Forum Rules [Updated 12/21/2016]

MAIN RULES OF THE FORUMS

Please respect your community. Respect each other as you all enjoy the same thing ? The Game.

We encourage open and friendly discussion of the game and the Community. Moderators and Staff have final decisions on all matters, and are here to make sure that the Community remains a friendly, fun place appropriate for players of all backgrounds, ages and groups.

It is the forum member's responsibility to stay up to date on forum rules and to honor the behavior outlined.

PURPOSE OF THE FORUMS

These forums provide an area for constructive player discussions of the game. It also allows players to
help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.

These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you?re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.

CHANGES OR IMPROVEMENT

Please make sure to stay updated on these rules by reviewing this page from time to time.

This is a private board. As such, decisions made are final.
We reserve the right to remove any message board content without notice for any reason.

Rule 1: Responses to rule violations
Violating these rules will result in warnings, either formal or informal, suspensions, banning, or other sanctions.

Rule 2: Respect other users on the forums
- Do not make attacks or insult other users, either in the forums or through private messages. Disagreements and debates are fine, but don?t make it personal.
- Do not attack groups. This includes professions, races, religions, sexual orientations, genders, incomes, or even vague groups like ?you people.?
- Do not use ill terms which are offensive to groups, do not ?flame?, ?troll.? or ?haze?.

Rule 3: Respect the forum purpose and structure
- Make your posts in the appropriate forum.
- Please use the Search function. If a relevant thread already exists, please post there instead of creating a new thread about the same topic. Duplicate threads will be closed to keep the forums orderly and easy to navigate.
- Keep off-topic posts in the off-topic forum.
- Don?t start discussions about games that are not ours.
- Do not cross-link to other message boards or websites unless approved by a moderator.

Rule 4: Respect the law
- Do not post anything illegal under U.S. law, or encourage other users to break the laws of the U.S. or their country of residence.
- Do not encourage users to break terms of service. This includes giving information about how to find scripts, exploits, or cheats, as well as arranging to buy or sell accounts or virtual goods.

Rule 5: Respect the audience
Think about who you're talking to. Users may be as young as 13 on these message boards, and may be male or female, and from countries across the globe.
- Keep your language civil. Profanity is frowned on.
- Do not post Adult Material, inappropriate graphic sexual content in any format, or links to sexually explicit sites.
- Do not post graphic images or explicit descriptions of violent acts.
- Do not use an avatar or signature that could offend other users. They have to look at it a lot.

Rule 6: Respect privacy
- Do not post any private emails or private messages unless you have the explicit permission of each person involved in the exchange.
- Do not post private communication between customer support, members, moderators, or administrators on these forums, or anywhere else. (This include support ticket responses)
- Do not post any information covered by a non-disclosure agreement or beta testing agreement. Even if you somehow have inside information about our competitors, for legal reasons we don?t want to hear it.
- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

Rule 7: Do not spam
- Do not post repeatedly about the same topic.
- Do not spam users on the forums or through private messages.
- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

Rule 10: Respect the decisions of the moderators
- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator?s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

    What Could Save the Game?

    BEFORE ALL! PLEASE RESPECT OTHER'S OPINION, WE'RE JUST TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT HAPPENED WHEN THE BEST MOBILE GAME WENT THIS WAY

    In your personal Opinion, what was thtat "point" where the game started to build up his own coffin? and what could you suggest to help it?


    What I see: Respect to Costumers doesn't exist

    We all know support sucks (really if you haven't experienced it just try) and is business law, if you don't treat your costumers well they will ran away from you

    Okay Game must Evolve with stronger cards always, but OP Cards shouldn't exist! OP Combos in my opinion are okay (and must exist) because building a combo isn't that easy than using a brainless strategy just putting a damn OP Card as leader and watch how you destroy your opponent
    What happened to the most expensive combo in game aka Golden Force? Useless now due to an OP Card ( well ok, i think it's obvious how much i hate IO) but just think how could the winners of golden events feel after seeing their hard obtained combo is useless!? this is called respect to the costumer, spenders (like it or not) always should have an advantage over free players
    Note I'm not saying nerf IO, no no no, i'm just marking what of the faults (pff many out there) that are pushing the players out of HoC

    Let's see a little example as somebody out there said: "How to know that a card is OP? a Top player uses it t2 " And i'm not talking about fallen vambra. he has the most OP combo in the game but, hey COMBO made out of 3 cards and he's only availabe via Money, fair advantage for players

    Talking about Fallen Vambra, what were the rate of summoning him? Know from a guy using 1000 USD for summon 6 and other player 1200 and got Zero I know there's some "randomness" in summoning but 1000+ USD is ridicolous, don't know the exact price but you could get some "real" games with all and console with that amount
    Now the most in-FAMOUS chest of fallen vambra; Knowing the issue kabam shoulded don't ask us and just take out the chests from our inventories, refund the gems and launch the chest with the correction in the text. Okay Sp4 offered to refund the gems via support ticket but.... *read above*

    I'm sorry if this thread looks like a whinning one, but I'm just angry seeing 2 legends of the game leaving today, ironically It's been 36 hours far from the game for me, opened it just to see my streak shattered against guys that apparantely don't have a small oportunity to win against my deck but well these things happens and dunno if just mad or what ( don't even know what did i say that about my streak, maybe because, are there bugs that we don't even pay attention? ) But as i said to Moe aka troll king, I'm a step behind you, and it is far from the game

    I am Not the Mightiest Player of my realm, I Am not the Biggest Spender, But I'm a costumer, and i have the rights to ask for a decent treat or just skip the service and if i spent 1 cent or 1000 dollars my money is as sacred as your money earned from US YOUR COSTUMERS

    Just my 2 cents, again sorry if it looks like a whinning thread or a rage senseless thread but are my thoughts


    P.S. After all this, Thanks to Smash and Sp4, they do the best they can and show the face to the angry costumers and that's a hard work

      Gem valuation is radiculous
      Bugs left for over a year
      Reflect completely killed this game ( so many pe valrak io and maw) never seen so many t4 legends since the November chest lovely ladies fiasco

      Also banning innocent players? (Me personally)

      A lot going wrong, better to ask what's going right and hopefully that'll fix it .

      If you ask me, they intended to release a lot of fallen vamb in those chests, but then they looked at how many valrak and maw where pe in each realm and realized he now needs to be the rarest card of all time or to many players will have a radiculous eternal evil combo

        Absolutely true. +1. Just to finish what you've started:
        - When they make one so valuable card so rare they can easily just give us chests with the typical greedy crap drop rate, which kabam ADORES so much (i'm saying this from the view of paying players although i'm not one of them) and ppl will fight for the opportunity to get even a single Fallen Vambrael, i can't even imagine the amount of money they will gather from this.
        - If it was so easy to obtain Fallen Vambrael like pe t4 Icemaw and Valrakk when you have reflect combo, i can't imagine the number of players who just will give up due to the Eternal Evil combo, say one "f*ck you, kabam" and just remove the game from their devices.

          I 'm a free player as many will not be able to have the combo eternal evil and let the game ... this happens when you create such a large gap between players
