I will post whole conversations here, my gk went from 9/20% to inactive, support gave me promisse that they will get me back to that level
So conversation went like this

Additionally, I've granted 200 Handful of Offerings to your inventory each granting 200 Devotion. This will help in returning to your previous Grail Knight level.

In this case, I have crossed my limits and allocated 50 more Handful of Offerings to your account, please note that this is the best best compensation I can offer you.

me: "I used all off offerings and used mine and tried gk wheel with 41 token and didn't reach level 9, I'm stuck at 93%, just as reminder what u said and your word u gave to me, i attached screen off your replay where u stated that u will get me back to level 9, your word friend, when u do that i thought u are obliged to keep that otherwise we can say u lied to customer, pls take look at screenshot and say to me that u lied that u will get me back to level 9 and reminder more i used my gk tokens and offering which i earned hard way, thx in advance"

I am sorry to know that you were unable to upgrade the grail knight level to 9 with the Handful of Offerings that are given you. However, I will not be able to allocate any more Offerings to your account, as I have informed you earlier, this is beyond the allocation that we generally offer.

U know what is the best thing, when I loged in for event rewards, my GK was inactive again from level 8/90%!!!
What to say about all this, guys complain to google, apple, BBB and ask for refund, they can give u refunds for 6 month backward, this is shamless from them. I will keep playing and keep complaining, ask for refunds and use their every bug, u name it wrong summon pack up, i will buy it and ask refund from google for false advertise, etc...
How they treat US CUSTOMERS/PLAYERS, we should treat them same way, I have every right to play this game and enjoy, don't tell me uninstall or play another game, when u f... up u fix it, why should we tolerate all those bugs without proper compensations and they will make millions on us, ppl don't be foolish they are using all situations what they can to squeez money, u should do same, thx for reading and sorry for long post
