  • Cost curve change for enhancement is not working as advertised

I believe it will cost more feeders for 6-star cards, a comparable amount for 5-star cards and 4-star cards, and a smaller amount for 3-star cards and below.
Unfortunately, your programmers messed up. Even enhancing 1* cards is now more expensive than it used to be. Due to this bug, every player is losing plenty of feeders for nothing.

Every day you fail to fix this bug causes players to lose more feeders. I expect a hefty compensation for this.

Note, that I'm not even talking about the display bug, that gives the (wrong) impression of feeders substracting xp instead of increasing it. That's the the icing on the cake of s*** that you produced this time around.

jhaelen, if you take a minute to investigate the visual bug, you will come to the conclusion that you still lose plenty of cards because of it. Cause even if you get back some of the exp after enhancing, the experience will never get you to the next level even though it should. So every level you lose 1-2 cards at least.

Actually, I've taken a minute to investigate it and have concluded, that it's purely a visual bug.

      Here's how to test it:
      - Select a card for enhancement
      - add cards to use as feeders
      - note the length of the xp bar
      - push the enhance button
      - note the length of the xp bar

You will now notice that the xp bar length has increased. Depending on the level of the card if the bar was previously at 50+%, it may now even appear full.

      - next time you add a card to use as a feeder, the bar will reset to the correct length, so it looks as if your feeder caused an xp loss.

None of this is what I wanted to report, though.

I wanted to report that the cost curve change is not working as advertised, increasing cost across the board by way more than intended. I expect compensation for the loss of the feeders I had to waste because of this unintended cost increase.

Have you tested on a t2 or t3 legendary ? When you finish enhancing and you are really close to reach next level and all the next enhancements start with a decrease, I doubt it's just visual. Besides if you say you checked, you will notice that the exp you get after you push the enhance button never gets you to the next level, even if it should. So my strong belief is that it's not just visual. Try it yourself. Put 6 cards that would get you really close to the next level and see that after enhancing you are still there. Next enhancement starts with a decrease as well, when upgrading a legendary. So that can't be right.

What about a screenshots? For me it's decreasing only for the 1st enhancement of given card - like the xp bar is recalibrating for the new XP requirements.

Ok, wasted my time and took screenshots. See how much you lose before enhancing, see how much you actually get back after enhancing and see that you could have reached level 33 with the exp that you don't get from the first card. And it only gets worse with every level

I don't get it still. Problem stays visual - during enhancing you saw the right xp value on bar but after you enhanced, the bar was showing it wrongly. Still it doesn't mean you "wasted" anything. At least I won't say that from those screenshots (I compare 2nd, 5th and 7th screenshot and those values seems right for me).

Can't you see first card adds nothing to the exp and basically is used in vain ? If first card added the exp a 2* feeder would normally add for level 32, see pic 4, i should have reached level 33.

                  You doesn't get the point.

                  Simplified explanation
                  Before enhancing
                  graphic xp bar - 90%
                  real xp - 72%
                  one card value - 18%

                  1st card
graphic bar resets to show real value - 90%
                  2nd card
bar shows real value - 8%, lvl up

Glitch returns on 6th screen shot
                  graphic bar - 100%
                  real xp - 95%

Get it? It should disappear in about 2 more lvl ups - but not sure about that.

Lol, it doesn't disappear. It gets worse to the point where first card reduces more than the rest of the cards can recover. Basically feeding cards in vain and no raise.

Again, screenshots please. 5-6 2* cards should lead to lvl up in this lvl range (30-40), if it's not then you can claim the bug. Just show us evidence.

Sorry, tell kabam to give me more feeders, so i can show you. You seem to be paid by kabam to say nay to everything. Even if it's just a visual bug, that just shows this is a half-baked change. They should change the exp bar so it could actually reflect progress instead of these up and downs.

I though so. I'm not paid by anyone, just have enough whiners that post in every thread things that I can myself verify to be, let's say softly, "not true".

There IS bug, but only visual one. Increase cost is not BUG but change to game balance.

Ok, let me see your enhancement done on a 6*, since you say you can verify yourself. On a side note, you are kabam's perfect costumer that smiles when being gangbanged. They should give you an award.

Quote one my post when I say I like the enhancement cost increase. All I did was explaining the mechanics to bright whiners like you.

I also assume that you won't accept any other 6* cards enhancement except T2 Vambrael, so I will just pass the explaining and let you troll further. Just to remind you - you claimed that you encountered bug without evidence.
