What I like better is.. in games I have tried, there will be a 30 second ad/video you can optionally watch to win some in game items or currency. Even if it only gave say 10 gems I'd do it, because it adds up. Plus you don't have to give any personal info.

That's not true actually as this option would not give you a ground breaking amount of gems and such but only a little bit say like you'd get 600 or so gems a week which honestly isn't a lot but it would help you get some small makeups and other small gem packs but this obviously is nothing to big spenders cause you'd need a lot more gems to get something good from gem packs and such but also remember that profits would go to Kabam as well.

On what do you base this dubious assumption?

Yeah, exactly (I'm from the free players). It's nice idea.

I have played several games that had this features, got bored soon as there are no deep game contents. In fact, one of the kabam games I've played called the Godfather have this survey kind of features. I found it's stupid to spend money on buying gems because doing survey/purchasing on certain website gives more gems.

There are only few survey sites purely asking you to complete and gain something. In most case is that they are bound with some online shopping site. And I doubt people will abuse this and shorten the lifespan of game.

I would like to introduce a game called "Tower of saviors", it's a very popular mobile game with over 3 million users( I'm not advertising here as I choose to play hoc, I like the artwork of hoc more and social interaction with others is greater

What make it popular to other people is that it is a combination of RPG card collecting and match 3 game all rolled into one. RPG element allows you to level up your cards. Match 3 element allows you to play more wisely instead of "brainless clicking" (that means you may still lose a battle even you have the best deck because you fail to solve the puzzles) It's like a combination of Pokemon and Bejewelled( anyone play candy crush? Then you know why match 3 game is addictive)
    P
The game also offers limited time for diamond reward( similar to gems in kabam games) to free players, so everyone is happy. I think this is an example of mobile card collection game with depth and development.

Hoc recently is doing good(gems offer in arena, stat reset as might reward)...offering some purchase elements for free occasionally is a good way to keep players loyal to the game.

And I thought the "reflex circle" in wandering boss fight is a good attempt. Sadly it didn't gain players' much interest as the purpose of it goes opposite to fighting wandering boss. We want to lessen the fighting time but it increases instead and gives no advantage of playing it therefore it's a failure

I think what most important for a game to succeed is they have to listen to their customers opinions and improve the game features. Reponse to players feed backs, it would be great if they give an ETA of any event/arena. I find that gm here mostly keep things in secret, may be they're too busy or being told not to say much things

In conclusion I think hoc is a great game. Like other games developed by kabam, it has great artwork design and pvp features. My opinion is in the future the game shall have something allowing players to participate in game fight will be awesome. It may not as necessary as match 3 element but that's what I can suggest

Sorry for my bad English and thank you for reading it.

I have done several games that had this feature, truth is it killed the game. For many years I ran GPT and the best way to go is to find them and use PayPal as a payment method. Simple GPT s the best one for quick payouts.

I used to take surveys for a FB game to get reward points but in the end my E-mail gone boom with the spam E-mails and maybe some security threats -somehow- for inexperienced users. I never trust this way of getting game currency as you mentioned in OP , but it's an idea and maybe you get some response from Kabam
Yeah that's true but I used to just have a dummy E-mail which of course wasn't my main Email since I woukd use it for surveys and stuff and the survey company I am talking about creates surveys that mostly have to do with consumer interest and so you would just have to give your opinion on a product and bam your done. They rarely asked for your email and personal info and of they did I just used my dummy email which is overloaded with spam by now lol.

Guest started a topic What does everyone thing about this idea?

What does everyone thing about this idea?

Well here I go. I have an idea that I've been thinking about for a little bit and I dunno if this would hurt Kabam more than help it but I thought it would be worth mentioning so hear me out. I used to play a game called..... Pockie Ninjas....(I'm embarrassed to say the name because it sounds like such a childish game but it was quite good. Also the game sold its Web address because the game artist's contract ended or something like that. I don't want you guys to think they crashed because of the idea I am suggesting) anyway the company that was in charge of this game allied itself with many survey companies and what they would do is that everytime a player COMPLETED a survey from the game homepage, they would get a certain amount of in game currency for example, if I was able to COMPLETE 10 surveys without screening out then I would get like $5 worth of in game currency and every time a player did a survey, a portion of the money that comes from doing a survey went to the game company and a portion went to the survey company so it was like a win win situation. There was also a max amount of surveys you could do per day and I think it was about 10 surveys a day. I was thinking, what if Kabam implemented something similar on their homepage and like every time you completed a survey, you'd get a certain number of Kabam reward points (I forgot to mention some surveys weight slightly more than others and would give you more in game currency than other surveys and in this case it would give you more reward points. Usually if it was a longer survey it would give you more in game currency or rewards points). I was thinking this could be a good idea in the future for Kabam to partner itself up with survey companies and provide something like this so free players could get a little bit of gems here and there without actually having to pay money and remember that whenever someone does a survey Kabam would get a share of the money that comes from doing a survey. What do you guys think?
