Seems customer care is a option and not a given these days. Been stuck with fatal error 101 for the last 4 weeks and nothing I do from the remedies posted here works. I have sent dozens of emails and all I get is the standard computer generated reply. I don't use blue stack so that is not the reason for my error. I have guild members using blue stacks and they are just fine. So has kabam really figured out what the problem could be? Mm...... Seems not. All my other realms work fine off my game id but once i go back to my original realm I'm screwd. I missed nightmare event because of this and I better not miss Halloween event.
Above all this problems I lost 30k of arena tix. And 20k pots.
Please help me get my account back kabam. Or is it more important to take my money than give me service.
