- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators

The GM Team and the Game Team are assessing the issue. We cannot disclose the amount of gems exploited but I can assure you that the amount of exploited gems is NOT large enough to influence the game or your server. The players who used the exploit will be evaluated and handled accordingly.

There have been many claims on the forums about rollbacks, bans, and being covered in 6 star cards. This is not the case. Any official action in regards to the Gem Exploit will be stated by a GM.

Trust me brother Grail Knight is terrible no matter what level you are at like you might think that it's good at level 8 and 9 because of the description but trust me I know guys in my guild who got there and it's just terrible the benefits are not worth the money that it would take and it's not a game breaker really fyi. Other than that something is being done so we just gotta wait.

Didnt say it was a game breaker but it's a pretty damn good indication that a lot of people got a lot of gems. And that's just the gems they actually spent, not whatever they still have.

most have stated that the ones that did exploit got more like 20-25k gems tops, so considering we havent had much of a promo to gain ss. 210 gems per ss would take 21000 gems to earn 100ss and the likelyhood of you hitting more than 2 6* in 100ss is very low. id guess of 100ss without a summon storm youd be lucky to hit 1 6* card. sorry but dont see a valid arguement that people took a massive leap in stats off this exploit

Ohh lol sorry for the misunderstanding. Anyway what irks me more is that there are Hackers, botters, scriptors, and acceleration users in the game that even when someone has hard evidence against them, Kabam still does nothing and I'm talking about guys with 100k ss and 40 million gems like for real, but Kabam takes the time to sort through thousands of accounts but can't take the time to sort through a single Hackers'? Like where is the logic in that? I just don't understand I kean hackers that have been around since ancient times are still in this game even when people Show Kabam proof. Sorry just upsetting.

I'm talking about guys last that (on the link above) but whatever nothing I say or anyone for that matter changes the fact that hackers exist and are more important than the guys who glitches the game of course there should be some penalty for those who did exploit the glitch but come on what is more ground breaking 57 million gems or 80 thousand

Dude what the hell are you talking about? Did you read anything that I wrote? Not once did I mention anything about the amount of ss that 60k gems would get you I wasn't even talking about that cause If you read what I wrote you would have noticed I was explicitly stating how level 8 and 9 Grail Knights isn't a game breaker. Read what someone says before you have some smart *** remark

We did have both summon storm and spirit awakening though, it's no coincidence I'm often faced with triple PE vambrael in arena screen now lol. Hell, as I write this I have 3 different guys in two arenas with golden elite + elite that they didn't have a few days ago. The arena matchmaking isn't making the situation any better but to conclude that it hasn't affected player power is absurdely naive.

I certainly feel far more affected by 50 people suddenly topping their decks than one person doing it. I don't deny the problem with hackers though.

                            +1 well said

I can understand removeing remaining gems from the glitched accounts but if they start removing cards and other things I will be rip ****

Finally a bone comes the way of all the long time players and thy get treated like hackers and cheats

If a major crackdown happens I expect all the actual cheaters to finally be banned or have their stuff taken away. If it just the lucky people who get their accounts ripped apart them this game has lost all hope

This is the message i got from ticket support about this whole thing.

                              Hello,

Thank you for contacting Kabam Customer Support my name is (i removed name) and I will be assisting you with your issue concerning the recent Global Arena.

We have confirmed an issue with the achievements during the Global Arena event and will be investigating this issue further. I do want to assure you this issue effected less that 1% of all players; additionally, we know exactly who gained gems and how many they gained. Though I cannot go into specifics, we are discussing internally possible solutions and want to do what is best for all players. I understand any potential frustration as some players have gained a short-term undeserved advantage. Whatever action we do take, it will be in the interest of minimizing this advantage to a null or insignificant level and making sure we provide the best experience in future arenas (Global or otherwise).

We truly appreciate your understanding on this issue as we continue our investigation. Should you have any further issues, please open a new ticket and we'll be more than happy to assist you!
