Forum Rules [Updated 12/21/2016]

MAIN RULES OF THE FORUMS

Please respect your community. Respect each other as you all enjoy the same thing ? The Game.

We encourage open and friendly discussion of the game and the Community. Moderators and Staff have final decisions on all matters, and are here to make sure that the Community remains a friendly, fun place appropriate for players of all backgrounds, ages and groups.

It is the forum member's responsibility to stay up to date on forum rules and to honor the behavior outlined.

PURPOSE OF THE FORUMS

These forums provide an area for constructive player discussions of the game. It also allows players to
help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.

These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you?re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.

CHANGES OR IMPROVEMENT

Please make sure to stay updated on these rules by reviewing this page from time to time.

This is a private board. As such, decisions made are final.
We reserve the right to remove any message board content without notice for any reason.

Rule 1: Responses to rule violations
Violating these rules will result in warnings, either formal or informal, suspensions, banning, or other sanctions.

Rule 2: Respect other users on the forums
- Do not make attacks or insult other users, either in the forums or through private messages. Disagreements and debates are fine, but don?t make it personal.
- Do not attack groups. This includes professions, races, religions, sexual orientations, genders, incomes, or even vague groups like ?you people.?
- Do not use ill terms which are offensive to groups, do not ?flame?, ?troll.? or ?haze?.

Rule 3: Respect the forum purpose and structure
- Make your posts in the appropriate forum.
- Please use the Search function. If a relevant thread already exists, please post there instead of creating a new thread about the same topic. Duplicate threads will be closed to keep the forums orderly and easy to navigate.
- Keep off-topic posts in the off-topic forum.
- Don?t start discussions about games that are not ours.
- Do not cross-link to other message boards or websites unless approved by a moderator.

Rule 4: Respect the law
- Do not post anything illegal under U.S. law, or encourage other users to break the laws of the U.S. or their country of residence.
- Do not encourage users to break terms of service. This includes giving information about how to find scripts, exploits, or cheats, as well as arranging to buy or sell accounts or virtual goods.

Rule 5: Respect the audience
Think about who you're talking to. Users may be as young as 13 on these message boards, and may be male or female, and from countries across the globe.
- Keep your language civil. Profanity is frowned on.
- Do not post Adult Material, inappropriate graphic sexual content in any format, or links to sexually explicit sites.
- Do not post graphic images or explicit descriptions of violent acts.
- Do not use an avatar or signature that could offend other users. They have to look at it a lot.

Rule 6: Respect privacy
- Do not post any private emails or private messages unless you have the explicit permission of each person involved in the exchange.
- Do not post private communication between customer support, members, moderators, or administrators on these forums, or anywhere else. (This include support ticket responses)
- Do not post any information covered by a non-disclosure agreement or beta testing agreement. Even if you somehow have inside information about our competitors, for legal reasons we don?t want to hear it.
- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

Rule 7: Do not spam
- Do not post repeatedly about the same topic.
- Do not spam users on the forums or through private messages.
- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

Rule 10: Respect the decisions of the moderators
- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator?s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

    GK Level Cont. Drop Still No Fix

    Kabam you guys now a days you making us demotivating and discouraging us to play this game. you guys have to make very clear in your mind that you are dealing with human being and not a robots or a machines.

    You guys want us to play this game by 24*7 & 365 days agreed but kabam guys if you have at least little bit of common sense than apply it. if we are not gonna do job or earn than how we gonna spend on it . You guys wanted to make some profit and earn than have some respect towards your customers play a fair game. Give us some time to sleep at-least 6hrs and to go for loo, damn it you guys. if we log off for a couple of min GK lvl goes drastically dropping WTF. Even we are on job we try to play this game to keep up gklvl but WTF its getting messed up and highly disappointing guys i am losing interest in it.

    KABAM GUYS I PURCHASED THE 600 GEMS AND FOR 6 MONTHS And suddenly you guys show up middle of it and suddenly messed up it and come up with f****** damn calculation keep this **** with you nobody want it just restore my previously earned GK lvl.

    And besides i have already metioned my details in the thread post made by sp4zrocker as on 03-24-2015 10:17 PM.(here's is the link http://community.kabam.com/forums/sh...-to-the-update) but i see after 8-10 days it doesn't serve the purpose to fix it and there is still no action taken on it.

    And you guys see that sp4zrocker is making fool out him lol. you guys wanna know lets see how initially he admitted that there is some problem and glitch and lot of players facing the gk lvl drop after the updated ver 4.01 {{i.e. Many of you have experienced your GK Level dropping dramatically due to the update. The Game Team has been notified and the HoC team will be working to restoring you GK levels to their previous amounts.We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for playing HoC If you have experienced the GK drop please leave your username, and server and any details about your GK level.}}

    And later i guess he come up with some damn new WTF calculation and even if its was all about a new calculation then man sp4zrocker should know that stuff on initial stage only. And later he come up with excuses that bull**** it totally unacceptable.

    You all guys i am once am asking you is there was any really genuine reason or really any need for updation on GK level or kabam guys are simply craving for the money and looting thier customer, one or the other ways and makes us spend more.

    So by the time you kabam guy mail me It would have been taken 3-5days already instead of 1 business day. So request to solve this issues ASAP.

    And dont give me some damn rewards like 2 ss, 5 - 10 Arthurian pie ,or 1- 3 handful of offering. it will never gonna serve the purpose and the lose i have made in playing the game. if you wanna give than give some wholeheartedly upgrade next 2 gk lvl -9gk or only 3000 -5000 handful of offering that's it nothing else.

    Yeah one more thing I know very well and i highly appreciate it that you guys developer, engineer, admin, pm. are always working on it & really work hard to keep the updates, maintaining server bla bla bla blah. Don't give this bull**** to me because I am also doing full time 8 - 12hrs Job besides working very hard to play this game and also apart doing my job as i am married also managing my family and keeping up with friends and social activities.

    And finally I am ending here if you guys can't help me just frankly tell me to leave this game so I make sure and don't spend money anymore.

    As English is not my 1st language kindly ignore mistake if any.

    There was a reason to change the formula for the GK Level Bar. It was displaying the wrong info. What you saw before the update was inaccurate, but now you can see the right info.

      What you guys don't understand is that nobody cares about wrong or right formula. As a matter of fact mistakes your devs make are not your customer problems. But when I as a customer see that my gk levels drops 50% in a day I am pissed and that become my problem

      Any normal company would just keep existing gk levels the way they were while fixing calculations but of course kabam doesn't appreciate people paying their salaries that why again and again you screw your most loyal customers

      You can continue with formula nonsense but your credibility falls every time you do so. There are many ways to make it up for your players but I am sure your company will rather go bankrupt rather than send 20-30 fruit baskets that doesn't cost a dime

        At least they do what they can to scare ppl away, we have seen the amount of ppl in arenas cut in half in less than 2 months ..... hopefully we see a big change before its to late

          You guys are stupid, and probably a large part of the reason Kabam doesn't bother to typically respond to threads. If you noticed, prior to the rebalance, after you hit a level you were immediately 50% into the next level.

          All they've done is made it so that things don't display incorrectly. Stop being keyboard martyrs and enjoy the damn game.
