MAIN RULES OF THE FORUMS

Please respect your community. Respect each other as you all enjoy the same thing ? The Game.

We encourage open and friendly discussion of the game and the Community. Moderators and Staff have final decisions on all matters, and are here to make sure that the Community remains a friendly, fun place appropriate for players of all backgrounds, ages and groups.

It is the forum member's responsibility to stay up to date on forum rules and to honor the behavior outlined.

PURPOSE OF THE FORUMS

These forums provide an area for constructive player discussions of the game. It also allows players to
help each other identify bugs and issues, and help each other reproduce and resolve them.

These forums are not the most direct way to contact support. If you?re having an issue with your game and you need direct assistance, please tap on the FAQ/Support tab within the game.

CHANGES OR IMPROVEMENT

Please make sure to stay updated on these rules by reviewing this page from time to time.

This is a private board. As such, decisions made are final.
We reserve the right to remove any message board content without notice for any reason.

Rule 1: Responses to rule violations
Violating these rules will result in warnings, either formal or informal, suspensions, banning, or other sanctions.

Rule 2: Respect other users on the forums
- Do not make attacks or insult other users, either in the forums or through private messages. Disagreements and debates are fine, but don?t make it personal.
- Do not attack groups. This includes professions, races, religions, sexual orientations, genders, incomes, or even vague groups like ?you people.?
- Do not use ill terms which are offensive to groups, do not ?flame?, ?troll.? or ?haze?.

Rule 3: Respect the forum purpose and structure
- Make your posts in the appropriate forum.
- Please use the Search function. If a relevant thread already exists, please post there instead of creating a new thread about the same topic. Duplicate threads will be closed to keep the forums orderly and easy to navigate.
- Keep off-topic posts in the off-topic forum.
- Don?t start discussions about games that are not ours.
- Do not cross-link to other message boards or websites unless approved by a moderator.

Rule 4: Respect the law
- Do not post anything illegal under U.S. law, or encourage other users to break the laws of the U.S. or their country of residence.
- Do not encourage users to break terms of service. This includes giving information about how to find scripts, exploits, or cheats, as well as arranging to buy or sell accounts or virtual goods.

Rule 5: Respect the audience
Think about who you're talking to. Users may be as young as 13 on these message boards, and may be male or female, and from countries across the globe.
- Keep your language civil. Profanity is frowned on.
- Do not post Adult Material, inappropriate graphic sexual content in any format, or links to sexually explicit sites.
- Do not post graphic images or explicit descriptions of violent acts.
- Do not use an avatar or signature that could offend other users. They have to look at it a lot.

Rule 6: Respect privacy
- Do not post any private emails or private messages unless you have the explicit permission of each person involved in the exchange.
- Do not post private communication between customer support, members, moderators, or administrators on these forums, or anywhere else. (This include support ticket responses)
- Do not post any information covered by a non-disclosure agreement or beta testing agreement. Even if you somehow have inside information about our competitors, for legal reasons we don?t want to hear it.
- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

Rule 7: Do not spam
- Do not post repeatedly about the same topic.
- Do not spam users on the forums or through private messages.
- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ?sock puppet? accounts ? multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

Rule 10: Respect the decisions of the moderators
- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator?s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

    It sucks you cant farm wilderness for dragon food. Stupid you need some new item to get the dragon over level 20 too. Stop being so money greedy Kabam!

      With the new update i can lvl up my fire dragon to lvl20 with the completion grant.
      How to do it, do I need to use food or is that after lvl 20.
      And can we find food in wilds?

        rubies again everything's about rubies rubies here rubies there it would be great if everything didn't cost so much sorry for complaing or sounding like that but most new features cost even more gems then before sorry for sounding like a whiner but everythings so much rubys

          More rubies

          ITs one thing to add something new to the game that costs rubies, but to take something that was free to do in the game and and change it to make money shame. What would only take 2-3 days to lv a dragon from egg to 19 is going to take months or longer to do if u don't spend money on rubies for food to lv them up cause face it any new players wont be able to get but just 1 or 2 food a day from arena with its points and from dragon pvp but that's gonna take forever to get enough food to lv them up. if it started after the dragon lv up to 20 then u had to feed it no complaint but how they completely redid it is wrong. And im not complaining about skill up grades only how u have to feed dragon on all lvs of it now.

            It would be great if the new PvP system was actually Player versus Player but it's awfully funny that there is already "players" with lvl 30+ fire dragons on a realm that hasn't even had the fire Dragon released, it's more like Player vs Kabam Bot.So if your going to try to screw us at least be suddle about it. Overall unless you can spend $1000+ on rubies you won't see a level 50 dragons unless you have patience like no other. Until changes are made you can take this Player VS Bull**** Arena and shove it.

              It is even in small steps unfair. Some people (like me) was about to upgrade at level 20 and bought items for and suddenly you make an upgrade without announced of changing this system and my bought item is worthless even more the other players which faster upgrade have a significant advantage to my position. Better before you change the system you anounce exactly this and/or give the remaining player near this top level the possibililty or some adds to come at the same base as all should be. So it will be for all the same from where we can start and decide by ourselves how good we found your new rules for upgrading dragons!!

                Yes this new update was unfairly handled and the dragon arena is a bit rigged. These "player numbers" with high level dragons are obviously not real players. Seine realm does not have a single " unknown player number" with the level or power to have lvl 22+ dragons. Way to go Kabam. Great way to kill a realm.

                  Well, kabam has done it again, yet another greed filled update, when a person joins the game, there is the little post at the beginning that says, "in app purchases", should just say, " if you want any chance of being successful, leave your credit card at the entrance, so we can drain it for you, have a nice day !!!"

                    The update for sure is great cause after every few months more and more boring and quit, sorry for that but this is the truth.But with that move you must have a very thick wallet if you want to see not all but one dragon to higher levels . I'm a ruby player but with that unfair move from kabam the PvP for me is like that doesn't exist . I'm not going to buy food for the dragons.I bought an essence to level up one dragon and before I saw that the food costs 100 medals and I though that I will take some later but when I see the other day that the price change to 400 medals, I burried that part of the game.Sorry but I think that 39 rubies for a level up is enough, if we think the other unfair part of generals, before and after...

                      I agree with what everyone has written. I was having fun spending what I could afford and then KABAM kicked it up so there is no more fun or challenge. Too bad it was such a great game. I refuse to buy food to feed my dragon!

                        Cost getting too much

                        I loved to play this game, but I'm on a fixed income. Now it is costing too much to make it fun anymore. This is going too far.

                          Dear Hannah kabam, do you actually read these forums or are you just an employee who has to post this nonsense?
                          Have you noticed nobody is happy with any of e recent updates to this game and it has caused a ruby boycott.

                            Can anyone tell me what the mighty XP is? Is it just to leve3l up your generals or can you use it as a general. It is not clear as it has the same qualities as a general

                              Hi Jake,
                              The prize "Mighty XP" is a general for purposes of attacking, but when using the enhance system for generals, he helps your general with 3000 XP on its default level. It's a nice boost for a general you wish to level.
