Forum Rules [Updated 12/21/2016]

MAIN RULES OF THE FORUMS

Please respect your community. Respect each other as you all enjoy the same thing ? The Game.

We encourage open and friendly discussion of the game and the Community. Moderators and Staff have final decisions on all matters, and are here to make sure that the Community remains a friendly, fun place appropriate for players of all backgrounds, ages and groups.

It is the forum member's responsibility to stay up to date on forum rules and to honor the behavior outlined.

PURPOSE OF THE FORUMS

These forums provide an area for constructive player discussions of the game. It also allows players to
help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.

These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you?re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.

CHANGES OR IMPROVEMENT

Please make sure to stay updated on these rules by reviewing this page from time to time.

This is a private board. As such, decisions made are final.
We reserve the right to remove any message board content without notice for any reason.


Rule 1: Responses to rule violations
Violating these rules will result in warnings, either formal or informal, suspensions, banning, or other sanctions.

Rule 2: Respect other users on the forums
- Do not make attacks or insult other users, either in the forums or through private messages. Disagreements and debates are fine, but don?t make it personal.
- Do not attack groups. This includes professions, races, religions, sexual orientations, genders, incomes, or even vague groups like ?you people.?
- Do not use ill terms which are offensive to groups, do not ?flame?, ?troll.? or ?haze?.

Rule 3: Respect the forum purpose and structure
- Make your posts in the appropriate forum.
- Please use the Search function. If a relevant thread already exists, please post there instead of creating a new thread about the same topic. Duplicate threads will be closed to keep the forums orderly and easy to navigate.
- Keep off-topic posts in the off-topic forum.
- Don?t start discussions about games that are not ours.
- Do not cross-link to other message boards or websites unless approved by a moderator.

Rule 4: Respect the law
- Do not post anything illegal under U.S. law, or encourage other users to break the laws of the U.S. or their country of residence.
- Do not encourage users to break terms of service. This includes giving information about how to find scripts, exploits, or cheats, as well as arranging to buy or sell accounts or virtual goods.

Rule 5: Respect the audience
Think about who you're talking to. Users may be as young as 13 on these message boards, and may be male or female, and from countries across the globe.
- Keep your language civil. Profanity is frowned on.
- Do not post Adult Material, inappropriate graphic sexual content in any format, or links to sexually explicit sites.
- Do not post graphic images or explicit descriptions of violent acts.
- Do not use an avatar or signature that could offend other users. They have to look at it a lot.

Rule 6: Respect privacy
- Do not post any private emails or private messages unless you have the explicit permission of each person involved in the exchange.
- Do not post private communication between customer support, members, moderators, or administrators on these forums, or anywhere else. (This include support ticket responses)
- Do not post any information covered by a non-disclosure agreement or beta testing agreement. Even if you somehow have inside information about our competitors, for legal reasons we don?t want to hear it.
- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

Rule 7: Do not spam
- Do not post repeatedly about the same topic.
- Do not spam users on the forums or through private messages.
- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

Rule 10: Respect the decisions of the moderators
- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator?s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

    All as of today everything is missing in my account. I logged in with my kabam id and all my cards were missing. I am the 3rd victim in my guild alone. Not sure how many others in gawain29 r impacted. This is a frustrating issue and needs to be resolved asap!

      I have lost my account 4 times already in the last few days. Send a support ticket, please what are they going to do tell me that they can't find my account as usual. That is if they even respond at all. That we will get back to you with in one business day is bs. I am about done with this game and ready to give my money to another game. One that cares more about the players.only sticking around to spend my pots both the purse is closed.

          I'll consoilidate the other thread to this one.

          1. 40oz2freedom. Resolved fairly quickly, excellent.

          2. NiightOwl, ticket# 03178353. He last heard from support 5 days ago. They said they were having trouble fixing the issue. Five days ago they asked him for a new email address to link to his Kabam ID. He provided them one. Just now (as I was typing the forum post) they asked him for a new email address to link to his Kabam ID.
          4/8/2015 -- Support said that his email address will be provided to the game team and that he should contact support if he hasn't received a reply in 2-4 business days. Owl has not had his account for about 2 weeks and now he's being told to wait until next TUESDAY to even check back.

          3. Kurse, ticket# 03187323. They asked him for a new email address to link to his Kabam ID. He provided them one and has heard nothing back.
          4/8/2015 -- Support asked Kurse to provide a different email address.

          4. Sir Stormhold, ticket# 03192712. His account just got lost last night. He has not yet heard from support.
          4/8/2015 -- Still has not heard from support, and we are well past the 24 hour window.

            Kabam needs to fix their scripts

            Sloppy programming is causing bans on all accounts. I've been banned twice in the past two weeks! Stop banning your long time paying players Kabam! I'm about to just say goodbye to the game and tell my guildies I'm through. Love the game but it's having too many issues in a short ammount of time.

              Same here but I wasn't banned my account keeps getting lost. So basically I lost everything that I accumulated over the last year. I explained all of this to the credit card company and they even said that what is going on is not right. The fact that you spend a lot of money on a game and when you do get something it has to sit in your inv. For months. So everything spent is useless. Kabam can't find my account when it is lost, seriously. I tried uninstall,reinstall, Kabam I'd, Facebook link, clearing cashe, and data. And all I get is a really old account I started when I was trying to get on my husbands server so we could play together or I can start new. I am not starting new that is not my thing. This has to be the most frustrating thing ever. Sad part is my son plays this game more than I do. He plays on my account, before people start with the letting others access your account is bad keep in mind he is 4 and can't have a Google account of his own, would not put it past him if he had one already. He plays my account when we are out in public so that he is doesn't have meltdowns in public.

                    This is how my frustration has been.

                    1. Lost account on the 2nd and got it back a few hours later on my own.
                    2. Lost account on the 7th, 4 days ago
                    3. Logged in today to check out some stuff on new account that appear and my original account popped up I was so happy.
                    4. Lost account with in a few hours only to see my grail knights has been dropping 10% per days, frustrating part is I had just made a huge deposit to keep from dropping a level. Now I will have to wait another week.

                      If you have a "lost" account it is fairly simple to solve without support. it is not a point that your account is "lost", more likely that you have logged out of it, usually by trying to log onto a dif device. You will hear about your "kabam ID", that is not what you create to talk on the forum, it will be the email that you use when you download the app and first create your account. Due to ingame purchases being available you need to have a "card" etc registered when you sign up, and an email account for an purchase receipts to go to. That email is your Kabam Id and the email you type in "settings" when ingame to log back into your "lost" account. You just need to know your password.

                      It would be easier if Kabam could do a sticky about these "lost" account's so there are less tickets submitted

                        I have done that and still nothing. Still takes me back to creating a new account.

                          Missdemeanor I promise you it works. You go in via the new account then sign in via settings when you are in the game (you will be level 2 most likely have to do the tutorial again). IF it is still not working, then what you do is look into here (the forum) and go to settings. See if you can then link either your google play account (if that is what you were using to purchase) or your facebook account to this forum account. Then use the email associated with your facebook/google play account to log in. However I promise you there is an email associated with the account you play on you just need to know what it is

                            I lmow what my email is I used to download and make purchases. It is the same email. Every 1000 or so new account I crest my old one might pop up. My account is also linked to my facebook, the email I used here is the same for this game all around. I have done this over and over and nothing for me.

                              I'm sorry you're still dealing with this. My guildie just got his back, much easier for him and less time than yours, I don't know why. Support asked him for his device model, service provider, and Google ID. He gave the info and *poof* all was resolved. My fingers are still crossed for you.

                                Well I finally got the development team. Hopefully I can get my account back, but all the money lost because of grail knights is not good. I bought things I normally would not so it would not drop a level and it has been dropping at 10% per day for some reason.
