This fallen vamb temporal is just beyond wrong. It is a clear cut example of false advertisement. To say win on day 5 (which is the same language used on past temporals for the last day prize) cannot and should not be dismissed. Complain and I get gems back. Great. Not. The problem with this is I did not buy gems I bought fallen vamb cards because their was finally a promotion that held some value. Now I'm stuck with useless fricking gems.
I can guarantee the wording on the chests wasn't a mistake it was used intentionally to trick people into buying the chests. This is how kabam operates. They are thieves plan and simple if it was an honest mistake they would have honored it for those who purchased chests before the wording was changed. But a company that only cares about its income and cares nothing about its product or customers does just what kabam does time and again.
So called support won't even take the time to hear my my arguments or consider other solutions. The reason, it negates competitive nature of the game. Don't make laugh. There is no competitive nature to the game. The real reason they won't honor this is the thousands and thousands of dollars they would lose by people getting a good card so cheap. In fact giving vamb to those who purchased this early would like do the opposite and increase what little competitiveness the game holds. I would even be completely fine with my cash back but they will never ever give someone actual money back.
Imagine going online and seeing best buy has a 60 in high def led tv for $200 you will buy that in a second. Next thing u know its a 36 in showing up at your door. Call them up at say what the hell and they say sorry we made a mistake a typo send back the tv and we will send u a gift card. How would u feel? I would be ticked I bought a tv not a gift card. Unless I shop there regularly it does me zero good and I am out the money. This is exactly what kabam has done.
Frankly I'm done With these thieves. Unless they wise up and honor their promotion I am done with this game. I will also be speaking with a law firm specializing in false advertise on any possible legal action.
Wise up folks. This game though full of potential will never change unless the players make it. Kabam is perfectly fine with it remaining a cash cow for those willing to gamble hundreds of dollars for a couple of electronic gaming cards. Because be honest that is all the game has become, buy as many cards as you can. He with the largest wallet wins. Period.
