I´m missing a few things at my account of Heroes of Camelot...
1. the 29th day reward.. a water element thing
2. the rewards of a raid.. it said a warcleric and a berserc (i dont know if that´s the correct english names).. never got anything
3. some days ago there was an arena online which charged 50 tickets per battle... took me some battles to realize that..
4. you did realize that your update was one huge bug and turned the current event into catastrophe.. your efforts by restoring the used potions are a nice move, but of course they didnt arrive either.
I really don´t want to bother with these trivia things and much less I don´t want to be forced to go to the computer, find out how to contact customer support, create an account, just to bother you with these trivia things... but apparently that´s how it seems to be.
so, I put much hope in your understanding of the situation and that you will judge an appropriate consolidation.

That´s what I wanted to email you, but it seems that you rigged your support page insofar as it is not possible to send the text because "not all fields were filled"... and guess what, there is no option to choose from in the "sub category" field... so, I understand that you guys hate beeing bothered, as I said, I too hate using my time for this, but guys, you gotto move. man.. contacting you feels, like searching for gremlins with a torch...
