Forum Rules [Updated 12/21/2016]

MAIN RULES OF THE FORUMS

Please respect your community. Respect each other as you all enjoy the same thing ? The Game.

We encourage open and friendly discussion of the game and the Community. Moderators and Staff have final decisions on all matters, and are here to make sure that the Community remains a friendly, fun place appropriate for players of all backgrounds, ages and groups.

It is the forum member's responsibility to stay up to date on forum rules and to honor the behavior outlined.

PURPOSE OF THE FORUMS

These forums provide an area for constructive player discussions of the game. It also allows players to
help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.

These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you?re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.

CHANGES OR IMPROVEMENT

Please make sure to stay updated on these rules by reviewing this page from time to time.

This is a private board. As such, decisions made are final.
We reserve the right to remove any message board content without notice for any reason.


Rule 1: Responses to rule violations
Violating these rules will result in warnings, either formal or informal, suspensions, banning, or other sanctions.

Rule 2: Respect other users on the forums
- Do not make attacks or insult other users, either in the forums or through private messages. Disagreements and debates are fine, but don?t make it personal.
- Do not attack groups. This includes professions, races, religions, sexual orientations, genders, incomes, or even vague groups like ?you people.?
- Do not use ill terms which are offensive to groups, do not ?flame?, ?troll.? or ?haze?.

Rule 3: Respect the forum purpose and structure
- Make your posts in the appropriate forum.
- Please use the Search function. If a relevant thread already exists, please post there instead of creating a new thread about the same topic. Duplicate threads will be closed to keep the forums orderly and easy to navigate.
- Keep off-topic posts in the off-topic forum.
- Don?t start discussions about games that are not ours.
- Do not cross-link to other message boards or websites unless approved by a moderator.

Rule 4: Respect the law
- Do not post anything illegal under U.S. law, or encourage other users to break the laws of the U.S. or their country of residence.
- Do not encourage users to break terms of service. This includes giving information about how to find scripts, exploits, or cheats, as well as arranging to buy or sell accounts or virtual goods.

Rule 5: Respect the audience
Think about who you're talking to. Users may be as young as 13 on these message boards, and may be male or female, and from countries across the globe.
- Keep your language civil. Profanity is frowned on.
- Do not post Adult Material, inappropriate graphic sexual content in any format, or links to sexually explicit sites.
- Do not post graphic images or explicit descriptions of violent acts.
- Do not use an avatar or signature that could offend other users. They have to look at it a lot.

Rule 6: Respect privacy
- Do not post any private emails or private messages unless you have the explicit permission of each person involved in the exchange.
- Do not post private communication between customer support, members, moderators, or administrators on these forums, or anywhere else. (This include support ticket responses)
- Do not post any information covered by a non-disclosure agreement or beta testing agreement. Even if you somehow have inside information about our competitors, for legal reasons we don?t want to hear it.
- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

Rule 7: Do not spam
- Do not post repeatedly about the same topic.
- Do not spam users on the forums or through private messages.
- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

Rule 10: Respect the decisions of the moderators
- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator?s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

    Solution...

    Support open live chat to talk to people when this happens, set an appointment. And get it resolved in one go not over 30 emails that are 24 to 48 hours and 10.days apart. People would wait paitently for that knowing that things would get resolved.
    I feel like the money I invested over the last month was basically stolen. I spent to keep the grail knights level up. Didn't purchase anything I normally would nothing I would was avalible at the time. How would I be compensated let's see 2 ss and 15 arena tickets. If I am lucky.
    I understand why over 100 active players from my server alone left for another game over the last week.

    Nothing suggested or I have tried has worked. Thanks for trying. But I have been filling up servers with new accounts created every 2 minutes trying to find mine.this could be why servers seem dead.

      Yeah I did that to, must have created over 30 accounts,


      It kinda is my fault because I didn't change kabam ID password right from the start, I played my game with google+ and facebook never logged in with kabam ID before, and now it's lost


      I have my progress linked to facebook and different game progress linked to my kabam ID, and quite possible that there is third progress with my google+ and here on forum they are one and same all using same email address, that is really confusing...


      I have sent an email that get back to me faster then I sent it, so it's not a person that reply it, I have sent a ticket twice yesterday but no reply yet, and now I'm waiting to lose that primal rider in arena, need 3k more for scorched chest, multiple 5 star chest from new kids on the block arena and quite possible I'll miss next event before my account gets back to me if it does that is.

        I know what you mean.. I can see all my achievements in Google play as well. I feel as though I should just be able to down load it from there but that is not the case. Lol 30 so far, lol I have created 30 new in the past 2 hours. I have done close to 1,500 by now. I feel like it is up to me to fix this situation, because all I am getting is the standard generic responses from support and told to wait another day or another 2 days. I would just quit but I invested a lot of money into this game. If it was only a few $100 I would have moved on. Although even when my account does come back I dont know how much I will play and I won't ever spend a dime again on this game. I feel as though Kabam has actually stolen from me, only deposited so I wouldn't lose gk, and well it has already dropped past were I was when I deposited, if the rate is still the same. Under normal circumstances I wouldn't complain about buying, and I take what I get, but this one was a purpose that was shot. Seriously thinking about going back to online gambling, they have better support by 1000x, you can't give there chat bubble to go away, and it it way cheaper.

            2. NiightOwl, ticket# 03178353. He last heard from support 5 days ago. They said they were having trouble fixing the issue. Five days ago they asked him for a new email address to link to his Kabam ID. He provided them one. Just now (as I was typing the forum post) they asked him for a new email address to link to his Kabam ID.
            4/8/2015 -- Support said that his email address will be provided to the game team and that he should contact support if he hasn't received a reply in 2-4 business days.
            4/9/2015 -- no response
            4/10/2015 -- no response
            4/11/2015 -- no response
            4/12/2015 -- no response
            4/13/2015 -- no response

            3. Kurse, ticket# 03187323. They asked him for a new email address to link to his Kabam ID. He provided them one and has heard nothing back.
            4/8/2015 -- Support asked Kurse to provide a different email address.
            4/9/2015 -- Problem resolved: 3.5 business days

            4. Sir Stormhold, ticket# 03192712. His account just got lost last night. He has not yet heard from support.
            4/8/2015 -- Still has not heard from support, and we are well past the 24 hour window.
            4/9/2015 -- Support asked Storm for details to identify his account, he provided them. No reply yet.
            4/10/2015 -- No response
            4/11/2015 -- no response
            4/12/2015 -- no response
            4/13/2015 -- emailed support again, no response


            A point of note: In both the cases that have been resolved the support member was Hunter. Thanks Hunter!

                Thus far this bug has hit 5 of our guild members, with 3 of them currently unable to access their accounts. All of them are on Android.

                1. 40oz2freedom. Resolved fairly quickly, excellent.

                2. NiightOwl, ticket# 03178353. He last heard from support 5 days ago. They said they were having trouble fixing the issue. Five days ago they asked him for a new email address to link to his Kabam ID. He provided them one.                   Sent 4 support ticket today... No response, no account...

                  Really only goes to show that Kabam cares 0 for there players. I will be sending in for my refund in the morning, just got the paperwork today to sign and send back. They were quicker that Kabam.

                    Hey I got mine back, but don't think it was kabam, I did it somehow, not sure if it will work.... I created new kabam ID with new email, and in game linked with my old google play the one that had achievmenst and my old facebook account the one with progress, and when I logged in to that new kabam ID it opened me in my realm with my lvl100, I don't know if that makes sense.... maybe my facebook had it linked and this new kabam ID had no game progress on it so it took mine from facebook acc or something I actually have no idea how but it worked for me, I have been logged in both tablet and my phone with that new kabam ID and I can't say how happy I am

                          no help from kabam when needed

                          i am currently having the exact same issue, emailed kabam and got a reply say'n i will be contacted by email within 24 hours. well it has been 3 weeks and no further reply from kabam. i have tried EVRYTING on my own to trouble shoot this problem. it is a shame.., i heard kabam made more than a half of billion last year..! anyways.., iam, or shall i say was.., "JABROCKA" from POMPEI of the ROAD WARRIORS" power was over 30 million.., SMH

                              Lost account

                              Same thing just happened to me yesterday. Logged in and my account that I had been playing since September 2013 was just gone . Had a brand new level 2 account. WTF. Is this problem widespread I wonder. I'm pissed!
