Forum Rules [Updated 12/21/2016]

MAIN RULES OF THE FORUMS

Please respect your community. Respect each other as you all enjoy the same thing ? The Game.

We encourage open and friendly discussion of the game and the Community. Moderators and Staff have final decisions on all matters, and are here to make sure that the Community remains a friendly, fun place appropriate for players of all backgrounds, ages and groups.

It is the forum member's responsibility to stay up to date on forum rules and to honor the behavior outlined.

PURPOSE OF THE FORUMS

These forums provide an area for constructive player discussions of the game. It also allows players to
help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.

These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you?re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.

CHANGES OR IMPROVEMENT

Please make sure to stay updated on these rules by reviewing this page from time to time.

This is a private board. As such, decisions made are final.
We reserve the right to remove any message board content without notice for any reason.

Rule 1: Responses to rule violations
Violating these rules will result in warnings, either formal or informal, suspensions, banning, or other sanctions.

Rule 2: Respect other users on the forums
- Do not make attacks or insult other users, either in the forums or through private messages. Disagreements and debates are fine, but don?t make it personal.
- Do not attack groups. This includes professions, races, religions, sexual orientations, genders, incomes, or even vague groups like ?you people.?
- Do not use ill terms which are offensive to groups, do not ?flame?, ?troll.? or ?haze?.

Rule 3: Respect the forum purpose and structure
- Make your posts in the appropriate forum.
- Please use the Search function. If a relevant thread already exists, please post there instead of creating a new thread about the same topic. Duplicate threads will be closed to keep the forums orderly and easy to navigate.
- Keep off-topic posts in the off-topic forum.
- Don?t start discussions about games that are not ours.
- Do not cross-link to other message boards or websites unless approved by a moderator.

Rule 4: Respect the law
- Do not post anything illegal under U.S. law, or encourage other users to break the laws of the U.S. or their country of residence.
- Do not encourage users to break terms of service. This includes giving information about how to find scripts, exploits, or cheats, as well as arranging to buy or sell accounts or virtual goods.

Rule 5: Respect the audience
Think about who you're talking to. Users may be as young as 13 on these message boards, and may be male or female, and from countries across the globe.
- Keep your language civil. Profanity is frowned on.
- Do not post Adult Material, inappropriate graphic sexual content in any format, or links to sexually explicit sites.
- Do not post graphic images or explicit descriptions of violent acts.
- Do not use an avatar or signature that could offend other users. They have to look at it a lot.

Rule 6: Respect privacy
- Do not post any private emails or private messages unless you have the explicit permission of each person involved in the exchange.
- Do not post private communication between customer support, members, moderators, or administrators on these forums, or anywhere else. (This include support ticket responses)
- Do not post any information covered by a non-disclosure agreement or beta testing agreement. Even if you somehow have inside information about our competitors, for legal reasons we don?t want to hear it.
- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

Rule 7: Do not spam
- Do not post repeatedly about the same topic.
- Do not spam users on the forums or through private messages.
- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

Rule 10: Respect the decisions of the moderators
- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator?s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

    Farewell, friends

    I'm already out of the game called Heroes of Camelot and the $hitty company called Kabam. I just come back for my FINAL post. I won't explain why i'm out, i won't waste my words in swearing Kabam, i won't cry. I just want to do not act like a bitch and i'll say:

    Thank you, pals, i wish you everything best and i really hope to do not miss me, cuz i'm just another Mr. Nobody/piece of $hit/non-spending player. I want to say special thank you to:

    1)Sick Duck/Duck Almighty - there is a reason to start with you, my friend. Don't waste your time with this ****kking game & ****kkingx2 company. You don't deserve this. You are from the type of ppl who i respect the most - you are UNIQUE. Unfortunately ppl like you won't be understood and accepted, cuz limited brain usage of the mass (jordanvn, you are exception for this case) is limited brain usage. I REALLY offer you to change the "background".
    2)My guild - Galandriel79 - first i'm sorry for this, but hey, it was AWESOME o know ppl like you, Gal. I wish you and nedsto 3 to become supreme players. And since it's guild topic - Special thanks to: nedsto 3, Galandriel Phoenix (you), Commin to Get Ya, Cacalinca, Illis, Blackburn, Chennaite. I've played many online games and there isn't better guild than this_is_spartan. Thank you for the great time with you, guys.
    3)jordanvn - another amazing buddy. You amazed me with your knowledge for your years (i've thought that i have the best proportion age-knowledge, but maybe i don't). Good luck with everything once again.
    4)The Netbutcher & Drago Petrov & the other Bulgarian mafiots - it was great pleasure to get know ya, countrymen. Special wishes to become top players in your realms.
    5)7Sky - awesome buddy.
    6)Golan 01 - now i know what to talk with your Czech fellas . Another great friend.
    7)druffhaun - you show us (in this case me) that years mean experience, power and knowledge. Thank you.
    8)Gandalf the Gray - all players should be like you, dude. There aren't any better reasons to play a game.

    -Sorry if i missed someone from my great friends here.

    One advise for the community - stop being ****kking SHEEPS. The big bad kabam wants you like this. So he will be able to do whatever he wants with you (and your ***) till he's sucking your money out of your pocket. After all you all PAY FOR PIXELS. Do some tiny pixels really worth your money?!

    If my words bring at least one smile, one thank you, one player to realize the truth and reality, then it was worth to lost 3 months in mostly masohism.

    Remember - the greatest deck in this game means absolutely totally NOTHING., because REALITY>>>VIRTUALITY.

    Well, i think that this is the end for me (it should be after Wartune, but i was stupid enough to don't take in mind what i should from the first time).

      And another one is gone. Good job Kabam it really shows how well you treat your customers and how much they really want to stay in this game. I don't know who is in your marketing team but you might want to hire a new one cause clearly they suck

                    Looks like i have to post again. I don't want to brake my promises, but i'll try once again to put some brain in some heads:
                    If you really feel ****ked up from this game, don't just complain and whine in the forum. You are becoming, how to say it - funny, stupid, pathetic, ridiculous and etc. If you don't like to spend your time and more important stuff - your money for some piece of crap don't just whine, QUIT!!! Some of you remind me for Bulgaria. I won't explain all stuff about Bulgaria, but let's say that the way it is right now and the way it always be at all - makes me hate it. Yeah, i study here. For what? It's quite simple - some experience to live away from your parents (in my case i can say even one parent, although both are alive) to grab my education and get the hell out of there.
                    If you are screwed up, show it, god damn it.
                    I didn't pay, but i and every other else also can think that this is enough and everything has a limits and at some point you have to act radical.

                    Fatality1994 - as my roommate and best friend says: The life is one nasty bitch. You don't receive what you deserve and/or want. So when you have the choice, not the life, just use it.
                    Spaceman Spliff, thank you for the nice words. About the last straw, i think thay you are from the guys who properly use their brains. Try to think a little, you'll get the answer.

                    At least, thanks to the community - you woke up my English for just a month. I'm grateful for this, no matter if i was in union or opposition with you. I'll find some other way to practise my English.

                    Note: I saw that i accomplished my main goal. I'm really happy with this.

                      Lol can't say that I blame you. Not even 3 weeks ago I decided to take a break and come back when things get finished by the dev team. Gets frustrating especially when it becomes tougher to improve your deck.

                      Just so happened the same day I started my break the global arena happened. I saw it on forums and decided to play a little just to see.

                      30k gems later and the game had some life breathed back into it for me lol

                      The new summon pool helps a lot to. Not haveing reflect has been another reason to quit for me since it now a requirement for city events . but now there is hope since all I need is 1 drust . Would be pretty sour still if I didn't have a gwar tho. It would be one thing if there was a dollar amount to getting reflect, I'd pony up 20$ for 1 Santa, but the fact that it's even possible to spend 50$ for nothing but reflect and still not get it is a joke .( real life story 20$ towards a drust and 30$ towards a Santa and not even 1 copy) and no now I would not spend 20$ on a sant a anymore kabam is a greedy company who will never get another dime from me. Can't be justified

                              Im sorry to be jerk in here but eh no need to say goodbye or whatever just leave but i agree with you radoxx ,if you guys ****ked up in this game do not wasting time whinning in forum ... leave its the good choice if you can n't ignore the thing happen in this game
