I have been trying to get a issue with my account fixed for over 2 months. Since before x-mas i have not been able to use ingame kabam tab. To do anything!!! When ever i try it restarzs game...iv contacted customer support many times. Always the same replys restart device, uninstall reinstall, device spacific problem....yada yada. Well iv done it all iv changed devices iv tried threw p.c. you name it. Nothing still same problem. All i want is to redeam my points in game that i have from buying gems! If you can simply do that i will be satisfied. Thank you.
