However, this can as you well understand can not be carried out constantly and permanently.
I have written several times to support new tickets and mentioned several times in all tickets, I can not answer the mails directly from the skillful support of the answer, but always have to write a new ticket.
this has now been ignored for about 15 times.
The problem with my card seemed the responsible support me in my view releasably and I have sent all the screenshots requested by him and other necessary things. Could maybe someone of you take care of my problem again?!
