I always try to help the game team when it comes to bot/script users and several other situations.
In the last weeks, i sent about 15 tickets always refering to diferent subjects and players.
Not even one ticket had a correct treatment.
When the new city event started, i saw a player who was using a bot, he has about 60 bónus points and he had at the same time, always exploring, about 8k more than me, and i have more than 100 bónus points, so its "impossible" for him to do só many points in that time.
Anyway, as usual i sent and email reporting, with the respective screenshots.
Today i received the answer, here it is:

The Game Team was made aware of this situation thanks to the awesome feedback we received from players like yourself who reported an issue with being unable to participate in the event when it was first active. Please also know that the Game Team has already determined the source of this issue and we have release a hotfix to remedy this situation fully. All players should now be able to participate fully and participate in this event from now and throughout the next week while the event is ongoing.
At this time, this ticket will now be closed. However, should you have any other questions or concerns, don't hesitate to contact our team in a new ticket and we will be very glad to help you further.

How do you expect for our help when you constatly work in a poor way?
I detected about 16 players using bot in my server, reported all of them (not just me but several other players), and you JUST DONT CARE!
Very poor support indeed.
