  • The game is dead

I hear people complaining the drops are low, the events don't give feeders and make you use a lot of pots, the arenas now are more difficult.
This people should really open their eyes and understand where the real problem is.

There are players that have been playing for more than 1 year (my server started in sept 2013). The top players of the game are people who have bought gems, in order to get cards before the others, who have farmed whole nights, in order to use them cards in the arenas.
In this way, some players slowly gained the top and started to get distance from other players.

But now that the Top players reached the best deck possible (Gods, Druids, Crack Knights) and they're stuck, what's happening?

1)Kabam is not giving new stronger combos: only USELESS new 6* cards.
2)Kabam is not giving 6* arenas (with possible new strong Legendaries with stronger Combos)
3)Kabam has been giving in the last months (Since Galahad event) A LOT OF FEEDERS (ridiculing who has been farming whole nights) and Legendaries (Like Galzra, a card you could get a few months ago only buying gems or having a lot of luck!)

    What's the point?
Top players are stuck, teased and every day they are slowly losing their top. Every other player, even who has not been shopping, is going to get the same deck. This game will get to a point where everyone will get the SAME. FU**ING. DECK.

    THE GAME IS DEAD!
    Greets, Kabam.

I quite agree with you, I play for more than one year, and some months now I stalled. I waited with great anticipation for the event rihanon finish (I need only one) and I used more than 1,300 pots to try and I have nothing.

I later learned that the event rihanon vambrael and will therefore differ huge disappointments because I only need one of vambrael and riri so i need put money for this? no, is a game free to play or not ??? Because I put money for guard totem and nothing a same for vortigern and nothing and I put 160.- only for vortigern, for that money we should have one L no ?

Is to hard to have a good cards with not money. Please I not the only player I agree that. Kabam thanks to fix this point can we be happy with this game. This game is more fun with a little more facility

Ps: sorry for my bad English.

      share feelings with you.

Since May my deck didn not changed significantly.

Sure thing I am getting some new cards but most of them totally useless

At the same time I see as other players close the gap. Average deck in may was about 400K-500, now it's about 750-850K

Top club is quite crowded now. If few month ago I have to avoid 2-3 players today it's more than 15. So despite being 'top' player I have to grind arenas like at the very beginning year ago.

Don't get me wrong there are at least 4-5 cards that can significantly strengthen my deck but I am not able to get them at all. Every time I finally summon legendary it is same old legendary I've t4 long time ago. excitment is gone and replaced by frustration

I've played this game roughly 3 months and experienced the most happiest day and the saddest day. Many of my guild members left recently but not all of them quitted because of the game issues, some left because finding this game boring and some due to personal issues.

The reasons I'm still playing are:
1.i've spent loads of money and time. There used to be both good moments and bad moments here , it becomes a part of my life.

            2. My deck still has much room to improve. Knowing that I may never get ultimate combos like crack knights and gods but I got few 6* since golden castle event. Ie. if I didn't get any 6* recently I would quit this game as well...

Right now the forum has too many negative voices, you know the game contents cannot be improved instantly and the forum admin can do barely very little on it so they only response to small issue like evolving cards wrongly. There is not necessary to be too negative because of poor luck getting good cards, eg getting all 3* in 100ss as this may happens. In extreme case I've heard someone got nothing in 500ss.

I'm blocked by many people in arena but I managed to accept this, I'm blocking someone too. It's like in reality, someone has better living than me while some is struggling...just be positive and you'll find this is not a big deal.

People get pissed because the money spent in it and the result didn't meet their expectation. Those have spent same amount or less are lucky enough to receive 6* I know it's soul feeling, I've gone through it and learn the lessons. Don't regret after spending, it's a gambling. Same goes to entertaining in casino...can't blame the odds.
What we shall complain is something like you can't log in game, lost acc, wrong sale description.

Every game has its lifespan, I believe hoc is still young and will become better (more end game contents, new card combos, arena variety). Perhaps I'll get bored after a year or this game has finished but so far this game is still playable, I mostly do arena and events.

The game isn't dead, just on life support for those who have played it long enough.. If it was dead you probably wouldn't be here and the game would be uninstalled lol

Thank you for your opinion Midnight Rhapsody, but I don't think your comment fits with the topic.

I don't regret any of the time I've spent on this game, because I really enjoyed it.
But If I spend money on a game and get an advantage among the other players, it's frustrating be reached from thousands of players who have played less and spent nothing, because there's nothing I can do more with my deck.

Maybe to a lot of players seems fun to reach the top in the arenas, and beat players you never have beaten before.
But this is a thing you ALL will understand, it's just a matter of time.

Game uninstalled, but it's kinda hard to let it go completely, so I'm coming back to this corpse with some mad hope that there will be pulse again. And no, nothing.

We all complain and its totally reasonable, there are a lot of issues they should fix and sometimes it can make people really angry (the game). However, its a bit extreme to keep saying game is dead or its dying, ive been hearing it for a long time and i personally dont like it.

I'm not complaining about the issues, the drops, or anything else.
You should really read what I wrote whit more attention.
And no, it's not "a bit extreme" saying game is dead.
Because as a matter of fact, it is.
Maybe not for all the players. But for us, old and top players, it is already dead.

And it will be dead for everyone SOON

This card got two sides, one side is what the OP is describing. The other is my own, i started 2 months ago. Right now i can reach some prizes in arena often 3000-4000 points. But i will NEVER get a top prize that would improve my deck further. Why? Well because the oldschool players got decks players like me cant compete with.
Its always the same handful players that takes all the best cards. So what reason do i have to keep playing? If i don't see a reasonable plan to upgrade my deck in a foreseeable future, well i would quit.

Just remember, for a king to be able to benefit from being king, there has to be peasants.

The "oldschool players" CAN'T improve their deck, but you CAN, it's just a matter of time, you will get them, even without spending money.

When I started playing there were only 4 cities, or 5, and the last one had unbeatable team at the end, and I think it was kind of genious, it was a sign that they were working on something, and you can keep bashing at this wall and feel yourself weak and you have room for improvement, now when all cities completed, all boss cards acquired, all raid cards perfectly evolved I just don't see where to go from here. I never won super arena btw because there's always payers, and I was kind of ok with it, because I was thinking to myself, there's gonna be new cards to get through exploring and raid bosses to get, I still can beat a lot of ppl if I put a lot of time into it, but it just stopped, I'm still at where I was the moment I finished Oss 8 card pe, There's no more rewards to be taken. All what's left now is hoping for luck, and it's sad to see that there's guys who were 300-400 k lower than me caught up, and I'm still facing this wall.
