MAIN RULES OF THE FORUMS

Please respect your community. Respect each other as you all enjoy the same thing ? The Game.

We encourage open and friendly discussion of the game and the Community. Moderators and Staff have final decisions on all matters, and are here to make sure that the Community remains a friendly, fun place appropriate for players of all backgrounds, ages and groups.

It is the forum member's responsibility to stay up to date on forum rules and to honor the behavior outlined.

PURPOSE OF THE FORUMS

These forums provide an area for constructive player discussions of the game. It also allows players to
help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.

These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you?re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.

Please make sure to stay updated on these rules by reviewing this page from time to time.

This is a private board. As such, decisions made are final.
We reserve the right to remove any message board content without notice for any reason.

Rule 1: Responses to rule violations
Violating these rules will result in warnings, either formal or informal, suspensions, banning, or other sanctions.

Rule 2: Respect other users on the forums
- Do not make attacks or insult other users, either in the forums or through private messages. Disagreements and debates are fine, but don?t make it personal.
- Do not attack groups. This includes professions, races, religions, sexual orientations, genders, incomes, or even vague groups like ?you people.?
- Do not use ill terms which are offensive to groups, do not ?flame?, ?troll.? or ?haze?.

Rule 3: Respect the forum purpose and structure
- Make your posts in the appropriate forum.
- Please use the Search function. If a relevant thread already exists, please post there instead of creating a new thread about the same topic. Duplicate threads will be closed to keep the forums orderly and easy to navigate.
- Keep off-topic posts in the off-topic forum.
- Don?t start discussions about games that are not ours.
- Do not cross-link to other message boards or websites unless approved by a moderator.

Rule 4: Respect the law
- Do not post anything illegal under U.S. law, or encourage other users to break the laws of the U.S. or their country of residence.
- Do not encourage users to break terms of service. This includes giving information about how to find scripts, exploits, or cheats, as well as arranging to buy or sell accounts or virtual goods.

Rule 5: Respect the audience
Think about who you're talking to. Users may be as young as 13 on these message boards, and may be male or female, and from countries across the globe.
- Keep your language civil. Profanity is frowned on.
- Do not post Adult Material, inappropriate graphic sexual content in any format, or links to sexually explicit sites.
- Do not post graphic images or explicit descriptions of violent acts.
- Do not use an avatar or signature that could offend other users. They have to look at it a lot.

Rule 6: Respect privacy
- Do not post any private emails or private messages unless you have the explicit permission of each person involved in the exchange.
- Do not post private communication between customer support, members, moderators, or administrators on these forums, or anywhere else. (This include support ticket responses)
- Do not post any information covered by a non-disclosure agreement or beta testing agreement. Even if you somehow have inside information about our competitors, for legal reasons we don?t want to hear it.
- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

Rule 7: Do not spam
- Do not post repeatedly about the same topic.
- Do not spam users on the forums or through private messages.
- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

Rule 10: Respect the decisions of the moderators
- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator?s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

    Customer Service Told me Good Luck.. I'm SOL.

    Hello,

    I've been playing this game a while now and in the beginning my guild members told me to never over level because of the known bug that was only giving a 5% bonus. I'm sure everyone knows about this. Recently, there were a few updates that was suppose to fix this 5% bonus bug. Hundreds of players including our Aaron_Kabam confirmed that this was only a Visual bug. It should not effect the outcome of the card. Being a loyal customer, I've spent some (a lot) money during all the Totem guard promotions and I was able to save up enough to PE T4 my Totem Guard.

    I took my time, saved up my golden donkeys and slowly over leveled every single card. Took forever... During this process I didn't notice the 5% difference, until the very last Tier. I noticed LVL 82 5%, LVL 82 5%. I freaked out... I talked to some very skilled players on my realm and they told me it was purely a visual bug. Well, after doing my math... it really was only 5%. I got the 8 card PE T4 stats from the brilliantly made spreadsheet from this forum and also from our wiki. I compared the stats of my newly maxed out Totem and I was short stats. I've included a few pictures of my Totem, and I also attached my OSS showing 10% and 5%.

    I filed a ticket with customer service and they told me that this is not a visual bug. it is not a bug at all. They told me that anything under or over the set max level will only give a 5% bonus. Well... that's kinda ****ty since this particular problem was suppose to be fixed. It was confirmed to be a visual Bug... I sent emails back and forth for about 2 weeks and they just told me that there is nothing that they can do to fix this. The game developers have no way of changing stats or resetting anything.

    Aaron, is there anything you can do to help me fix this problem ? Are you able to help me reset each card so I can start over? Maybe at the least the last level of each tier... so I'm not set back that much... if over leveling at each tier is not recommended is it possible that you just reset it at the full stats at level 99..

    Also, is there any advice you can provide us.
    For example, does the over level actually work, is it only a visual bug and we are all just freaking out because of our own personal issues , does the over level only work at the very last level of Tier 4, is it even recommended to over level each Tier? My guild members all have been struggling with this. its very confusing on what works, and what doesn't work. I have a lot of screen shots that I've taken and I can email them to you if you would like.

      Today I also had the same error were it reported the wrong percentage, and caused my kings guard to level to 100. Wish you guys can help fix this problem and my kings guard.

        Xkbn your totem is perfectly evolved.

        My ossion i used grey donkeys at t1 and t2. Then gold at t3 and t4. I have more 800 hp than yours. If it was not a visual bug my ossion would have less stats than yours.

        Dont wory be happy you have the best totem someone can have. PE 8 cards with gold donkeys.

        Its really only a visual bug. Hope i helped you.

          A lot of people told me the same... Only reason why I care so much is because the time spent, the money spent, and of course the trust we all put into the community and admins. I feel that if it's a visual bug, why not just fix it... It's a continuous problem that upsets everyone who likes to play the game a specific way. PE EVERYTHING lol
          I just hope aaron or smash can help me and some of these other players out.

            And of course, it's totem guard. If it was like some of the other cards I have with the same problem... Not a big deal. But tg is so rare and powerful and such a big game changer.. It makes my insides hurt

              yep its visual. Max PE 8 card Totem (lvl 100 t4) according to wiki is 112464 / 33816. Yours is higher

              Also my 8 card Oss overlvl +2 every tier has a little bit higher stats than yours. Mine is 141161/33623

                      Guys check the math on your cards. Yes the bug says 5% but it's not. I overlevel all of my cards. It's only visual for the billionth time. Your card is fine!

                        The Base stats for an overleveled card is higher than a non overleveled card. So while you only see your getting 5% and can mathmatically find that it is 5%, the other 5% was added to the base stats. The base stats changing is not normal as they are predefined in Kabam's card algorithm.

                        So this is why it is a visual bug, you see 5% but reality is, you get a total of 10%.

                        I wish I took pictures but I did this with Sir Owain to confirm, and there are numerous threads on this forum to support this.

                          Geez I thought I settled this long ago but seems it pops up like every week. Overleveled cards give better stats than non overleveled cards. End of story. Moving along....
