It is difficult to get in touch with the Support of the game, whenever I go there slow response and my last 4 support that got sent as an automatic response message and it is becoming a tremendous disregard me and it did not solve my problems is that I damaging since vanished golden donkey was needed me there!
Not sure if this is just happening to me ....

If you are experiencing technical issues, we ask you please consider que these general troubleshooting steps specific to your device's operating system.
iOS Troubleshooting:
If your game is frozen or unresponsive, you may need to "force quit" the application and start it again.
If you are currently running the new iOS7, all you need to do is double press the Home button again to bring up the slideshow of all Apps currently active. From here swipe up on the game to force close it.
If you are still running the iOS version that is 6 or less, to reopen the app press the 'Home' button on your Apple device to exit the app, then double-press it again to bring up the list of apps you have open. Hold the Game app until it starts to jiggle and then tap the little 'minus' icon que Appears to complete the process!
Android Device Troubleshooting:
A common cause of crashes on Android is insufficient memory due to other programs running at the same time in the background. There is a very limited amount of internal memory to install Android applications. You Should Also keep an eye on your SD memory card so that you do not run out of space for your favorite apps Kabam.
To check physical memory:
Go to the Home screen
Select the Menu key
select Settings
Select SD card & phone storage
At the top, under SD card, you will find the Total space and Available space on your SD card. At the bottom, under the Internal phone / tablet storage, you will see the Available space left for installing your Android applications
To free up more "working" memory for the game:
Select "Applications"
Choose "Manage Applications"
Tap the "Running" tab where you can close (Force Close button) any apps que aren't essential
