    Closing tickets.

    I have noticed it has now become a regular occurrence for Japer to close our tickets immediately after he has found a 'sutiable' answer. However I remember that in the ye olden days, we had a chance to respond and the ticket would only close 3 days after the email was sent if we did not respond to it. The fact that I waited 2 and a half weeks for a response to being zeroed only to have him close the ticket, without even comprehending what happened despite several attempts by me to get it through his head, is an insult on top of injury. Does gaea understand that to make money they must have a player base? The fact he can close them at his will is counter intuitive to what tickets are, a way for players to seek help directly from gaea, not just a person begging for scraps till the Lord of the house slams the door in his face.

    Hello this is not good nor allowed. if this happens again please forward me your ticket number and I will be sure his boss see them
