Sp4: Would you clarify exactly what your roles are in this Forum ? I really don't get your responsibility in this forum.
Are you just a messenger passing along our comments, suggestion, complaints to your game team or your supervisor ? Can you actually answer people inquires or guide the people the direction when they have problems or complaints or actually fix some game errors ?
To me you are meaningless in this forum, you never gave help to people asking for help, you never response to those important threads, the only threads that you response are usually the one that do not require your response or concern.
Look at all the titles about Hackers, Unable to login to accounts, Missing Arena Prizes, Missing 500 bonus Gems ....etc
All these threads require your help or Kabam's help, but you did nothing at all, not even a comment or response from you in these threads. You represent Kabam in this forum, whether you can fix a problem or not, you should still response to those threads, give some direction to the situation. I am really diappointed in Kabam's support including you. I've played a lot of games and don't mind to spend money on games that I like, but Kabam has the worst support among all these games that I've played.
I've played this game for only 5 months and spent over 7k US dollars on this game which made me a powerful player in my realm. But I've found another game to play and spend my money on. So Im quitting this game now as I see this game is really going downhill, Kabam and you doesn't really care about the players, only their profits. Your game team has time to develop and launch all the new booster packs, chests everyday, but they don't have the time to fix the long list of game problems even the easiest one (eg: Morgana Stats). Im quite sure that your whole game team are only busy in creating new items to make sales and none of them are assigned to work on fixing the existing problems of the game.
You and Kabam are really going to the wrong directions.
