many people got banned 2 days ago , I dont know if all people banned are hackers, but im sure that Im not, 2 days and no answer from customer support 'Ill wait one more day" , so Im thinking about alert other people about tge irresponsability of kabam with customers... and the better way is " review the game in appstore or playstore with 1 star and explaing why" if you got banned for no reason , tomorrow is time to fill up HOC store reviews with 1 stars ans ****...if you agree bump this post.

PURPOSE OF THE FORUMS
These forums provide an area for constructive player discussions of the game. It also allows players to
help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.
These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you?re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.

This is a private board. As such, decisions made are final.
We reserve the right to remove any message board content without notice for any reason.
Rule 1: Responses to rule violations

Rule 8: Respect your account

- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.

Rule 10: Respect the decisions of the moderators
- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator?s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.
Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

sorry for your bannmy theory on this one is that some players probably encounter some kind of bugg= in affect maybe in-game security though this bug / error would be result of cheating but in this case its surely results of errors in code made by designers . hold on tight i hope best for you and others banned

Private message, which was read, with no response.
No response to any open thread about banned accounts, bar one which was months ago.
I think more than a handful of moderators is needed for a game with 5 million+ downloads and so many bugs and glitches.
And don't say they can't afford it, lol.

It is a pretty simple matter for us to call our banks and tell them we were defrauded of our money. I spent more than 10k. I will be doing that soon. I will also be posting step-by-step instructions on how to legally challenge this fraudulent activity if Kabam doesn't respond within 24 hours. This is enough.
