I am writing here as my support tickets keep getting closed with no explanation. I have submitted evidence
(Photographic screenshots) detailing to the exact hour when 188 streak bonuses went missing from my account. I have had no apology, no explanation and no contact from the "support team" (and I use the term loosely) regarding this matter. You would think that with such incriminating evidence something would be done... its almost laughable at how this matter has been dealt with. I see there are a huge number of "customers" who are extremely dissatisfied with kabams treatment. I also see many of the realms are dying. Coincidence? Perhaps not.
