  • Tower again only worth it for paying players?

Just got to the sixth step and after bosses below 100k health now there are only bosses with 750k/235k to fight against. Quite a huge difference for only one level ahead. I'm stuck now with my 367k/120k deck, which is as good as I can get at the moment.
Yesterday I said thanks for the tower, finally something against boredom of only questing and questing and waiting for boss timer to reset so I can finally become stronger, but nope, tower is over just when it began.

Sorry, Kabam, but if I would have wanted to be frustrated with a game, I could have played cards against myself or something like that. Can't you figure out a way to give F2Ps a LITTLE fun at all? (And yes, I completely understand that paying players have to have an advantage. I'd just prefer if it would start to work in a higher level and not right at the beginning of this tower.)

Not even possible for some paying players. I have spent some money boosting my deck but can't quite take down a black knight with 1 million HP and 350K attack. Nice to go from easily beatable opponents to impossible ones in just one level. I got Kabammed.

And I thought I'd only get comments like 'you're complaining too much' (well, in an unpolite version not that objective), but it feels good to know that I'm not the only one

put in a revive team in your first two teams and put the highest atk you can get in the 3rd team

Mhor the wyrm + Giant Boar + Psycho Butterfly + doomweaver = 70% dmg reduction. which would equate to two hit before death, than have a revive team in 2nd team, and your highest atk in 3rd team.

so potentially that is 5 hits with you high attack team.

Except for Boar and Butterfly I think I never had those cards. And all my dmg reduction or health bonus-specials never work .

Father Mal + Necros the Grim?

            Azarel and Ben-Nu Fireborn?

            Vambrael + Guardian Angel?

all 2 card revive teams. have any of those?

            EDIT

            Black Knight + Paladin

            Grail Knight, Bard and Archmage

            http://heroes-of-camelot.wikia.com/wiki/Category:Revive

that list above has all the revive teams. Unless you just started yesterday, you should have some of the revives available.

Father Mal& Necros, yep. Not evolved the best way, but fully evolved and maxed.

you don't have to have them full evolved,

the only team that really matters is your highest attack team.

the other two teams are there just as road blocks. (yes it helps if they are fully evolved though)

Some instakill? It could wipe the first team, and it would be piece of cake to get rid of the alone Fenric.

Instakill is something, not many F2Ps have

I'm trying Necros+Grim and Bard plus her gang and see if that's enough, but it lowers my stats to 310K/80K, therefor I don't think so. I guess I'll have to wait until summon storm or until I can evolve my balza, so he'll be a better companion for my Fenric.

Time is something I don't have that much ... But I understand. Bad luck, I missed so many events, otherwise I may have been rather good with my lvl 92

BUT: I found a great meal on one of the lower levels of the tower: 200 points for GK. So maybe there is something to do for weaker players as well.

nedsto 3 is my leader - his deck, well i didn't believe that a non spending player is able to hold/have such a strong deck. Definetely in top 10 decks of my realm (maybe between 6-10 place).
For this you need the following:
                          1) Time...... everything happens slower for non spending player. I talked with him - he said that he has been playing hoc for more than 9 months.
                          2) Patience - this is also very important. You have to contribute many many many hours to the game.
3)Last but not least - the combo smart ss usage + hellish luck - you need the proper cards in order to become so strong. For example - i have almost every nice combo, that ppl use, but only with tier 1 cards, no way to work in my advantage. He has the right cards, 6 stars, PE, OVERLEVLED...

Hate to burst your bubble but most of Ned's cards are 4 5 and 6 carded . But he started before I did and has been a big deck for along time

Me and Ned are about 50/50 right now because he missed out on io it seems.

But even with 4 card t4 legends (all mine besides ossi and jezz are) are good enough to elevate you to the top of your realm

Just keep grinding and saveing for storms ( I wonder if we still get storms with gk now?)

Play with combos. Revival, hp removal combos are easily obtainable by free players. Nothing prevents you from getting all 4 bosses for undead party = good hp and attack plus revival. As previously suggested add 2 two card revival teams to the front. Necros and farther, Azarel and bennu. First two you can farm for free. Azarel was part of your achievement rewards, bennu easy to summon with free stones and was available in many arenas. Or instead of Azarel bennu put oss in first team. With Necros another revival option.

Second team do hp removal. Mages are easily obtainable for anybody. If you didn't use oss in first team you can use hooded terrors as second team: oss, bourgard, mist stalker. 2 free cards, one pretty easy to summon

Last team you need heavy hitter. Undead party is awesome for free player. For very least you can get knight warband. Grail knigh, horse and paladin are easy to get. Add jez or OSS for attack and you will kill 700k enemy. If. Not on thirst try, then on second or third. U just need revival and hp removal to work which may take few attempts
