Forum Rules [Updated 12/21/2016]

MAIN RULES OF THE FORUMS

Please respect your community. Respect each other as you all enjoy the same thing ? The Game.

We encourage open and friendly discussion of the game and the Community. Moderators and Staff have final decisions on all matters, and are here to make sure that the Community remains a friendly, fun place appropriate for players of all backgrounds, ages and groups.

It is the forum member's responsibility to stay up to date on forum rules and to honor the behavior outlined.

PURPOSE OF THE FORUMS

These forums provide an area for constructive player discussions of the game. It also allows players to
help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.

These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you?re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.

CHANGES OR IMPROVEMENT

Please make sure to stay updated on these rules by reviewing this page from time to time.

This is a private board. As such, decisions made are final.
We reserve the right to remove any message board content without notice for any reason.

Rule 1: Responses to rule violations
Violating these rules will result in warnings, either formal or informal, suspensions, banning, or other sanctions.

Rule 2: Respect other users on the forums
- Do not make attacks or insult other users, either in the forums or through private messages. Disagreements and debates are fine, but don?t make it personal.
- Do not attack groups. This includes professions, races, religions, sexual orientations, genders, incomes, or even vague groups like ?you people.?
- Do not use ill terms which are offensive to groups, do not ?flame?, ?troll.? or ?haze?.

Rule 3: Respect the forum purpose and structure
- Make your posts in the appropriate forum.
- Please use the Search function. If a relevant thread already exists, please post there instead of creating a new thread about the same topic. Duplicate threads will be closed to keep the forums orderly and easy to navigate.
- Keep off-topic posts in the off-topic forum.
- Don?t start discussions about games that are not ours.
- Do not cross-link to other message boards or websites unless approved by a moderator.

Rule 4: Respect the law
- Do not post anything illegal under U.S. law, or encourage other users to break the laws of the U.S. or their country of residence.
- Do not encourage users to break terms of service. This includes giving information about how to find scripts, exploits, or cheats, as well as arranging to buy or sell accounts or virtual goods.

Rule 5: Respect the audience
Think about who you're talking to. Users may be as young as 13 on these message boards, and may be male or female, and from countries across the globe.
- Keep your language civil. Profanity is frowned on.
- Do not post Adult Material, inappropriate graphic sexual content in any format, or links to sexually explicit sites.
- Do not post graphic images or explicit descriptions of violent acts.
- Do not use an avatar or signature that could offend other users. They have to look at it a lot.

Rule 6: Respect privacy
- Do not post any private emails or private messages unless you have the explicit permission of each person involved in the exchange.
- Do not post private communication between customer support, members, moderators, or administrators on these forums, or anywhere else. (This include support ticket responses)
- Do not post any information covered by a non-disclosure agreement or beta testing agreement. Even if you somehow have inside information about our competitors, for legal reasons we don?t want to hear it.
- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

Rule 7: Do not spam
- Do not post repeatedly about the same topic.
- Do not spam users on the forums or through private messages.
- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

Rule 10: Respect the decisions of the moderators
- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator?s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

    Well that is exactly how top players had it the past week, with the "oh so great new system". But why should top players, who spend a lot of money and worked very hard to get to the top, be punished?
    Having to grind to get better is only fair, it's what progression is all about. It's what makes up almost ALL games.
    It's a game of progression not just some 1 button win game.

    Work hard, get better, earn rewards and feel the joy of accomplishing something that wasn't handed to you.

        You are not really thought it through. So you had advantage for a week over strong players. Let's say kabam would not change it back and you'd have your advantage for another month or two. You will win few super arenas effortlessly by fighting bots or only weak players. Great! What's the point of this game will be? Building strong deck? No, with strong deck you would not be able to advance. What would be your challenge? Beating weak deck that has 100-200k less than you again and again just to gather thousands of points?

        That's soooo boring

        I am one of the top decks on my server but I never did 75k-100k points in one arena within two days. It's impossible. But with previous arena update we saw ppl getting that number within few hours only and doing this with quite weak deck. So what's the point of it? Prove that you can beat bots 10 000 times within few hours?

        I think arenas should give everybody equal chance until U get to max might reward, once you start competing for rank rewards all fights should be only against real players. No bots, no guardians, nothing. You want top prize become strongest

        You can't beat deck above you? sorry baby, but this prize will not be yours. Situations when you ride guardian to gain thousand points should not exist for rank rewards

          Totally agree. At first all player are fair with their started pack card. How they been in stronger is their way of playing and strategy to get strong card no matter by luck or money or strategy. If weak player are rewarded above new player, then its opposite the concept. Strong win weak. Its the theory in everygame, you cant beat final boss with current stat, go level up n get stronger.

              I believe it's based on Ladder position and win/lose ratio.

                    Good to see old arena back. Is it perfect? Far from it but definitely much better than the new one that was put in place. I hope kabam test it well before rolling out a new one. Yesterday with the new arena, I had to fight everyone and lose out all my streaks before getting to 3 bots and even then, my might gain was so slow without the streak. Even at full streak, I was at 24 per win. And this is while all the weaker decks continue to climb and leaving me in the dust lol.

                    All the guys in support of the new system, fact for you guys. Top decks also spends hours/days competing for top arenas under the old system. Just because they have a top deck, doesn't mean they get to top automatically. I hope kabam next rollout is well tested and planned and fair to all. I still think the new arena concept is good but not to extent leaving out the ability to compete for stronger decks.

                        So I was getting 100k decks on Challenge yesterday. This system is so much better. 96 might per round vs. the 72 I was getting makes it faster. And now when it says I'll get +10 might if I win I actually get +10 might instead of +5 wow!

                          Nice way to go guys nothing wrong with old system but u shld hav fixed the crap of this old system that losing battle to way to weak deck just now lost streak to a guy with 350/108 deck and mine is 584/166 and same combos

                            It should be equal for all, but no matter what, a weak player should never have the advantage above a strong player. That is just the opposite of what arena and competition is all about. However, this doesn't mean we shall fight top level players all the time.

                            I hope the arena system will be like challenge - rarely win for the most mights, where as easy - is easy literally.

                            And I think arenas should give everybody equal chance until U get to max might reward, once you start competing for rank rewards all fights should be only against real players. No bots, no guardians, nothing. You want top prize become strongest.

                            Getting 8k within 24 hours is too much for most ppl who have a normal life. I've spent few hundred bucks and my deck is 400k hp and 110k atk but my win rate is even lower because I'm forced to fight top 10 players in my realm since this old arena matchmaking system restored. I stop at 3k might in pots arena and hopefully the arena will revert to a fairer system for anyone.

                            I like the grinding aspect of the game but this is just torturing for me.

                              I really don't care about reward from super arena. Strong wins weak in all game therefore top level players who spend money and time deserve to get the top reward.

                              The point is how do you define someone is deserved to get the top reward? And joy? Having spent few thousand bucks and get a unbeatable deck in your realm and this is the only fun? Before that, grinding in a pots arena for 5-6 hours is not fun at all.

                              I'm a bad luck person who have spent few hundred bucks and didn't get even a legendary. I know it's just how the dice rolled, it could have went the other way. Perhaps you shall tell me to spend more. I worked hard to get all the best combos within my extent. After I reached 400k hp and 110k atk, I still get losses like when I just started the game. I can beat players at my hp and atk mostly, but I can't beat someone got a tier 4 crack knights combo and tier 4 angel combos. I am always blocked by 10 players. I can't even get 1 streak compare to my past when I have lower deck.

                              I do support spending money in game but is that the only way to feel the joy of accomplishing something when I become top 10 player in my realm?
