Forum Rules [Updated 12/21/2016]

MAIN RULES OF THE FORUMS

Please respect your community. Respect each other as you all enjoy the same thing ? The Game.

We encourage open and friendly discussion of the game and the Community. Moderators and Staff have final decisions on all matters, and are here to make sure that the Community remains a friendly, fun place appropriate for players of all backgrounds, ages and groups.

It is the forum member's responsibility to stay up to date on forum rules and to honor the behavior outlined.

PURPOSE OF THE FORUMS

These forums provide an area for constructive player discussions of the game. It also allows players to
help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.

These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you?re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.

CHANGES OR IMPROVEMENT

Please make sure to stay updated on these rules by reviewing this page from time to time.

SET RULES

Rule 3: Respect the forum purpose and structure
- Make your posts in the appropriate forum.

- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

Rule 7: Do not spam

- Do not spam users on the forums or through private messages.
- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

Rule 10: Respect the decisions of the moderators
- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator?s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

We are alone in this buggame '0'

I want to know, because i can't play just 2 minutes without got ban, stop trying to solve everithing with try and error, your players are very angry with this situation, solve the real problems like GK, nightmare, tower, u just make your players angry with that damn try to stop the bot-speed or other things, you guys are not able to do this, just able to screw everithing.

Estamos sozinhos no jogo?

"The Kabam is getting worse. Events increasingly difficult and buggy. Should improve the bugs before making new updates. There are so many reports which is complicated to play. Now the players have no answers because there is no support. It's going from bad to worse. Improve, they will not end up losing many players"

              P.S: that's true. GihhKennedy

As many issues I have with Kabam, I wish to remind that Kabam Support and forum mod crews can only do so much, and we are so very many. And that Kabam employees typically don't work weekends.

That said, no, Kabam has not abandoned this game yet.

If you think this is the sign of Kabam abandoning their game, then you have not played Panem Rising, who had 4 months of no communication, to suddenly find themselves getting new cards for the first time in months.

Kabam has been giving this game increasing support for the past few months. We may be having issues but they do care enough about the game to try and fix things (despite claims to the opposite).

Do they do an unsatisfactory job of this? Hell yes, I've complained along with you about these issues.

I do not appreciate the treatment we receive at many times, but I don't appreciate either strawmanning Kabam. Oh yes, we love to hate them, as do I, but I am very aware that they were working on fixing the problems we have while still giving us more ways to enjoy this game.

We now have, with the inclusion of Guild Wars, a second full game within the game we already, made to seem like a mini-game. Yes, it's bugged, but they've been trying very hard to make sure it's functional. It isn't all that great yet as a result, but they already released three major bug fixes to try and get things working correctly. It's a pity that there are still such significant issues though.

We also have nightmare mode. A neat way to introduce a fresh start for experienced players, a true separation between new and serious. Where we're all on a level playing field, few pots, and having access to exclusive bosses. It is a concept that hasn't been explored much(cities are the same old same old with the great touch of high ss drop rate), but dammit is it not a neat additon with a lot of potential, with exclusive rewards for it.

Yes, we want the old bugs fixed and we should keep letting them know those bugs are there, and yes, some of those are game-breakers, but I am thankful they aren't being stagnant with this game.

We ask so very much of them. Can we please be understanding of just how much they have to do?
