Forum Rules [Updated 12/21/2016]

MAIN RULES OF THE FORUMS

Please respect your community. Respect each other as you all enjoy the same thing ? The Game.

We encourage open and friendly discussion of the game and the Community. Moderators and Staff have final decisions on all matters, and are here to make sure that the Community remains a friendly, fun place appropriate for players of all backgrounds, ages and groups.

It is the forum member's responsibility to stay up to date on forum rules and to honor the behavior outlined.

PURPOSE OF THE FORUMS

These forums provide an area for constructive player discussions of the game. It also allows players to
help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.

These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you?re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.

CHANGES OR IMPROVEMENT

Please make sure to stay updated on these rules by reviewing this page from time to time.

SET RULES

This is a private board. As such, decisions made are final.
We reserve the right to remove any message board content without notice for any reason.

Rule 1: Responses to rule violations
Violating these rules will result in warnings, either formal or informal, suspensions, banning, or other sanctions.

Rule 2: Respect other users on the forums
- Do not make attacks or insult other users, either in the forums or through private messages. Disagreements and debates are fine, but don?t make it personal.
- Do not attack groups. This includes professions, races, religions, sexual orientations, genders, incomes, or even vague groups like ?you people.?
- Do not use ill terms which are offensive to groups, do not ?flame?, ?troll.? or ?haze?.

Rule 3: Respect the forum purpose and structure
- Make your posts in the appropriate forum.
- Please use the Search function. If a relevant thread already exists, please post there instead of creating a new thread about the same topic. Duplicate threads will be closed to keep the forums orderly and easy to navigate.
- Keep off-topic posts in the off-topic forum.
- Don?t start discussions about games that are not ours.
- Do not cross-link to other message boards or websites unless approved by a moderator.

Rule 4: Respect the law
- Do not post anything illegal under U.S. law, or encourage other users to break the laws of the U.S. or their country of residence.
- Do not encourage users to break terms of service. This includes giving information about how to find scripts, exploits, or cheats, as well as arranging to buy or sell accounts or virtual goods.

Rule 5: Respect the audience
Think about who you're talking to. Users may be as young as 13 on these message boards, and may be male or female, and from countries across the globe.
- Keep your language civil. Profanity is frowned on.
- Do not post Adult Material, inappropriate graphic sexual content in any format, or links to sexually explicit sites.
- Do not post graphic images or explicit descriptions of violent acts.
- Do not use an avatar or signature that could offend other users. They have to look at it a lot.

Rule 6: Respect privacy
- Do not post any private emails or private messages unless you have the explicit permission of each person involved in the exchange.
- Do not post private communication between customer support, members, moderators, or administrators on these forums, or anywhere else. (This include support ticket responses)
- Do not post any information covered by a non-disclosure agreement or beta testing agreement. Even if you somehow have inside information about our competitors, for legal reasons we don?t want to hear it.
- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

Rule 7: Do not spam
- Do not post repeatedly about the same topic.
- Do not spam users on the forums or through private messages.
- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

Rule 10: Respect the decisions of the moderators
- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator?s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

    Im very angry here. refund me my missing cards!!

    OK guys,

    normally im very polite but after tons of emails and tickets i'm very frustrated and annoyed now.

    This is my story..

    3 days ago;
    After like 15 raids I finally won my 4th Jezebel the shriek after getting the highest roll in gold. After the raid I found out I did NOT recieve the boss card and for some reason the bosscard went to the 2nd highest roller :S
    ** sent a ticket and a and email **

    2 days ago;
    Yet again I managed to get the highest roll after being gold in a jezebel the shriek raid. I got gratz from a lot of people in guildchat and i was happy as F*ck. Again like the day before I did NOT recieve the card and instead of getting it in my attachment, the boss card AGAIN went to the 2nd highest roller.
    ** sent another ticket and another mail*

    * i got a reply saying they closed my second ticket because it was the same as my first ticket. *
    * I emailed back that i was dissapointed and that they really had to fix the new inventory system which is the cause of all this screw-ups. and that now i was waiting on 2 jezebel bosscards*
    *after a lot of back and forth emailing I finally recieved an email from a very kind crew member that he refunded me my boss reward cards and if i wanted to reply that i got both cards*
    * i went checking and noticed i got only 1 single jez card in my inventory ( gift from developers)*
    * i emailed back that we are halfway and i still needed the other jez card back which i fairly earned and deserved!*

    **** then i got an email saying he did his best for me and that the development team decided that they thought it was appropriate to only refund me 1 single jezebel card!?!? ****
    ( how is giving back 1 card where i won 2 fair and square with screenies to back this up "appropriate"!?!?)

    * I was very angry so i wanted to reply again saying im not happy at all and that i really want my hard earned missing card back ( btw i had sent screenies with prove of everything) but instead they quickly closed the ticket so i could not reply anymore*

    made another ticket about my missing jezebel card.

    today like 50 minutes ago I was in a crazy mood and decided to use 15 summon stones.
    I managed to summon 3 times a 5* card which is insanely lucky for me. After checking all my attachments i AGAIN noticed i missed 2 cards!? ( OFF COURSE the 5 star card! and a taal which i dont care about) I recieved all other cards tho.
    I mean WTF are you guys doing with the inentory system and missing cards?

    In less then 3 days time I'm missing 2 jezebels and a Ben Nu frostborn card and a Taal.
    * sent another ticket and an email and still waiting for a reply*

    do understand; I DID had a full inventory at all 3 times, but i can't help it since i have only 6 free spots in my card inventory. Im constantly at 94/100. and when i raid the spots are quickly filled with 3* cards. I cant leave the raid everytime i summoned 6 cards cause that will cost me the gold :S. INSTEAD like all other cards they should go to my attachments!! not to the 2nd roller.

    Im aware that this forum is already flooded with simular issues of complaints but at this point I'm afraid to raid AND i am afraid of summoning cards. Both ways I keep losing cards. Which are really really hard to get back. At this point, after 3 days with tons of annoyance and frustration i managed to get only 1 out of 4 cards back.

    Im a addicted player, spending around 100 euro a week and I think I deserve some credit here. Please help me out, refund me my cards and fix this problem. EVERYONE hates the new inventory system!

    I understand your pain bro.Same thing happned to me i have lost over 25 5* cards and lost 1 6*(rihannon) from my mail.Am awiting replay from my ticket.i have lost over 3 jezebel and 1 oss from raids

      aww man, terrible news. I hope you get back what you deserve.

      With this new system its impossible to play anything else then arena's

      another example of how this new inventory system is screwed up.
      Like i said above. Im constantly at 94/100 so only 6 open spots. Now i used 2000 summon rocks to summon 10 feeders with a basic summon. they went to my attachment as a package. BUT because they are packed in 1 e-mail i can only retrieve them if I have 10 open slots which i don't.
      Those 10 cards are now just stuck in my attachment, collecting dust for when i ever get back to 90/100.
      I cant recieve 6 cards but only all 10 at once :S which i can't obviously

        Not you one lost some 5* or 6* cards and boss cards, i hope kabam will make good event to compensation what ppl lost.

          players should charge Kabam for its recent doing, such as violate player's rights of data, irresponsibility on handle appeals.

                Well, I do try to offer more help in my posts and while I do troll a little, it is only targeted at the whiny sarcasm and the overblown "sky is falling" mentality displayed. I've clearly touched a nerve with you and it makes sense why.
