Gm is gone or quit trying

Not sure what has happened with spaz lately . Seems like he is never on the Forumns anymore and even when he is he has , he is provide ing almost no information. I want to make a list of all the questions that have been left unaddressed, and I want to know why? Is 20 minutes to much time? Or are your bosses telling you you can not help players? Is it intentional to deceive players? Or maybe you just quit on the inside and dot have the energy to answer us?

1 ) entire Grail knight discussion thread, you started it asking us for questions and then ignored us .

2) Morganas hp , seriously ? Is this a bug or is anyone without reflect **** out of luck? ( I have paid plenty trying for at Xmas so don't start with the allll paying players have reflect cuz I fing don't still and I'm quite bitter) and does she actually drop in easy?

3) Valentine's Day hearts , they are dropping in event but not in our inventory
, why

4) the chests are crap again , can we see any change to this?

5) summoms pool hasn't been updated in 4 months ... Why , half the cards not available are not even good

6) where are you spaz and why are you not makeing even a daily post? It's been several days between posts regularly lately but we all play daily, do u only work every few days?

7) tower questions, there are bunch unanswered . Will it change and when . Exchange shop will that change? Why were tower rewards nerfed to almost nothing , nearly impossible to collect tokens anymore

There are tons more ontop of this but I figure it could take 2 weeks before we get answers on half of these and then event will already be over,

Well said spiff but one thing I noticed is u said u spent plenty trying to get santa when on an earlier thread u said u have no life and cant spend. U are right about being bitter. But I agree wth is up with the gms and not explaining or answering questions just like I posted about the new drust combo that him and galahad have coming but it doesnt show up in game. Drust and santa are exactly the reason I can't afford to spend on this game anymore actually

20$ spent on a mini game and I didn't even see a drust nevermind get 1

30$ split between various promos trying to get santa

50$ and not 1 card that I needed is so far above my pay grade it's not funny. This game costs to much for me so no I can't afford to spend anymore on this. I play this game because it's cheaper than going to the bar and I need to save money ( I guess not )

Just sux that even spenders can't compete unless your one of the gambling addicts that is willing to blow 1000$ on this

Pretty sad how expensive things in this game are, people got 500$ in free gems and hardly anyone made it to a million hp because of it, makes you realize how much the top decks have spent ( or cheated depends who it is lol )

Unfortuneatly no reference is given and no confirmation from kabam on anything so this is still just a rumor as far as I can tell

The wiki is sooooo far from complete I don't think it is a very reliable source for current information on the game, less than half the cards have stats, so many bugs not listed ,

Don't mean to bash all the hard work done on the wiki ! Thanks everyone who has contributed, but it's hard to correctly finish such a product without the help of the company that produced it. Keep up the good work tho!

- Young Morgana was meant to be a strong card, let me check with Dash before I confirm anything.
- I will pass your feedback on the chests to the team to improve for the next event. Chest doesn't drop enough? or you don't like the drop rates in the chest?

I think the issue is more of fighting the boss with 191 million HP and not the card only having 72k HP on 8 card evolve. But both are terrible things.

Again, I am going to go with both here. People going 200k and more drops (Cupid Arrows in this case) are lucky to even see 1 chest. And when you do get a chest, most of them are 5 pots or level 1 of the same cards that drop in the event at max level.

We know you guys are working hard over there , seems like a lot of headaches to deal with since 4.0 started. I'm sure that hasn't helped the situation

Good to know that the hearts are for something , I will now play a lot harder to collect them, I won't be able to compete for top 5 rank this event and I dot have reflect so I won't bother wasteing my time on Morgana with that huuuuuuge hp and no huge upside to owning her (low stats mediocre combos). so haveing something other than ss to walk for is big in terms of motivation

Most of all Thank you for summons pool update !!!!! It's been so long this is super exciting !!! Obviously the big boys still won't all make their way in but just seeing some fresh faces and new possibilities is nice , so many 4* and 5* cards not available

Not sure how many ppl over 200k u speaking with but I'm at 150k or so with 5 chests so far. Much better drop this event for me at least than previous events.

Smash I'm glad to see your back. About the last point you made, the problem is a little bit about the drop rate OF the chest but the MAIN issue is about the drop rate INSIDE the chests because they are so hard to come by yet they drop things like mana pots and stamina pots which isn't very useful and I think the community at large feel like they should only drop large amounts of ss, 5* cards, and 6* cards.

1. Please add Drust & Gwar to the summon pool. The reflection combos are so essential to city event success that there are simply 2 classes of players at this point, those with and those without a reflection combo. If those two cards were in the summon pool it would generate excitement about the next summon storm.

2. If you know players' bow/arrow token bonus (e.g. mine is +12 for a t4 watchman) you can figure out how may times they have explored Hard and give out heart tokens accordingly. E.g. I have 24.5k bow/arrow tokens, so I've had tokens drop about 24.5k/(2+12) = 1,750 times. If tokens are 40% of the drops then I've explored Hard about 1750/.4 = 4,375 times.

3. Please make chests drop more frequently. I've explored Hard over 4000 times and gotten none. My guildies who have gotten one are getting 5 pots or perhaps a level 1 Watchman. Since maxed Watchmen are dropping for exploring Hard this is really unsatisfying. Part of what made the golden city event so exciting was the the 5* drops that gave us the Righteous Knights combo. That was perhaps too generous, but if chests contained 5* cards and very rarely 6* cards it would generate a lot more excitement over the course of exploring over and over again.

As for the specifics of the summon pool, there are currently a ton of 5* cards that really aren't playable. I get that not every 5* card will be part of a combo like Gods or Druid Elite. That's fine. But the following cards don't have anything going for them. Please either start to improve the combos of some of these cards or drop most/all of them from the pool.
