We encourage open and friendly discussion of the game and the Community. Moderators and Staff have final decisions on all matters, and are here to make sure that the Community remains a friendly, fun place appropriate for players of all backgrounds, ages and groups.

It is the forum member's responsibility to stay up to date on forum rules and to honor the behavior outlined.


These forums provide an area for constructive player discussions of the game. It also allows players to
help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.

These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you?re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.


Please make sure to stay updated on these rules by reviewing this page from time to time.


This is a private board. As such, decisions made are final.
We reserve the right to remove any message board content without notice for any reason.

Rule 1: Responses to rule violations
Violating these rules will result in warnings, either formal or informal, suspensions, banning, or other sanctions.

Rule 2: Respect other users on the forums
- Do not make attacks or insult other users, either in the forums or through private messages. Disagreements and debates are fine, but don?t make it personal.
- Do not attack groups. This includes professions, races, religions, sexual orientations, genders, incomes, or even vague groups like ?you people.?
- Do not use ill terms which are offensive to groups, do not ?flame?, ?troll.? or ?haze?.

Rule 3: Respect the forum purpose and structure
- Make your posts in the appropriate forum.
- Please use the Search function. If a relevant thread already exists, please post there instead of creating a new thread about the same topic. Duplicate threads will be closed to keep the forums orderly and easy to navigate.
- Keep off-topic posts in the off-topic forum.
- Don?t start discussions about games that are not ours.
- Do not cross-link to other message boards or websites unless approved by a moderator.

Rule 4: Respect the law
- Do not post anything illegal under U.S. law, or encourage other users to break the laws of the U.S. or their country of residence.
- Do not encourage users to break terms of service. This includes giving information about how to find scripts, exploits, or cheats, as well as arranging to buy or sell accounts or virtual goods.

Rule 5: Respect the audience
Think about who you're talking to. Users may be as young as 13 on these message boards, and may be male or female, and from countries across the globe.
- Keep your language civil. Profanity is frowned on.
- Do not post Adult Material, inappropriate graphic sexual content in any format, or links to sexually explicit sites.
- Do not post graphic images or explicit descriptions of violent acts.
- Do not use an avatar or signature that could offend other users. They have to look at it a lot.

Rule 6: Respect privacy
- Do not post any private emails or private messages unless you have the explicit permission of each person involved in the exchange.
- Do not post private communication between customer support, members, moderators, or administrators on these forums, or anywhere else. (This include support ticket responses)
- Do not post any information covered by a non-disclosure agreement or beta testing agreement. Even if you somehow have inside information about our competitors, for legal reasons we don?t want to hear it.
- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

Rule 7: Do not spam
- Do not post repeatedly about the same topic.
- Do not spam users on the forums or through private messages.
- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

Rule 10: Respect the decisions of the moderators
- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator?s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

Developer Q&A - v2 and stuff

    Been playing this game for a week or so and me and my buddies had alread spent money on it.
    I see there will be a guild feature but sadly my friends and i are all on different realm, is there a way for us to transfer ourselves to the same realm to play as a guild or can the guild be cross realm? Thank

    I just wanted to show My love to some off the suggestions. I love these:
    Gold for star level cards, repeatedly getting to level 80 (best idea so far!) A.t.m. exp is after a month nothing worth...
    Druid/camelot summon packs, like other ccg's. And offline mode, loading in the worldmap. Shouldnt take any time.

    I'd like to say thank you Curtis for taking the time to answer as many questions as you have been able to.

    I have another idea I would like to suggest-
    What about the concept of de-evolving and de-enhancing cards?
    I'm sure that it would take some time to design but I'm sure it would be worth it.
    De-evoing could allow players to redo cards that they may have evolved too soon while they were still new and didn't know the evo system very well. It would also give players the ability to correct their own mistakes thereby taking away some work from you guys.
    De-enhancing, or draining, would allow players to power up a more important card to their deck quicker without having to sacrifice a card that they aren't sure about losing.
    I know for me I have a few cards that I want to keep but wish I could use to speed up my main deck.
    Hope to see something like this in the future.

    In regards to daily login rewards:

    - Every 2 months change the rewards "in the middle", i mean the 3* and 4* cards (so we can make a new T4 3* or 4*)
    - Every 4 months change the final reward (so we can make a new T4 5* )
    - Totally remove the gold from the poll, give us something else like more Arena Tickets

    Charms for gold

    What about the option of being able to use gold to buy Summon Charms.
    It would be of great help in order to raise feeders, it's not going to make any damage to the top level hardcore paying players,
    and exploring would still be necessary.

    Happy to know new things are coming though. Guilds will be a huge add-on.

    Guild arenas:
    Rank would be based on collective might. Rewards would be decent 3* -4* cards, some summon stones and some mana/stamina pots.

    Gold bought summons:
    Specific stared cards could be bought with gold; 1* = @100; 2* = @1000; 3* = @10000; 4* = @100000; 5* = @1000000; 6* = @ 10000000.

    Daily Login

    Will the daily login rewards change? - Im not complaying because at least in more 2 months I'll have a T4 Merlins, but, I wonder if you guys could bounce from different cycles of rewards.

    Another 3* in the middle, another 4* (maybe another elemental), and another final prize. I wont complain if you guys decide to put another Epic Serpent, but you guys could put another cards only acessible through events/promotions also.
    Eg: Gaznar, Winter Cards, or another "lost" bosses (Balzathor, Sir Vlad, Yzabel, etc..).

    Also you could do a streak of login days for better rewards.

    - Please increase inventory space. 80 is too less. I have, at times, been forced to "eat" certain cards to make room for the ones in the treasury.
    - A way to preview the team composition of the opponent in the arena (through mini-icons similar to those of combos) would be welcome.
    - Certain stages could be given very small chances of dropping random 3 star and higher cards. This is similar to the system used in Heroes of Dragon Age. Repeatedly exploring the area would use stamina, which would keep overexploitation under check while still offering a potential reward to someone willing to invest effort (and stamina pots).

    - This week the team will do a validation check for who qualifies to receive (1) Shiverheart.
    - More information will be provided in the following days.

    About a week and a half ago, Aaron said that those who had received one would receive a second to balance with the many players who got double gifts--is that what you are talking about here? It has been 22 DAYS since the mixup with the Christmas gifts and, powers aside, for some players to receive TWO Shiverhearts was actually more damaging than for everyone to receive one.

    I honestly could care less about the nerf--it seems as though putting cards out there that aren't ready and balanced is extremely bad policy, and then coming back in and nerfing them is unprofessional. The fact that players think that's OK tells me something has gone wrong in the card game realm.

    Here's what you really need to be working on:
    1. Get the game out of beta!! It is still sooooo buggy, it clearly wasn't ready to launch.
    2. Fix the bugs you already have before you roll out a huge, game changing new update that introduces nothing but new bugs (your history indicates this will be the case).
    3. Make the chat in this game work properly. Every time there is a problem in that awful chat room, I get a "form letter" response telling me to "block, mute or ignore" the players who are breaking the terms of use agreement. DO YOU PEOPLE EVEN PLAY YOUR OWN GAME?!?!?!?! You left us with NONE of those options! Seriously. Wake up.
    4. Don't set one of your buggy programs in motion and then send everyone off on vacation. Obviously, someone needs to keep watch on your programing at all times.

    I get it--your huge, multi-million dollar company doesn't really care about what we have to say, but there is a point at which you really have to get your act together.

    A list in which u can add players in order to contact them fastly or simply for not losing their tracks?
    It happens frequently that someone change his nickname and you can't find him anymore.

    Thank you for making a great looking game that runs on 1. generation ipads
    I hope it will stay that way, and you will continue to make sure your updates work below IOS 7
    (as I am sure u know ipad one cant do IOS 7, at least to my current knowledge)

    I do experience some crashes, often when summoning 10 cards and some times after boss fights, before reward is shown
    but that is still manageable, had worse

    I Can See That Most Of MyQuestions Have Been Asked Aplenty. But just To Tack On:

    1.) I Agree With Shiverheart Needing A Change. Though I don't Think That Removing His Party Attack To A Team Is The Right Move. I Think That It ShouldStay The Same But Just Reduce Proc And Lower Some Of The Procs Base Stats.
    2.) I Would Love To Use Gold Towards Something. Using Gold For Trading Would Be Good. Also I've Seen In Other Games They Use The Gold Earned To Either Enter Special Dungeons Our Even Their Pvp Arenas.If You Make The Arena Tickets Buyable By Gold You Might As Well Remove The Middle Man And Just Use Gold To Enter.
    3.) I Agree That Their Should Be Better Premotions That Maybe More Accurately Tell You The Chances To Summon, Or Just A Summon That You Know you'll Get Something Better Than The Same 3* Card 10 Times.
    4.) As For A Cap Lvl, I Think Instead Of Increasing It Maybe Try Making It A Repeatable Lvl. Like In Some Games They Let You Get Up To The Max Lvl And Then YoU Keep Earning Exp And Lvl Up To The Same Lvl WithThe Same Rewards. So For This You Would Keep Earning Lvl 80 And Each Time You Do You Recieve The Lvl 80 Reward ( I Have Not Reached It Yet So I'm Not Entirely Sure What It Is).
    5.) I Agree AlsoThat There Should Be Different Arena Lvls. There Is No Way A New Player Has Any Chance Of Beating A Triple S Deck Rank Player. Make Arenas That Newer Players (Or Lower Deck Ranks) Can Play In So That Way They Have A Chance To Make It Within At Least The Top 50. ( Of Course Scale That Rewards Down To Match ThePlayers Playing In That Rank). But By Going By Deck Ranks At Least Top Players Can Still Compete In These Pools But They Have To Play Smarter With Combos And Such.

    And For My Last Suggestion I didn't See It Brought Up In The Thread Anywhere...
    6.) Is There Any Possibility To Add The Numbers (I.e Precentage And Damage) Of The Cards Special Attacks And Combos? I Would Like To Know What A Skill Will Hit Before Going Into A Fight So I Can Build My Deck With A Little More Strategy Or Synergy. Right Now A Lot Of The Descriptions On The Cards Seem Off, Like Some Saythey Hit A Party When They Really Hit The Team And Vice Versa. While Others Will Say Greatly Reduces Attack, But Not By How Much. Would Be Great To Know How Much The Special Skill Will Do If It Is A Debuff, Straight Up Damage, Or Heal.
    7.) Also Some More Variety In The Special Skills On Cards ( I Know This Was Mentioned), Like Team Stuns Or Maybe Heal Debuffs Or Poisons That Damage Per Team Turn.

    Long Winded, But That Is My Bit To Add!
    Thanks Again For A Great Game So Far, And I Know How Hard It Is For Game Developers Having To Work Around A Lot Of Players Needs And Wants. Hope All Works Out In The End!

    Have the same problem here, Nexus S, Android 4.1, the app moves to storage but not the data (which is the heaviest weight).

    Please allow us to move the data!!
