If this is not an option at least make a few more events that were like the labyrinth. That event was a great way to waste potions and more fun then the new city events. It was like having a whole new city. More then 2 spots the farm.

Still no heart token booster from last event and people are ansy for something else to do.

The problem is there is not enough to do as far as actually improving your deck. These events are so much better for improving your deck than anything else, from feeders, to stones, to 6* cards, chests , tokens .

Nothing you can do on a regular basis even compares. So people play less when no event is happening since they won't really be falling very far behind. As long as they play the next event.

But obviously this is a problem , why discourage players from playing hard for 3/4 of the month.

More events need to be released more often. I Realize that development for this game is slow and poorly funded so I don't expect things to change rapidly , but in the next 6 months kabam needs to figure out how to keep players engaged daily and weekly instead of monthly as it is now

That's the point.. make potions a wanted commodity again. People complain about potions in arena's now cause they have too many.

Hi spaceman ! I think th ere are very! few players that actually know kabams intention with all game activities. It's all about the $$. nothing more nothing less. Lmao! Over 16 months I've played hoc and have invested over $4000.00 dollars. At what point does kabam stop slapping there investers in the face and give a little more in return. It's an easy concept !! Take better care of the players that made kabam a huge success that they have become .with out me and many other investers kabam wouldn't be as profitable.the more they give the more we give. the more they cut back, the more players they lose. here's one for you. my number one guild spends over $1000 a week and do you know what we get for guild gifts for our Gold chest reward last two weeks in a row.1 summon stone. haha what a fn joke right !

Who cares about walking to 200k ? I'm in it for the chests and stones , got about 20 chests total the past three events, all with potions and 4* cards . I am due for something eventually but then again that's what they want me to think . Maybe they will get brought back to glory like the first 2-3 golden events. Not like this garbage we get now.

And I got over 250 stones last event on 1500 potions, can't complain about that
The reason the cost would need to be higher for a longer event is because everyone would get too many SS or chests. I am all for getting stuff, but game needs a balance and things need to come at a cost.

1 big issue with HOC right now is there is no real cost for anything except Gems. The whole cost/reward system is out of whack. Playing other mobile games has changed my perspective and makes me see how to properly balance costs and rewards.

Run event for like 2 weeks instead of 1 since it gives players 2 weeks of fun before dev has to do too much.

To off-set it running for 2 weeks, make hard stamina cost be 40 and Easy be 20. This way it running so much longer people will use up surplus of potions and make them a wanted commodity again.

    Event issues

I don't think it's news to anyone that this game has issues. I feel like one of the major issues wich causes players to quit may be the way events are scheduled.

Currently we tend to see a lot of action the week of and after and event. Besides the event itself we often see decent arenas, lots of promos, summon storms, some times a wandering boss before or after . The problem is with the in between. No new cities in over 6 months , no new raid bosses in over 6 months, no new guild events , no castle siege in months.

This leaves players with only the arenas to improve thier teams for weeks at a time. Since it's the only thing to do everyone ends up getting all the same rewards and it's hard to play harder than anyone else since the option simply isn't thier.

What I think should be done is a series of events, not all land events, storm, wandering bosses, special tokens arenas , whatever meets your fancy. But they should always release on a Monday or a Friday and run 2-6 days long. Every week changeing to the next event.

I would be fine waiting an extra 2
Months for all the work to get done so that we can have a smoothe progression of events rather
Than 3 weeks of rushed work trying to just get anything up despite glitches or lack of originality.haveing a series of finished projects will

    a) allow you to satisfy players needs with new things to do routinely
    b) makes events more predictable so people don't miss large Chunks of it and can stop asking when the next one is
    C) give you more time to work on future events to do after the series you just created
    D) keeps players busy so they don't have time to come on forumbs and biitch about things lol .. If there is an event the only bitching is about what's in the chests lol

I think it's obvious, players need a place to walk for summon stones. Period. Currently they are the best way to "improve" your deck routinely but have a low enough summon chance where handing out more can be easily balanced by the summon pool and drop rates of the best cards. Even putting stones in the tower is not enough since endurance is so rare and expensive.

Please take your time and make a group of events not just 1 at a time every month or so. Do them weekly or else add a new way to get summon stones and chests that doesn't dissapear
