kohah did after storm. Hackers should be banned in this game, not get a good service from kabam, we payers should get it.

Also , how come we qre getting new players in our realm when its a closed realm already? New players with big cards are overtaking ranks in arena, auto clickers are overaking ranks in event.

Kabam, it is about damn time to clean up and banned these hackers. I am so pissed off that this player KOHAH has suddenly buffed up so much in matter of 2 months to get a deck that I took almost 1.5 years to get. I spent hard earned money in this game and you guys are just letting hackers ruined the game! With just 1 summon storm, he got 8 copies of at least 8 legendary cards. The fact he missed out of a t4 scarecrow was that scarecrow was not in the summon pool!!! For god sake, banned his account, clean up the realm and regain some integrity into the game and yourself too!!

Admin have stated repeatedly that no staff can comment regarding alleged hackers, cheats, etc due to the game's Privacy Policy. ( I don't think it's that they don't *want* to address your concerns here, but that they simply *can't* due to the policy that is in place.

The best you can do is submit a report through the "Contact Us" tab at the bottom of this Support page: But don't expect feedback or follow-up due to confidentiality issues. Sorry.

Best of luck, I hope the situation eventually gets addressed. Just keep submitting reports if you are able. I know it probably seems/feels futile, but it's really all you can do. :/

Policy policy they cant even follow or make their rules terms and policy "RULE" their own game.
