    Trouble with Zendesk?

    I've emailed 3 time over the past week to this address:

    doacs@gaea.zendesk.com

    And gotten no reply. Previously, every message got an auto reply about a minute after I first emailed.

    Are messages getting through to Gaea via that address? Maybe it was their initial auto reply that was lost, and everything else is fine? How would I distinguish?

    No reply here, either.

    Can anyone suggest to me a method of contact that still works?...

    hello! if you are not getting a response email then we are not receiving your ticket you can try to make it through the game in the FAQ section but if that doesnt work you might need to switch emails and try again doacs@gaea.zendesk.com is our only email for this game
