Dear Kabam,
could you please explain, as your 'players support' seems unable to? Yesterday my second account was banned and I have no real reason why. First I thought, it was because second accounts may be forbidden even though GM said they'd be okay, but no, support said it was due to something I wrote somewhere.
Well, yes, yesterday WAS a fight in the world chat of my server (as usually every day at least once), but I was no part of it. At first I was chatting with two others when they used german slang to talk to me, which is rather an insult for an educated mind. (The slang was that kind only bad behaving teenagers and 'gangsta' rappers use. ) I asked not to be insulted with those words and that was it. I asked nicely without any insult, swear words or stuff like this. Was I banned for that?!
Then two other players began to fight, even planning to pay the other a visit to start a real life fight. One of them threatened the other and said, he allready punched 5 people so hard that they had to be taken to the hospital. Was he banned? No.
One of the players I was talking to before commented it a few times, always saying the fighters were menstruating. After a while I was fed up with misogynic comments like this. Not only were the fighting players men, but I'm also frustrated that men always think women's feelings are only influenced by menstruation. (Sorry, guys, we can be mean every day if you provoke us, and we can be nice every day if you're nice too, even IF we are menstruating.)
Therefor I used exaggeration and sarcasm to make him realize that his 'jokes' were not accurate. I said that IF any of the fighters was menstruating there would allready be corpses here.
Could this be misunderstood as a threat?! But why? I didn't refer to me but the fighters, it was a CLEAR exaggeration, the one with the bad jokes took it as a joke as well, and no one complained. Was I banned for this? FOR SARCASM?! For a sarcastic way to fight against sexist jokes?!
If so, why have none of the others been banned? Not the ones insulting one another and exchanging adresses, so they could meet and fight?! Not the one making stupid fun of women. Just me?
Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to get my account back. Support told me the decision was final (but could not tell me exactly, what I did wrong ... mysterious). I only want to have a clarification and wanted to make clear for myself that there was injustice, as IF I was banned for that other players would have had to be banned as well, as they were way worse than I was.
Anyway, even though I still have my first account, I guess, I'll quit after this event. I do not want to live in a world where bullies and sexists are okay but sarcasm is forbidden, and I sure don't want to be part of a game that's acting worse than the big dictators in this world. Even without a trial you at least know what exactly you're charged with before execution.
(And I was stupid enough to start to save money to pay, as I wanted to get to GK 6. So ... dozens of euros you won't get.)
