  • Guild Master Abuse

    Hi Kabam,

Me and other players from the Lancelot-2 server have been abused by the player -Tal Rasha-.

Everything is explained in the following post :

We have been waiting for an answer of Kabam or Aaron for more than a week and we still are. This post was viewed more than 1500 times in this so little time which is enough to let you think about its importance.

    Long story short:
The guild arcadia used to be the 3rd one of the server. However, our guild master started to acculate our scrolls up to 170 gor bourgard and 60 for Jezebel.
One night she kicked everyone out from the guild and stayed alone (with her sister, that makes 2 of them ok ).
She did it on purpose and didn't tell us beforehand what she was about to do.

I know the behavior is allowed by the guild policy and by kabam policity. However, this should not remain unpunished for multiple reasons explained in the french post (please have a look at it!). I can list here some of these reasons:
    - This is simply a robbery... She just kept our scrolls and didn't want to start a raid. This is a robbery as lots of us paid them either by buying gems, or arena tickets for the concerned arena or by other means. And these tickets were not return to them afterwards.
    - Because you should prevent this kind of behavior to happen again. This behavior is unacceptable and such a behavior should directly laed to the guild termination so that no one could take advantage on it, especially not the one responsible of it!!
    - This is a MMO game, and this should be pleasant to play, these kind of selffish and thief behavior should not be able to spread except if you want to make people worry as soon as they enter a guild.
    - This player dares pretend she did that has she doesn't want to belong to a guild anymore. However, she didn't end the guild at all, and she still takes part in the guild scroll arena. Then she is simply a lier that is moreover proud of causing prejudices to others.

The players of the former Arcadia guild are now, for most of them, playing together in the InSIDE guild.
We would like this behavior not to remain unpunished. As we are still a guild (even if we had to start a new one...), and as Tal Rasha said she doesn't want to be in a guild anymore, we would like to get back OUR scrolls. The one we won and we paid using OUR time and OUR money, and not the few ones from Tal... Moreover, we would like the arcadia guild to be ended, as she said not to want to use the guild anymore.

Please Kabam, give us our scrolls back!
This is something that should remain this way, when a guild master is kicking everyone out in 2 min and can still keep everything the others have won...
Could you please fix this so that this could not happen again to other innocent and powerless players??

I hope you'll feel concerns by these problem of 1 single player stealing the goods of 20 others...

I still will not ban her as some have called for, but I have sent you your scrolls. I sent them all to you; I trust you will bring them into your guild for better use.

Aaron, if all you did was to give scrolls to those who were cheated then what is there to prevent people getting together and pull the same scam in the future? This time it was guild leader scamming other members, but next time it might be whole guild in it together to scam Kabam. What then would be your solution?

This is a one-time ordeal while I discuss with the engineers a way to prevent this in the future.

A solution might be limiting the number of members can be kick per day combine with being able to change guild master via voting.

I agree on this : a solution should be found to prevent this situation to happen again.
Another idea could be to give back some scrolls to a player who is kicked out from a guild, thus he can join another guild to enjoy his scrolls!
However, this idea is quite complex as he/she can already have spend some of his/her scrolls in some raids...

Another idea could be to attach the scroll directly to the players, and not to the dungeons, thus only players participating to raids are using their scrolls.
However, an algorithm should be developped to define the scroll repartition between the players and the guild raids :/

I already spend a lot of time to think about a new solution to enjoy raids as a guild and to protect the players for guild master abuses but it is actually an hard task...

Please, if I can somehow help you and the developpers to find a solution, I would be glad to!! Let me now aaron, it is the least I can do to avoid other players to endure the same...
