Forum Rules [Updated 12/21/2016]

MAIN RULES OF THE FORUMS

Please respect your community. Respect each other as you all enjoy the same thing ? The Game.

We encourage open and friendly discussion of the game and the Community. Moderators and Staff have final decisions on all matters, and are here to make sure that the Community remains a friendly, fun place appropriate for players of all backgrounds, ages and groups.

It is the forum member's responsibility to stay up to date on forum rules and to honor the behavior outlined.

PURPOSE OF THE FORUMS

These forums provide an area for constructive player discussions of the game. It also allows players to
help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.

These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you?re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.

CHANGES OR IMPROVEMENT

Please make sure to stay updated on these rules by reviewing this page from time to time.

This is a private board. As such, decisions made are final.
We reserve the right to remove any message board content without notice for any reason.

Rule 1: Responses to rule violations
Violating these rules will result in warnings, either formal or informal, suspensions, banning, or other sanctions.

Rule 2: Respect other users on the forums
- Do not make attacks or insult other users, either in the forums or through private messages. Disagreements and debates are fine, but don?t make it personal.
- Do not attack groups. This includes professions, races, religions, sexual orientations, genders, incomes, or even vague groups like ?you people.?
- Do not use ill terms which are offensive to groups, do not ?flame?, ?troll.? or ?haze?.

Rule 3: Respect the forum purpose and structure
- Make your posts in the appropriate forum.
- Please use the Search function. If a relevant thread already exists, please post there instead of creating a new thread about the same topic. Duplicate threads will be closed to keep the forums orderly and easy to navigate.
- Keep off-topic posts in the off-topic forum.
- Don?t start discussions about games that are not ours.
- Do not cross-link to other message boards or websites unless approved by a moderator.

Rule 4: Respect the law
- Do not post anything illegal under U.S. law, or encourage other users to break the laws of the U.S. or their country of residence.
- Do not encourage users to break terms of service. This includes giving information about how to find scripts, exploits, or cheats, as well as arranging to buy or sell accounts or virtual goods.

Rule 5: Respect the audience
Think about who you're talking to. Users may be as young as 13 on these message boards, and may be male or female, and from countries across the globe.
- Keep your language civil. Profanity is frowned on.
- Do not post Adult Material, inappropriate graphic sexual content in any format, or links to sexually explicit sites.
- Do not post graphic images or explicit descriptions of violent acts.
- Do not use an avatar or signature that could offend other users. They have to look at it a lot.

Rule 6: Respect privacy
- Do not post any private emails or private messages unless you have the explicit permission of each person involved in the exchange.
- Do not post private communication between customer support, members, moderators, or administrators on these forums, or anywhere else. (This include support ticket responses)
- Do not post any information covered by a non-disclosure agreement or beta testing agreement. Even if you somehow have inside information about our competitors, for legal reasons we don?t want to hear it.
- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

Rule 7: Do not spam
- Do not post repeatedly about the same topic.
- Do not spam users on the forums or through private messages.
- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

Rule 10: Respect the decisions of the moderators
- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator?s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

    Acceleration software

    enYesteday I was tryng to finish fm arena 9 hour took me and I.m second deck on realm bors 52 I finish I go to eat I comeback go in arena to lower for mates bang I.m second when the next guy in arena was 14 k below me ......wtf I check I see the dude that I reported many times ...Today I try finish weekly I see board his name not there 10 min after dude had 6 k I took a pic 20 min after I look guy 12.5 k ....I sayd wtf this dude can't beat me how the hell does that much might ......I spy board from time to time nothing when I look back in arena dude have 30 k might......

    This typifies whats ruining the game, yet the gem exploit thread has 100+ posts....

    Sorry man. Seems like kabam is endorsing hacking but god forbid u get gems from other servers....

    I hadnt waivered in my enjoyment of the game, but the past night of being unable to login gives u some perspective on kabams priorities. That google refund looking sweeter and sweeter by the second with the mish mosh of untested bugs and rampant hacking

      It isn't that hard to keep two thoughts in your head at once, give it a try. You can think the gem bug hurts the game and you can think hacking hurts the game. They're not mutually exclusive.

        I posted this guy many times once him copied my name and had same name as me in game is not a personal vendeta but I put a mark on him maybe GM will spy him and see what exactly is dooing to counteract this hack but if this hack spreads ....arena will die trust me when I tell you this dude pased me like a roket and his streak is 750 for months sooo....my guess any deck could do it .....and you can.t do a **** about it

          Same thing happened with me during valarka arena I was 7k by the end of 2hrs and he made 15k though I beat that guy........nothing was done. .....

            Well if you consider maybe he just used gems to refresh and keep on fighting just arena guardian, that should do the magic

              No way like 10k might in 1hr he was 5k when I left the arena thinking he will not pass..............and there were other top players......

                It also isn't that hard to get your point across without coming off condescending and ostentatious. Are they mutually exclusive? No. Is this 1 time occurence of Kabam's mistake a larger issue than the reoccuring hacks that are plaguing many servers? No.

                What's upsetting is the plethora of complaints regarding gem exploits compared to the bigger issue of hacking and the lack of GM attention. I get the point of attacking the low hanging fruit issues but fix the big picture and other things will fall into place.

                But I guess my point is null because I can't keep more than two thoughts in my head at once. Thank god Blodulf can keep more than two thoughts in his head so his point is far superior. The Gem exploit helped non payers and payers alike that were online to take advantage of the situation. I also like how it's being deemed "the Gem Exploit" when players have been leveling characters on other servers for the past year to get the achievement gems. All Kabam did was save them the time and efforts by duplicating their accounts across multiple servers so they didn't have to put in as much time. How do you think people even discovered this? Because they were logging onto their alt accounts to put in some work to eventually get gems. You must also be pissed because we're inundated with max level feeders now because they're an exploit compared to farming limitless 2 * cards to enhance our cards and it's ruining "the experience".

                Whatever, I'm not in this to play troll games with you. I been playing this a while and never seen nor heard of you until this one "event" and I've wasted enough time responding to you directly.

                Warded man, I don't know what to tell you brother except to keep bringing this to the GM's attention and maybe, just maybe, they'll eventually do something about it. Lord knows they can show they can re-act quickly with the insta-kill bug being hotfixed in a hot minute yet hackers and bugs run rampant.

                You'd think there'd be enough motivation on Kabam's part when the hackers intentionally posted youtube videos demonstrating their hacks like summoning fallen vambrael before he was even released on the live servers. Or the video of the guy hitting 5 castles on siege at the same time. How many slaps in the face of the community does it take to ellicit a reaction?

                Kabam's just telling us we should just quit playing this game regularly and hack our way to the top. Then maybe we'll see if you shift your focus to the bigger picture.

                    So your logic kinda defines stupidity who will spend 1k gems to make another 5 k might for rank rewards that contain 50 pots of each ...because let me teach you someting if I beat your deck you will find me in refresh till you quit game
