  • Mordred guild rank rewards and Support -- Smash/Dash please

There's already a nice long thread about folk not getting their guild rank rewards from the Mordred event. This is specifically about how Support is handling the issue.

We took 1st on our server, but only the founder (me) received guild rank rewards. Below is Support's response to a guildie who just put in a ticket. Can we please get Support to acknowledge that there is a problem rather than just automatically closing tickets and disregarding players?

    Hello,

Thank you for writing in. I am sorry to know that you have not received guild rewards from the recent Mordred event. It's quiet a big disappointment to miss rewards from an event in which we have invested our valuable time and effort.

I have just had a chat with our Game Team and they were able to verify that all rewards were sent to the guilds, Though the rewards were delayed, they were able to confirm that all missing rewards were resent.

I appreciate your understanding in this matter.

    Regards,

    Ben

I wonder what's the point to run guild rewards if they can't figure out how to pay them. Would be better no to show them at all until they will sort out payment issues

Yea it's bull**** I got told the same thing but yet to receive my reward from this event as many other people still have not gotten them . This game turned into pay and play at your own risk their customer service is useless . just like the banning glitch I sent a ticket and got told I was using.a trading hack !! You cannot trade in this game not do I hack and hundreds of people were getting banned daily for no reason .

I almost wonder if they are running into the same issue as to when people would not get paid their arena rewards if they were on multiple realms.

I am going to redirect frustration away from the Support Team and toward the Game Team on this one. In my experience, the Support Team (I emphasize 'on this specific matter') is at the mercy of what the Game Team tells them. It's happened before, to me personally, so I feel pretty confident this one is out of their hands.

The last time something similar happened to me (months and months ago on another event), my Support rep let me know his hands were tied, that the Game Team was insistant the rewards had already been delivered. Nothing he could appeal to them with would change their mind. Then, the rewards in question came two weeks later. I do believe my Support rep had done all he could and that it was a matter of the Game Team pulling the strings on that one.

In this case, with the Siege on Camelot rewards, I still have an open ticket and have been encouraging my guildmates to continue to resend tickets until I receive some sort of word. I've even provided them with the screenshots they need. It's the best I can do. My rep seems to be looking into things to the best of her ability, but I anticipate the Game Team is going to pull rank again and deny things to save face. I don't consider that to be any fault of the Support Team this time around. I stress *this time around*.

          Just food for thought.

But I agree with Lavep, why implement them if they can't deliver them. There is a pattern here. First issues with never receiving Castle Siege guild rewards, then Siege on Camelot guild rewards, and likely now this event as well.

You know, I fear this could be the case. Sadly, too much time has passed and if my rewards went to the other realms, it's too late now to collect them.

Still....that wouldn't explain why nobody in my guild received them. They don't all play on other realms, just a few of us do. :/

            Blah.

Sorry for this inconvenience! While we were told rewards were paid out I understand that there are still guilds that have not received anything. I will push this issue and see what we can do to get this resolved.

                Thanks Smash!

For the record, I have an open ticket: 03411944

                Ref #: ref:_00D301HgIt._500a0wGfZQ:ref

                Rep: Xondria

It's been 5 days since I sent in the info requested (including several screenshots) and I haven't heard back. I assume she's working on things and is waiting for a response from the Game Team. In regard to Lut's notion, please emphasize to them they need to be sure to check they paid out on the appropriate realm per player. Mine is Gawain-69, despite me being on 10 other realms (yeah, in hindsight now maybe a bad idea), and I was very clear about that on my ticket.

                Thanks!!

                  Thanks Smash.

In case it helps, Ikonic took 1st on Kay-84. I am the guild founder (Rosen) and I did receive rewards. No one else in the guild received them however.

                  Cheers,
                  Rosen

As far as I am aware the guild leader received the bulk of the reward meant for the guild, some even got triple digits of chests ( )

I'm not sure if Smash had anything to do with it (if so, THANKS!!), or if it was coincidental, but either way I received a reply back from my Support Rep on this ticket. Based on what she said, I'm hopeful things can be resolved. Sure, the Game Team still could kick it all back and say they've distributed rewards, but I haven't given up hope yet. She also mentioned that they have received tickets from my guildmates, so that's a good sign to me that they're starting to put it all together as a legitimate issue.

If anyone gets Xondria as a Support Rep, be nice to her. She's really great.

                        Smash,
                        I'm Talion on Gawain-89
Roman_Empire Guild on this server has not yet received rewards for finishing 3rd/4th at the Siege on Camelot event. We now have another event (currently ranked 3rd, again) with no payout from the last event and with all probability the likelihood of no payout when the current event ends based on past performance.
Please correct this "continuing oversight" for all affected servers asap.
                        Thank you

Nothing received yet on Kay-64 for rank 1 The Underdogs.

                          Ticket #03425537

Should we just forget about it and move on? Keep hearing sent out, yet no one has them? Is this just another failed attempt at doing something to make this game a bit competitive? Still wondering how long I'll be staring at these hearts from the valentines weekend event. Guild Wars still not running on my server. Although I still play, considerably less than I used to, my wallet has seemed heavier. So I guess the lost promises and failed attempts by Kabam do have an upside. Hate to walk from the time and money I've put in, but that seems like a more viable option by the day.

Then again, chests probably full of more time wizards and summon storms seem useless as my deck loads up more and more with event boss cards. The bar can't be set any lower and it seems kabam still can't seem to make progress.
