I found this article on their blog, it shows that they are focusing on fewer and higher quality games that will propel Kabam for the long term. HOC probably is not that.

Global Restructuring
To achieve this global opportunity we have undertaken a restructuring to position Kabam to lead the mobile games industry with AAA console quality mobile titles in the strategy and role playing games (RPG) categories. Our restructuring beefs up our Studios leadership team, shores up the company’s Hollywood partnerships, readies distribution platforms in China, and trims areas of the business that are not core to developing AAA titles that match Kabam’s new Marvel Contest of Champions, Fast & Furious: Legacy and Spirit Lords in quality.
Specifically, we have:
?Bolstered our Studios and Corporate leadership teams by hiring several new executives.
?Divested our legacy Web games
?Reduced our third party publishing business
?Cancelled games in development that are not AAA quality
?Delayed release of other games, adding more development time to ensure the highest quality AAA-inspired game play
?Reduced new investment in some of our older games, while maintaining them for the players who still enjoy them --- HOC?
?Focused on Customer Service
And, most importantly, to concentrate our resources on developing AAA console quality mobile games that have the maximum opportunity to be global hits:
?Reduced the number of game launches, from 12 published internal and external titles in 2014 to just four new titles in 2015
I think this mite clarify what is happening with HOC, sadly this game mite go down slowly.
I hope that I misunderstood everything from above, well time will tell.
