We encourage open and friendly discussion of the game and the Community. Moderators and Staff have final decisions on all matters, and are here to make sure that the Community remains a friendly, fun place appropriate for players of all backgrounds, ages and groups.

It is the forum member's responsibility to stay up to date on forum rules and to honor the behavior outlined.


These forums provide an area for constructive player discussions of the game. It also allows players to
help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.

These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you?re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.


Please make sure to stay updated on these rules by reviewing this page from time to time.


This is a private board. As such, decisions made are final.
We reserve the right to remove any message board content without notice for any reason.

Rule 1: Responses to rule violations
Violating these rules will result in warnings, either formal or informal, suspensions, banning, or other sanctions.

Rule 2: Respect other users on the forums
- Do not make attacks or insult other users, either in the forums or through private messages. Disagreements and debates are fine, but don?t make it personal.
- Do not attack groups. This includes professions, races, religions, sexual orientations, genders, incomes, or even vague groups like ?you people.?
- Do not use ill terms which are offensive to groups, do not ?flame?, ?troll.? or ?haze?.

Rule 3: Respect the forum purpose and structure
- Make your posts in the appropriate forum.
- Please use the Search function. If a relevant thread already exists, please post there instead of creating a new thread about the same topic. Duplicate threads will be closed to keep the forums orderly and easy to navigate.
- Keep off-topic posts in the off-topic forum.
- Don?t start discussions about games that are not ours.
- Do not cross-link to other message boards or websites unless approved by a moderator.

Rule 4: Respect the law
- Do not post anything illegal under U.S. law, or encourage other users to break the laws of the U.S. or their country of residence.
- Do not encourage users to break terms of service. This includes giving information about how to find scripts, exploits, or cheats, as well as arranging to buy or sell accounts or virtual goods.

Rule 5: Respect the audience
Think about who you're talking to. Users may be as young as 13 on these message boards, and may be male or female, and from countries across the globe.
- Keep your language civil. Profanity is frowned on.
- Do not post Adult Material, inappropriate graphic sexual content in any format, or links to sexually explicit sites.
- Do not post graphic images or explicit descriptions of violent acts.
- Do not use an avatar or signature that could offend other users. They have to look at it a lot.

Rule 6: Respect privacy
- Do not post any private emails or private messages unless you have the explicit permission of each person involved in the exchange.
- Do not post private communication between customer support, members, moderators, or administrators on these forums, or anywhere else. (This include support ticket responses)
- Do not post any information covered by a non-disclosure agreement or beta testing agreement. Even if you somehow have inside information about our competitors, for legal reasons we don?t want to hear it.
- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

Rule 7: Do not spam
- Do not post repeatedly about the same topic.
- Do not spam users on the forums or through private messages.
- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

Rule 10: Respect the decisions of the moderators
- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator?s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

  • Dragon Chest - Short Change Bug

    The promo for the dragon chests says that it contains Valraak, Icemaw, Dragon Enchantress, Dragon Fairy as well as 5X Stamina or mana potions or 5x Summons Stones.
    I opened some up but every time I got Stamina/Mana/Summon Stones, I only received 1.
    It did not say up to 5X but 5X.
    Please look into this. I will open a ticket as well.
    I did not keep track of how many times I got a stamina/mana pots but I did keep track of the stones.
    I received 1 stone, 15 times. So instead of receiving 75 stones, I ended up with just 15.
    I would hope that this can be considered. Thanks

    It happen to me to..instead 5 i only get 1..n u know what happen when i submit a ticket..they say i give u 5ss..only 5ss from more than 50 cheat i bought..they dont even understand what is the problem..Hello,

      They basically told me that they "investigated" and found that the chests were supposed to be "up to 5X" yet thats as unbelievable as it gets because every single chest that had a pot/stone came in quantities of 1.
      No way I was unlucky that many times.
      The rep did tell me they'd pass it over to the game team and asked me to give them time.
      I told them that if I don't get a response in 30 days then I am going to escalate the issue.
      I hope that I have to be contacting iTunes and the BBB again.

      Btw thanks GMs for standing there and saying nothing about this obvious discrepancy.
      When was the last time that a chest did not guarantee at least 5 pots?
      Smh whatever
      This is the #1 reason that I will not be getting any chest of chests this month.

        I don't think its right saying were suppose to be..when kabam said 5 it have to be 5..cause if it have opportunity to get one they will say up to 5..
        So 5 is other interpretation
        About no way you will get unlucky that many times than u dont know kabam....they wont be any curse everyday if kabam that nice so yes u can be unlucky that many times

              The GM team has looked into this and we have pushed it to the support team. They should be prepped on the issue momentarily. This is small fix but potentially on a large scale. We want to make sure this is resolved in a clean and efficient manner.

              If you have submitted a ticket please do not make a new one simply respond to your previous ticket. If your previous ticket has been closed open a new ticket and state your last ticket number to connect the two cases.

                misleading advertising on sales - TICKET 03166942 - 03173436

                Same happened to me, I bought 90 chests. I got 33 summon stones, 17 mana potions, 21 stamina potions and 19 cards ( fairy and witch) only.

                All they said was "Im sorry".

                I want my gems back or at least the right number of my stones and potions.

                Lame service.

                I opened another ticket referring to my older one and in the fórum I discovered some players got their stones and potions from Kabam.

                5 is 5, not up to 5. Ill be contacting Google Play and Apple about this case if i dont have my case fixed.

                  i bought some. not sure how many i got jipped on but would like to get what i paid for here.
                  I sent a ticket to support and this is the message i got, also not sure what my support ticket number is

                    I am really sorry to know that you are very much disappointed about the rewards of the Dragon Chest promotion. As we mentioned previously it is not the guaranteed Items from the promotions, 5 Summon Stones, Mana Potions and the Stamina Potions is only a chance to win up to 5 Summon Stones, Mana Potions and the Stamina Potions. However , as you are a valued customer, I have gone ahead and allocated 5x Summon Stones, 5x Mana Potions and 5x Stamina Potions, to your inventory as an accommodation for the inconvenience.

                    I wish I could have ended up giving you more of these Items, but please know that we have certain limits to allocate the Items and this is what the maximum what I can do from my side. I do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

                    Thank you for your understanding in this matter. For any further questions and concerns please feel free to write in and we'd be glad to assist you.

                    So after expressing some disappointment and him replying with some more frustrating nonsense and closing the ticket, here is my reply:

                    Hello Sam,

                    While what you are saying about chest items being based on chance is halfway true, it is not true in this case because all of your chests offer a base item and a chance item. I did not open this ticket based on not winning a chance item.
                    I am opening it because the ad stated that 5 is the base. It did not say 1 is the base. Simple.
                    I take great offense that you would intentionally not recognize this fact as if I do not know what I am talking about.
                    All of your talk about customer service is so utterly meaninigless when reps attempt to intetionally lie, mislead, confuse and ignore their customers.
                    You have yet again reinforced kabam's terrible reputation with its customers.
                    Being that your own forum reps said that getting 1 item was an error and that you'd be better preppared to handle this situation and you did nothing to confirm that, I hope that you will be better preppared to handle the complaints that I will be filing.
                    Thank you for your time but I do not appreciate your dishonesty and your attempt to take me as a fool. I know what the ad says, I gave you a screenshot and I know how the chance factor works. I do not get why you cannot simply honor what was advertised or at least admit that there was a mistake and that these chests were not offering a chance to win 5 items but rather were offering a chance to win a 6* card with a minimum of 5 items. Especailly with another kabam source admiting there was a mistake.
                    I have opened hundreds of chests and I know what I am dealing with.
                    Why must you reps have such a lack of integrity? It is ridiculous.
                    But then again, I am not surprised because this is more of the norm when it comes to kabam support.
                    Anyway, I hope not to run into you for future issues.

                    I guess maybe? I don't know. Was I too harsh? or not harsh enough? lol
                    I guess this is just another example of why players/customers come off as so unhappy with kabam.
                    I hope others can learn from this. False advertising can happen to anyone.
                    I guess kabam is getting the last laugh for me posting that April Fool's thread about this issue.
