Forum Rules [Updated 12/21/2016]

MAIN RULES OF THE FORUMS

Please respect your community. Respect each other as you all enjoy the same thing ? The Game.

We encourage open and friendly discussion of the game and the Community. Moderators and Staff have final decisions on all matters, and are here to make sure that the Community remains a friendly, fun place appropriate for players of all backgrounds, ages and groups.

It is the forum member's responsibility to stay up to date on forum rules and to honor the behavior outlined.

PURPOSE OF THE FORUMS

These forums provide an area for constructive player discussions of the game. It also allows players to
help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.

These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you?re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.

CHANGES OR IMPROVEMENT

Please make sure to stay updated on these rules by reviewing this page from time to time.

This is a private board. As such, decisions made are final.
We reserve the right to remove any message board content without notice for any reason.


Rule 1: Responses to rule violations
Violating these rules will result in warnings, either formal or informal, suspensions, banning, or other sanctions.

Rule 2: Respect other users on the forums
- Do not make attacks or insult other users, either in the forums or through private messages. Disagreements and debates are fine, but don?t make it personal.
- Do not attack groups. This includes professions, races, religions, sexual orientations, genders, incomes, or even vague groups like ?you people.?
- Do not use ill terms which are offensive to groups, do not ?flame?, ?troll.? or ?haze?.

Rule 3: Respect the forum purpose and structure
- Make your posts in the appropriate forum.
- Please use the Search function. If a relevant thread already exists, please post there instead of creating a new thread about the same topic. Duplicate threads will be closed to keep the forums orderly and easy to navigate.
- Keep off-topic posts in the off-topic forum.
- Don?t start discussions about games that are not ours.
- Do not cross-link to other message boards or websites unless approved by a moderator.

Rule 4: Respect the law
- Do not post anything illegal under U.S. law, or encourage other users to break the laws of the U.S. or their country of residence.
- Do not encourage users to break terms of service. This includes giving information about how to find scripts, exploits, or cheats, as well as arranging to buy or sell accounts or virtual goods.

Rule 5: Respect the audience
Think about who you're talking to. Users may be as young as 13 on these message boards, and may be male or female, and from countries across the globe.
- Keep your language civil. Profanity is frowned on.
- Do not post Adult Material, inappropriate graphic sexual content in any format, or links to sexually explicit sites.
- Do not post graphic images or explicit descriptions of violent acts.
- Do not use an avatar or signature that could offend other users. They have to look at it a lot.

Rule 6: Respect privacy
- Do not post any private emails or private messages unless you have the explicit permission of each person involved in the exchange.
- Do not post private communication between customer support, members, moderators, or administrators on these forums, or anywhere else. (This include support ticket responses)
- Do not post any information covered by a non-disclosure agreement or beta testing agreement. Even if you somehow have inside information about our competitors, for legal reasons we don?t want to hear it.
- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

Rule 7: Do not spam
- Do not post repeatedly about the same topic.
- Do not spam users on the forums or through private messages.
- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

Rule 10: Respect the decisions of the moderators
- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator?s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

    There's actualy many threads that need some answers Game without community management falls to oblivion and thats a pitty, cause this game is fun, has potential and I really like it, but at the same point feel ignored by developers which are more or less deaf to community.

      Seems like they are deaf to the community for sure. The thing that bothers me the most is Aaron was answering my questions then just dissapeared. I dont know how else to get his attention He seemes like he was being very nice and helpful then just dissapeared just like in the emails i have repeatedly sent to kabaam. Seems like they are kindly doing nothing. It aggrevates me all the problems that occur and they think throwing a cply summon stones at someone helps. (when the summon stones drop rates on good cards are so low its ridiculous) They worry so much about adding new things to a game that was alread great and need to focus their time and efforts to fixing the problems before adding new ones. It is a shame cause i love this game and have spent a whole lot of money and would have spent a whole lot more if they had just taken 5 min to help me out.

        They add new cards and new boosters every week, but don't have any time to get rid of bugs and cheaters. That's shame.

          FIX THE PATRIOT DONKEY PROBLEM

          I HAVE LOST 30 OF MY DONKEYS!!!!!
          SPENT OVER 1000$ on this event and 6000$ TOTAL.

            Thanks for bringing up the Patriotic Donkey problem. I will make sure that the game team is made fully aware of this issue. It seems that several players have encountered the same thing in their games, so I do want to try to come up with a resolution that helps all impacted players.

            This issue does not seem to be related to the one that OP brought up, though. With regards to OP's issue, have you submitted a support ticket for the matter? I do apologize for Aaron's absence, but you will not see him on the Forums as much as you had in the past. If you have submitted support tickets about the matter, can you please list the ticket numbers here? Thanks for your patience with this matter.

                Well guys here's the response I got about my missing donkeys. Can't say I'm surprised. I guess all of us with missing donkey are dreaming or something. And I'd love to not keep stuff in my treasury but there isn't enough room in my deck.

                    i have a bunch of emails about the original problem. the first was green night-02378825 and ref:_00D301Hglt._500a)jpXU7:ref
                    they said they were sorry for my problem and gave me 5 summon stones. Sorry but my $125 i spent on that mini game just to get a green knight can not be remedied with 5 ss. I have written 10 other times and was rejected saying duplicate ticket. When trying to respond to that it said ticket and issue solved. I have also written a few other times about my streak being broken do to a glitch. on 2 occasions i watched the battle and won easily then it glitches and says defeated. Both times i had a streak over 350. Also today i wrote again cause for the 2nd time in thelast month i signed on to see a bunch of my gems missing. I was on the game closed out came back less than an hour later to see a quarter of my gems gone. It happened about 3 weeks ago too. I have now spent $1510 on this game since february. There are people that have spent more but thats still a lot. Enough that i expect to get what i pay for at the least. Im not making ridiculous requests just what i payed for. With the stress and aggrevtion i definately deserve more but i just want what i payed for at least. I had a green knight and a cpl donkeys that went missing the first time. I didnt even care about the donkeys i just wanted the green knight as thats what i was playing the mini game to get. Then ive lost gems on 2 occasions so i want those back. Now i have an odd number and cant even use them for what i was going to use them for. So i wasted my money their as well

                      My emails were similar to silchasruin. They said they couldnt verify lost cards and my registry may have been full. I told them it wouldnt autosell a green knight first off and i only had like 24 items in my registry. Basically they are lazy and dont care about us. The people paying for these cards and then having them stolen from them. Its all over chat and messaging amongst players that people are beginning to believe kabbam is taking cards on purpose to force paying players to spend more money. I certainly hope not cause that is wrong in so many ways. Im saying right now if my issue isnt resolved i will not be spending another penny on this or any of kabaams games. Like i said i know many spend more but i was spending $150 a week. Thats a loyal customer with plenty of friends that you will have lost. I dont want that cause i enjoy this game so i really hope you can help me out

                        Just submit refund ticket to Google Play/iTunes and they give you money back within 12 hours.

                              uff wooow upports scks biiig time, im really close to announce to my guldies that im out. (when im at my pc cuz i frikin cant log into, Heroes of Bugs)


                              Suppport was going to contact me days ago. And ofc like every weekend they went fishing, not a single reply from the devs, the more and more i write, the more likely il say something i could regret som il stop now.
