Forum Rules [Updated 12/21/2016]

MAIN RULES OF THE FORUMS

Please respect your community. Respect each other as you all enjoy the same thing ? The Game.

We encourage open and friendly discussion of the game and the Community. Moderators and Staff have final decisions on all matters, and are here to make sure that the Community remains a friendly, fun place appropriate for players of all backgrounds, ages and groups.

It is the forum member's responsibility to stay up to date on forum rules and to honor the behavior outlined.

PURPOSE OF THE FORUMS

These forums provide an area for constructive player discussions of the game. It also allows players to
help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.

These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you?re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.

CHANGES OR IMPROVEMENT

Please make sure to stay updated on these rules by reviewing this page from time to time.

SET RULES

This is a private board. As such, decisions made are final.

- Do not use ill terms which are offensive to groups, do not ?flame?, ?troll.? or ?haze?.

Rule 3: Respect the forum purpose and structure
- Make your posts in the appropriate forum.
- Please use the Search function. If a relevant thread already exists, please post there instead of creating a new thread about the same topic. Duplicate threads will be closed to keep the forums orderly and easy to navigate.
- Keep off-topic posts in the off-topic forum.
- Don?t start discussions about games that are not ours.
- Do not cross-link to other message boards or websites unless approved by a moderator.

Rule 4: Respect the law

- Do not post Adult Material, inappropriate graphic sexual content in any format, or links to sexually explicit sites.
- Do not post graphic images or explicit descriptions of violent acts.
- Do not use an avatar or signature that could offend other users. They have to look at it a lot.

Rule 6: Respect privacy

- Do not post private communication between customer support, members, moderators, or administrators on these forums, or anywhere else. (This include support ticket responses)
- Do not post any information covered by a non-disclosure agreement or beta testing agreement. Even if you somehow have inside information about our competitors, for legal reasons we don?t want to hear it.
- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

Rule 7: Do not spam
- Do not post repeatedly about the same topic.
- Do not spam users on the forums or through private messages.
- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

Rule 10: Respect the decisions of the moderators
- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator?s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

I don't post the names in the forums and your support team must think 40,000 might in 10-20 min max is normal because at 9 am my time the arenas open and by 9:15 at the latest I used to send support pictures of people doing all 3 arenas in that time. A 5000-8000 might one, a 15,000 might one sometimes 2, and a 20,000 might one most of the time a thousand or two over the max might prize and they say they know and then do nothing about it. And I did it daily for over a week and nothing was done. How about you start explaining why nothing is getting done and tell the truth for once and no bull**** answer???? Or how about telling us how qualified your support team really is I think it's good of you to give high school drop outs jobs but put them in your mail room don't give them jobs that should be important or an actual main concern to you ppl!

Like I said they don't care. I am starting to think that the botters that are left alone are people from kascam. Let's piss off the spenders then give them a promo at 70% off (but a 0.0001%drop rate) and they will spend to try and take out the (kascam) botters! It has to be because I know that there are a lot of people that have given kascam way more than enough "proof" to actually do something over the past 2 years but they just chose to ignore us and don't and say we know it's a problem and are working hard (B.S.) to fix this problem!

I understand everyone's frustration, I do. But in my experience, if one is unhappy with a product, one is better off investing less (time, $$, energy) in said product than expecting said product to change to meet one's demands. It's not that I support what Kabam does or how they run their business; rather, I simply adjust my expectations to be more realistic, to be aware of exactly what I can hope to receive for my time/energy, and I then invest accordingly. In turn, I'm rarely disappointed (though it still happens on occasion, lol, just not as often as others).

I've said it before: if you're unhappy because of what you spent, that's not Kabam's fault. Next time don't spend so much and see how you feel then. Chances are pretty good that it won't sting as much the less you invest. That's not giving payback to Kabam, that's simply taking care of yourself and being more responsible with your $$, time, and energy.
Sometimes I disagree with denaunie but really guys, the last paragraph she really nailed it..love the word..n that is exactly how u have to play this game..

Nothing everyone is right they don't care. I have sent videos, I have sent pictures 10 min after a arena opens with players having 15-40,000 might in that time, sent daily pictures of the same person doing that for over a week(all just closed), sent multiple pictures and letters to support that just keeps saying they know and are working on it for 2 years now, wrote here in the forums many times and just get ignored here or erased when the mod here doesn't like the truth being said, sent pictures of them talking in world chat admitting to doing it and offering to sell them programs and bots! Every single one of the people I have handed them are still playing or were banned but given back their accounts shortly after and they come back twice as hard and cheat worse openly and laugh at the incompetent people at kascam cause they can't and won't do anything!!! Absolutely nothing is "good enough" proof so stop complaining and just join them no one really cares at all anymore.

Den momma knows her stuff and I always appreciate her point of view.

I, too, felt extremely entitled when I spent more than $$$$ last year to get my deck and learned many lessons on what to spend on and what not to spend on. I am now a majority F2P player (except when they actually have those double gem offers (incoming a flood of 2x gem offers, your welcome spenders)) and definitely enjoy the game a lot more.

I have to thank the botters for this change in spending and attitude because there is no point in doing arenas except to get pots for the city events. The variety of arenas is what, imo, made Kabam unique from other card games. now there is no strategy anymore, just zerg and get your might reward because the botters will always get the top 5-10 spots depending on server.

There is no point in spending to have a chance at powerful cards early because, once again, botters just zerg and so blocking is no longer a strategy.

might as well implement a bot program Kabam, just to even the playing field, because more players are turning to the bot programs without fear of recourse.
