Hi guys I have had the same issue (started on 29/6/15). Although I have had contact from kabam support it has not been useful. I got the same "your account information has expired, please use your most recent password to login" once, I restarted and all of a sudden I'm thrown back to the start of the game. I went ahead and reinstalled but back to the start again.
I contacted support, they eventually found my account (I had got the realm slightly wrong) and passed it to the HoC team to link back my progress. This is where the real problems started.
I had somehow managed to link this kabam account to the fresh start game and so I was told they could not link to an account with some game progress, so over a week ago I created a fresh Kabam account using a different email address. A few days later I get a reply from support saying that this account too had some game progress on it so could I again provide a fresh account without any game progress.
I thought that maybe I had messed things up because I tried to use the kabamID in HoC settings just to check if they had managed to link my account yet.
I created a fresh gmail address and a fresh kabam account where the only times I touched it were to create it and to verify the email. Today I get the same email for a third time:

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

I suggest emailing the devs rather than posting on the forums. Ive posted the problem on the play store review, emailed them, and posted on the forums. I got a reply from my email after a day. They have a support team on stand by.

Others have reported this issue with no response. I was hoping for an update soon in hope that it fixes the problem.
There has been a bunch of other players with the same issue that have posted here in the forum. With the other players complaining there has been no admins addressing this issue.

Kabam support replied to me and helped me with my problem lol. Turns out i got confused between my yahoo and gmail account. Been a few months since i last played and recently just installed HoC again, so i forgot what email i used.
Im gonna go with a hunch here and say, clear app cache and re install the game. Hope that helps.

The error is when you start the game. When the game loads to 65% it stops and says "your account information has expired, please use your most recent password to login". With a box to select OK. You click on the box and nothing happens.

What error is it showing once you log on? Does it say "succesully loged in please restart the game"? And once it restarts, no changes?
If i'm right, the point of having a account is, so you can switch to different devices without any trouble. But looks like the game is having trouble figuring that out.

As the title implies, i bought a new phone and i installed HoC there and after finishing the tutorial, i logged in through my Kabam account through the setting's menu. It said successfully logged in and asked to restart the game. I pressed "Ok". After booting up, my account didn't show up. When i check on settings, my gmail is logged in, and i tried "re-logging" and it said "We have noticed some changes in your device, please re log to sync your account" or something like that. I did, and it's still not showing up. Any help or feedback would be greatly appreciated. I already submitted a report, 3 days still no reply.Tags: None
