    Strategic Lowering

It's extremely common for pairs of players to engage in "strategic lowering", lowering their decks at the same time to farm an arena, and then raising them again. This is virtually an impossible strategy to beat without doing the same: since they are guaranteed a 100% win rate, even winning 98% of your fights honestly will not get the same score (due to streak bonus). It's almost the only way to compete in weekly ranked arenas unless you can actually win 100% of fights honestly.

There's no extremely easy fix to this, but there are ways it could be addressed. For one (not the only) example: if when facing someone in Arena you faced a random deck from those they had used in that arena in the last 24 hours, then by lowering temporarily they would risk lowering for everyone, not just their carefully-timed duo.
